Email address that BT sport send the weekly fix em...

Until recently my BT Sport weekly fix email went to my primary email address, which is not my BTinternet email address. Since BT launched their own email system  the weekly BT sport fix has gone to the BT Internet address. as this is now an IMAP email system my outlook program has created new folders and in boxes that I do not check. all my bill emails go to my primary email address but not the BT Sport. 2 wasted evenings to BT Help150 , where they say its sorted have achieved nothing. Someone from BT please help

    You can edit in Contacts.app. After editing, delete the contact in Previous Recipients
    Under Window in the Menu bar when Mail is open, select Previous Recipients.

    I have a similar problem. My son purchased an iPad for my wife and me for our 50th Wedding Anniversary. He added a number of apps plus family photos and videos and other data, downloading the data from his Mac computer. I have a PC and while I have downloaded iTunes and successfully moved my Contacts to the iPad, I cannot update the iPad's operating system without losing all the files (photos, etc) that he loaded. I would like to change the AppleID on the iPad to conform with the AppleID I created for iTunes, so that I can sync the apps in iTunes on my computer with the apps on the iPad. It is extremely frustrating! Does anyone have a solution?

    Our GroupWise (7.0.3) Monitor is sending out alerts under the email address [email protected] . Our cell phone email providers is seeing that as a spoofed address and blocking. Where can I change this?

    I have the same problem - it is maddening. I rely on this iPad for work so this is not just an annoyance! The above solutions of changing the appleid on the device or on the website do not work.
    The old email address no longer exists - I haven't used it in a year probably and I no longer have the account.  I logged into the appleid website and there is no trace of the old email address so there is nothing that can be deleted or changed there.  On the iPad there is no trace of the old email address so nothing can be deleted there either. I have updated the iPad software and the same problem comes right back.  Every 2 seconds I am asked to log in using the old non-existent email.  The device is currently useless.
    The only recent change to anything was the addition of an Apple TV device, which was set up using the correct login and password.
    Does anyone have any ideas? The iPad has been backed up to the iCloud so presumably it now won't recognize the current iCloud account? So restoring may notbe an option?

    If you don't have a rescue email address (you won't be able to add one until you can answer your questions) then you will need to contact iTunes Support / Apple in your country to get the questions reset - which will be by phone as they need to confirm your id and that it's your account

    Hello My name is Yakira and I'm a fashion design student. My school sent out emails that had links for students to follow in order to download a free copy of Adobe Suite.  I followed the instructions and Creative Cloud only allows me to use TRIAL versions of the software.
    I just got off Technical Support with my school and they informed me that the email address that is attached to my redemption code is different than the email address I used to download the software in the first place.
    The reason for that is because my school was recently bought by another company and the overall email address that was used with the Adobe account is not the same one that out campus uses now. Instead of telling students to use the older email address a lot of students are confused as to why they cannot access their Adobe Suite
    So I have the Redemption code but I need the email address that the redemption code is linked to so that I can download everything again.
    Hope  my explanation was not that confusing.

    Yes, just open mail and click on the window menu and select previous recipients, when the window opens start edit your email addresses.

    To add the BCC field to the message window, create a new message, click the 'three lines' button near the to and from fields & select the 'BCC Address field' or choose the 'customise' option. This button may be a 'gear' on the older OS (I don't recall for 10.6.8 Mail).
    The BCC field is more likely to be limited by the email server than Mail app. If you add hundreds of addresses (or use large groups with many addresses) the email server may assume you are sending spam. Sometimes it causes the server to drop the message or bounce them, different providers also have different rules, so you need to use bcc & ccc with care.
    If you plan on doing mass mailing you would be better with a service that handles it correctly for you (i.e. sends multiple messages without using ccc or bcc).

    "The reply" as in the Rescue email to reset your Security Questions? If so, then you will have to contact iTunes Support directly to get them reset:
