Email address in People screen and FND user screen

In HR when we create a person record ( Employee / Contingent Worker / Contact etc ) we have a field for email address.
UK HRMS Manager-> People -> Enter and Maintain -> People
Now when we create a user account for the user, in FND user Screen, the email address is auto populated when we type in the name of the person.
System Administrator -> Security -> Users
Now if we change the email address in the People Screen either through PUI or through Employee Self Service, the email address is different in the People screen and in the FND user screen.
1. Am I correct in assuming that the workflow notifications still uses the email address in FND User screen ?
2. Is there a way (a concurrent program or something ) that synchronizes the email address in FND User screen with the one in People screen ?

Hi,
If the user record is linked to an employee, then this is the one that Wokflow will use. If the user is not linked to an employee, then the user email address will be used instead.
There is no way to re-synchronize this - you would have to relink the user and employee again.

FaceTime asking for email address for people to call but it's already set up and won't skip, already on iPhone 4, want it on iPad

So my nan has just got an iPad for Christmas, she already has an iPhone 4 and her FaceTime account is already set up, but she would like it on her iPad as it is obviously bigger than her iPhone. However, FaceTime will not let her proceed when it asks for the email address for people to contact her on. It says that it is already in use??
We already know this but she wants to use the same account rather than create a new one just for her iPad, any help or advice would be muchh appreciated.

I am logged into the same things on both my iPhone and my MacBook Pro, except for mail. I use a gmail IMAP account and everything there already works on both machines. The iCloud account on my iPhone uses one Apple ID and the one on the Mac uses the second Apple ID.

If you don't know your password, don't know your security questions and don't have a rescue address or don't receive a reset email, you should contact AppleCare who will initially try to assist you with a reset email or if unsuccessful will pass you to the security team to reset your security questions for you.
If you are in a region that doesn't have international telephone support try contacting Apple through iTunes Store Support.

Go to Settings>icloud, scroll to bottom of screen and tap Delete Account. Then log in using a different ID.

Welcome to the Apple community.
If you mean that Find My Phone is asking for a password to a different Apple ID to your current Apple ID and that ID is a previous version of your current ID, not an entirely different one.
This feature has been introduced to make stolen phones useless to those that have stolen them.
However it can also arise when the user has changed their Apple ID details with Apple and not made the same changes to their iCloud account/Find My Phone on their device before upgrading to iOS 7, or if you restore from a previous back up made before you changed your details.
The only solution is to change your Apple ID back to its previous state with Apple at My Apple ID using your current password, you don’t need access to this address if it’s previously been used with your Apple ID, once you have saved these details enter the password as requested on your device and then turn off "find my phone" and delete the account from your device. It may take a short while to remove the account.
You should then change your Apple ID back to its current state, save it once again and then log back in using your current Apple ID. Finally, turn "find my phone" back on once again.

It sounds like you are trying to change the Apple ID logged into the iTunes & App Stores on your iPhone. Use these steps:
Changing your Apple ID account
Tap Settings > iTunes & App Stores, then tap the Apple ID signed in.
Sign out of the current Apple ID account and then sign in with another account or create a new Apple ID.

Everytime I attempt to use my Apple ID associated with iTunes with iMessage, iCloud, or Facetime, it tells me: 'Unable to verify email because it is already in use'. I've been playing around with it and find when I enter another email address other then the one associated with my iTunes account, it'll work. So it seems that my Apple ID will log me into the cloud (or whatever it may be), but I need another email address for the messages to be sent to? Perhaps somebody can clarify for me. The iCloud ID's are usually unique and may be of help if you set one up

You need to ask Apple to reset your security questions; ways of contacting them include clicking here and picking a method for your country, phoning AppleCare and asking for the Account Security team, and filling out and submitting this form.
They wouldn't be security questions if they could be bypassed without Apple verifying your identity.

If you intend to keep using iCloud on your iPad, your best course of action would be to update your Apple ID/iCloud information so that you have a known password and it is associated with an active email address. You may find the following articles helpful:

That error message means that your email address is already associated with another Apple ID. It could be tied to GameCenter, iTunes Store, or another Apple ID.

No idea where the setting might be on an iPad, but see if it's similar to the Mac...
Mail>Preferences>Accounts>Advanced tab, it has a box for Remove from Server once downloaded.
