Email address for Apple Support team?

I am having problems with my IPad 1 ...it has suddenly stopped charging (despite using a new charger - which worked fine a few days ago). I have tried different plug sockets, turning the IPad off fully but still the IPad will not charge. Plus when I try to connect my IPad to my computer there is a popping sound and my copmuter shuts down. Does anyone know an email address for the Apple Support team? Thanks

An email address, no, but youcan use this: http://www.apple.com/support/ipad/contact/

How can I get Part2?

Thx in advance

I feel your pain. I awoke this morning to check my text messages on my iPhone (I'm away working in Norway) only to notice a text my girlfriend sent over the night. The title bar over the message listed her Italian mobile number instead of her name. I thought that odd, only to realize that virtually all of my contacts have disappeared from the iCloud. Even more strange, there appears to be no order, rhyme nor reason, or any form of sense as to what has been deleted. If this (and a few other issues I have with post-Jobs Apple) is indicative of Apple's trajectory, they're not going to be around long. I'm beyond ******-off over this and I'll be thinking very hard about buying Apple products in the future.

• Hi can any body give an email address for apple support

I am trying to contact apple from Dubai, UAE since many days for support regarding maps on iPhone 5
Can anyone give me an email address for apple support

Apple don't provide support via email. Try the Contact Us link at the bottom of this page for support options in your country.
Alternatively, post your query on this forum and see if anyone here can help you.

• TS2776 I can't find an e-mail address for Apple Support. I spoke to an Apple Support Advisor named Barbara, on July 7th (over a month ago) and she said Apple was "working on my problem and would call back". Help!!!!

See above

There is no email address for Apple Support, since Apple does not provide support via email (except for the iTunes Store). You will need to call Apple support and ask for further assistance.
By the way, everyone here is just a fellow user, so posting any personal details here including case numbers is a bad idea.
Regards.

Is there really not an email address for tech support? ( I really do not want to waste time being put on hold on the phone.)
However, I have 3 Issues Regarding iPad 2 with IOS 7:
1.) I can no longer open up the apps from the update page. (I used to be
able to & it was a quick way of making certain that I wanted to keep an app
before I updated it.
2.) I have many apps that I have updated since installing the new
operating system & they now have "open" symbols next to them, but I don't
know how to get them off of my update list (since that has already been
done to them).
3.) My iPad has gotten stuck or frozen more in this last week since the
new update then has in the last 2 years put together. (It seems to be stemming from the "Updates" page as sometimes that page is just white & will not open, even though everything else opens & I have an internet connection.)

Try this - Reset the iPad by holding down on the Sleep and Home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons. (This is equivalent to rebooting your computer.) No data/files will be erased. http://support.apple.com/kb/ht1430http://support.apple.com/kb/ht1430

What menu button? Do you mean the Home button (the only button on the front)?
Apple iPhone support is here -> http://www.apple.com/support/iphone/contact/
Do you live near an Apple Store? Much simpler to take it there.

• HT204053 Same email address for apple devices

Can I use the same email address for itunes and app store for my all my apple devices?

It sounds as though you are trying to create a new iTunes store account using the details of an existing account, you need to sign into your old account not create a new one. Navigate to settings > store, scroll down to the bottom, tap on your Apple ID and then tapthe "sign out" button. Then sign in again using the iTunes store details you wish to use.

When I set up my new iPhone 5c I inadvertently used wrong email for setting up my apple id. I have since setup an id with correct email, but cannot verify the first account. I cannot delete it either. How can I get an iCloud account for this phone?

You said "have since setup an id with correct email, but cannot verify the first account. I cannot delete it either. ".
Why can't you verify it?
Do you not receive the verification email address?

