Email address in submit to button

I'm asking a very direct and plain question and desire a direct and plain answer.  Don't tell me to just use the 'Button Tool', because it is nowhere to be found.
1.  I created an adobe fillable form from scratch using AA9 Pro/LiveCycle.
2.  I will distribute that form and choose the manually send copy and use my inbox to receive responses.
3.  Adobe then creates a distributed form
4.  That distributed form contains a "Submit Form" that is adjacent and to the right of the"Highlight Fields" button above the actual form and I NEVER created that button.
5.  When that button is clicked it open a dialog and contains a To: , Subject:, and Attachment: at the top of the dialog that is UNEDITABLE.
6.  The email address in the To: is incorrect.
7.  I need to change it so that whenever I distribute the form in the present and in the future the correct email address to send it back to me is correct
8.  What do I need to do to ensure the correct email (my work address) is in the "Submit Form" button?
9.  Be direct, succint, and concise.
10.  Thank You

Just edit the button using the button tool. You have to do this in the tool you used (Acrobat or Designer). You can not edit a Designer form with Acrobat. Be aware that some folks may have problems with e-mail submission due to their e-mail client setup. If so, you will have to deal with that. If it is a small group of folks who know each other, you can probably deal with it.

  • Create Email/Submit button that asks the user what email address to submit to

Is it possible to have an Email/Submit button that will ask for the users to imput the email address in which to submit to?

My own opinion is that you are going to tick off more people than you realize. I think you can handle this in one of a few better ways:
    1) Institute an interface/web service where the HR system can send you people that are terminated. If the person has sensitive company data or anything on your site it would be in their best interest to remove their access.
    2) Force password resets every x days. To reset a password, your page can send the link to their email. That way they have to establish they still work there to reset it.
    3) Along the lines of #2, just make them verify their account every x days. If they don't do it within a week timespan, lock their account until they can prove they work there.
I mean unless you're dealing with top secret information, if someone gets a few extra days of your service its not a big deal. You have to balance the user experience with the reality that someone may get your service for free for a bit.
I can still get into My Oracle Support with my old email address. I obviously would not dare to put in a ticket, but I can view bug notes, knowledge base..etc. So it happens.

If you know the answers to your security questions then the steps half-way down the page that you posted from will let you change it :
Navigate to appleid.apple.com using your web browser.
    Click "Manage your account"
When prompted, sign in using your Apple ID and password.
    Click Password & Security
You'll be asked to answer 2 of your 3 security questions before you can make any modifications. If you are unable to remember your answers, you can choose to send an email to your rescue email to reset your security questions.
After you've validated your identity by correctly answering your security questions, click Edit to the right of your rescue email address.
Once you've finished editing your rescue email address, click the Save button directly below the email field.
If you can't remember your answers then you will first need to contact iTunes Support / Apple to get the questions reset before you can change the address for potential future use.

The attached file is the filled-out form. Please open it to review the data.
