Email adress determination in partner dependent action

Can somebody tell me how the system decides which email adress he should use for a certain BP ( BP general data , BP Relationship - which relationship) in a partner dependent action?
Is this customizable ?
Eg. for a contact person he looks in the contact person relationship, can I make him look in the general data ?
I guess it is linked to the relationship categoy, but I'm afraid it is hardcoded ?

I think when we define an action which is partner dependent the system always looks for the email id of that partner number. This Email id is taken from the General Data of the BP asigned to that specific partner function.

Please see the attached note no. 621183 which explains this behaviour
(and also note 895546 point 4).
"If you want all partner functions/partner function categories to be
included in the action determination, deactivate BAdI implementation
CRM_ACTION_BADI or you program a new implementation that meets your
requirements."
Since the same business partner exists more than once, this behaviour isseen.
I hope this explains the issue.

Opportunity Actions funny business with partner dependent

I have a curious scenario.
My action performs an email of a smartform. The action is partner dependent and set to process on document save. If a partner is assigned as partner function '00000040' the action should be automatically proposed.
This all works fine as long as the same business partner is not assigned to another partner function that comes before '00000040'. The action is proposed as it should.
If I assigned the same business partner to a partner function that has a lower key for example '00000010' the action is not proposed.
I find this rather peculiar behavior. Any thoughts?

As it turns out the default implementation of badi CRM_ACTION_BADI method change-context contains the following line of code:
*delete all the duplicate partner numbers
DELETE ADJACENT DUPLICATES FROM lt_partner_sorted
COMPARING partner_no.
If the partner has the same number then delete it if it appears more than once even though the partner function may be different.
I don't really get why they did this.

You need to do some configuration for this.
u2022     Goto NACE .
u2022     Select EF and click on OUTPUT TYPES.
u2022     Then select Output Type NEU and click on processing routines .
u2022     In that you have to add a new entry - medium 5 .
u2022     Then you need to assign a program, form routine and form.
u2022     You can use the standard program i.e. SAPFM06P, FORM routine is always ENTRY_NEU and standard MEDRUCK.
u2022     Then in PARTNER FUNCTION you need to add a new entry : medium - 5 and function - VN .
u2022     For subject of the mail goto Mail Title and Texts. In title give PO No. &EKKO-EBELN& .
u2022     Under General data -> Replacement of text symbols give programm as SAPMM06E and Form Routine as TEXT_SYMBOL_REPLACE .
u2022     Now the subject will be PO No. 1800004202.
u2022     You need to maintain your email id in tcode SU01 and also the vendor's email id.
u2022     Now while creating a new purchase order , change the medium to External Send .
u2022     Then goto Communication Method and select CS01 . ALSO make sure that the Cover Page Text has value PO No. &EKKO-EBELN& .
u2022     Goto tcode ME9F .
u2022     Execute.
u2022     Select the checkbox and click on Output Message.
u2022     You will get a message MAII 00000000000001 generated .

Danish letters () in email adress

i am trying to send a mail with the letter in the email-adress. It is groupwise that Blocks for sending the mail. Does anyone know have i fix it.

ELM upload MKT Attribute with identifier Email adress

Hi Forum- and SAP Experts,
we have an Excel List of email adresses - these are people which not want to get an email.
We want to archive to update these Business Partner with the Marketing attributes example Newsletter / No.
Our question is, can we update the Business Partner with only the one identiefier of the emailadress and constan ISO Code Country, without having the BP number? We have start many tests and when we test it with an BP Number we were successful but not with the identifier Email and ISO Code Country, therefore my question.

maybe I did not explained it correctly.
In the CRM system are the Business Partner (BP). Some of them should not receive an email, therefore we want to maintain an Attribute Set with the atrribute 'NO EMAIL' with the ELM function. We've got only a excel list with the email adress of the business partner which should not be contacted in the emailing campaign.
WE do not have the BP id of them only the email adress. Our plan was to uplod this file with the marketing attribute set with the attribute 'NO Email'.
It is possible with ELM to update the Attribute set with the attribute but we had only the list of email adress.
Is there any SAP information for that and do you know if the BP ID required for updating or exist there other possibilities, option to use?