• JMS Mantaray - email address of mantaray support team or support engineer

Hello
If anybody knows the email address of the jms-manataray support team or that of any mantaray support engineer, kindly let me know....Thanks in advance.
spujari

Hi Jason,
It depends on your Support team configurations. Usually if u have configured SV-SMG* component to land in the message processors box( according to roles and responsibilities) it shd send the message only to the support team members mail id specified in the Business partner link. Some typical configurations are done in this way.
1 Mail to Message processor intimating him that the new message is in his queue for his action.
2. Mail to the message creator when ever there is a change in its status
3. Mail to SAP manager when a message is not taken care of in stipulate service contract time ( Only if the Service contract is implemented) etc etc...
They are some typical scenarios i have seen but never a mail has been sent to the whole support team in the ORG STRUCUTRE.
They are a few inputs from my side.. hopefully they are helpful.
Br,
Sri

• Someone changed my email address for Apple account.

I didn't change my email address or anything for my Apple Account.
But I receive an email from Apple like this.
Dear ****** (it sounds like my name but it isn't.)
The following changes to your Apple ID (*******@gmail.com) (--> very similar with my email address.) were made on 05 May 2014 at 15:50:38 (GMT):
Apple ID
Email address(es)
If you need additional help, contact Apple Support.
Sincerely,
Apple Support
I didn't change at all! What can I do for this?

Welcome to the Apple Community..
In order to change your Apple ID or password for your iCloud account on your iOS device, you need to delete the account from your iOS device first, then add it back using your updated details. (Settings > iCloud, scroll down and hit "Delete Account")
Providing you are simply updating your existing details and not changing to another account, when you delete your account, all the data that is synced with iCloud will also be deleted from the device (but not from iCloud), but will be synced back to your device when you login again.
In order to change your Apple ID or password for your iCloud account on your computer, you need to sign out of the account from your computer first, then sign back in using your updated details. (System Preferences > iCloud, click the sign out button)
In order to change your Apple ID or password for your iTunes account on your iOS device, you need to sign out from your iOS device first, then sign back in using your updated details. (Settings > iTunes & App store, scroll down and tap your ID)
If you are using iMessages or FaceTime, you will also need to log out and into your ID there too.

• Does anybody know how to get a valid email address for Apple service? I am unable to call them during business hours and paid them over $200 a month ago to have a repair done ot my iPhone. I have heard nothing. They are usually good, but this time....

I have looked all over the Apple Store website but there is no obvious email address. I have tried to post feedback and 'follow my repair online' but the are not responding. Thanks anybody who can advise an email address.

Sorry, but Apple does not provide technical support via email, so they have no published email addresses. You will need to find a way to call them. Or make an appointment with the Genius Bar at an Apple Store, if there are any near you, and have them follow up.
Regards.

• How can I change my email address on Apple Support Communities?

Currently, I receive emails from Apple Support Communities on my Hotmail account, which is also my Apple ID.
I have now created a similar alias @icloud.com and I would like to send all the mail from Apple Support Communities to my new iCloud email.
I

I guess it would help. All I really need is for my all emails from Apple Support Communities to go to my account @icloud.com. But Apple ID does not allow to use emails created on Apple-owned domains. So I technically must have at least 2 email accounts, which isn't really convenient.

• How can i change the email address for apple id and icloud?, how can i change the email address for apple id and icloud?

i had to change the email address to my apple id. now when ever i try to use imessage or the icloud, it wont let me because it is using the old email address. i cant change it on my phone and idk what to do on my computer!

If the old ID is yours, and if your new ID was created by editing the details of this old ID (rather than being an entirely new ID), go to https://appleid.apple.com, click Manage my Apple ID and sign in with your current iCloud ID. Click edit next to the primary email account, change it back to your old email address and save the change. Then edit the name of the account to change it back to your old email address. You can now use your current password to turn off Find My iDevice, even though it prompts you for the password for your old account ID. Then save any photo stream photos that you wish to keep to your camera roll. When finished go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account and choose Delete from My iDevice when prompted (your iCloud data will still be in iCloud). Next, go back to https://appleid.apple.com and change your primary email address and iCloud ID name back to the way it was. Now you can go to Settings>iCloud and sign in with your current iCloud ID and password.