Then update the attribute with "Assignment of an Attribute Value to all BP's in a Target Group" in Marketing Expert Tools (tx. CRMD_MKT_TOOLS). This is what we have test, when the BP ID is available and it works fine.

Personal domain = personal email adress

if i use a personal domain instead of the .mac domain, do i have also some email-adresses with that domain? if, yes, how many and how can i set up the adresses?

as far as I know that depends on your domain registrar.
With GoDaddy for example you get one [email protected] for free (19.99$ for five e-mail addresses [email protected] ).
If your domain registrar doesn't provide this feature you could manage your domain using zoneedit

I think mostly you get MailForwards means that I send e-mails at [email protected] which forwards e-mails to another address like [email protected] and you can set [email protected] to be forwarded to another e-mail or the same so they aren't real e-mails themselves. You can also set *@yourdomain.com and all e-mails sent to no matter which e-mail @yourdomain.com gets sent to [email protected] no matter what people put in front of the @ as long as they put @yourdomain.com e-mails will be forwarded.

ABAP QUERY FOR THE VENDOR EMAIL ADRESS

I am asked to create a report that generates the vendor acct number,partner functions and email address of the vendor. Iam able to create a report for the vendor acct number and partner function by using a query on tables LFA1 and WYT3. Iam not able to include the vendor email address from table ADR6. Can any one tell me how I can also include the vendor email adress into the report. How I can link all the 3 tables LFA1,WYT3,ADR6??

Prepare a executable report in Se38 and go to the Tcode
SE93 and there create a Report Transaction (second radiobutton) by giving the Program name and screen number 1000. Save it, Come out and execute that transaction code.

It's a really bad idea to post your email addresess - it's an invitation to spam - and I've asked the Hosts to remove them.
This is a user-to-user forum and no-one on here can take any direct action. If your Yahoo address is not working that's something you would need to take up with Yahoo - have you checked it by sending yourself an email to it?
Otherwise you will need to contact Support: go to https://expresslane.apple.com/ and click on 'iTunes' in the center column and then 'iTunes Store' in the right-hand column and proceed from there.

is it possible to determine all of the email names in this domain???
Im aware of the fact that some ISPs make use of LDAP, through which email adresses can be looked up, but outside of ISP with known ldap, is there any way of doing just this, in a legitimate and legal way???
Im thinking that its just not possible, at least while staying within the right side of the law. Im hoping maybe someone can give me some feedback on this...

How can I delete an iCloud-Account that uses a not anymore existing email-adress?

Months ago my GMX-Account got blocked because it was hijacked by some SPAM-sending-********.
I recognized that when I was not able to log into my iTunes account and buy stuff anymore.
I changed the emailadress by setting up a new Account with a new ID I used from that day on - problem solved.
Plus: I deleted the email-adress as I was sick of it anyways - problem solved, too.
I changed all my IDs on iPhone and iPad to the new ID, except the one of the iCloud.
During that time I had already decided that I did not want to use my iClound storage anyways so I did not work on how to change the emailadress.
I want to use it now - and that is, where the problem started today:
I tried to change the adress, it is grey, cannot be changed.
I tried to log in with the emailadress, iPhone tells me: wrong password (yes, I already tried everything I ever used)
I tried deleting the account: no way, needs password.
That would not be a problem BUT:
I could not use iForgot because the emailadress does not exist anymore.
I could not use the security-questions because I. Simply. Do. Not. Remember. The. Answers. -.-
I DID remember the Username though.
So I logged in and changed the emailadresses.
With the new emailadresses I set up I was able to change the security-questions.
So THAT problem is solved.
Problem is: iCloud-emailadress is still the same and grey.
Trolled by technology and own stupidity/forgetfulness, I guess.
So: I have everything on my new emailadress BUT the iCloud storage which I am not able to use because I cannot change a thing because I forgot the password and the emailadress is no longer existing.
How do I solve that problem?

I had been asked by ICANN some days ago to do something but I thought it was a scam so ignored it. Most other users I have spoken to have never heard of ICANN or been asked to 'register' with them or whatever. Anyway, post writing to you I have now 'registered' with them . I had this same issue and got it resolved very simply when I contacted Apple SUpport
Go to https://appleid.apple.com/cgi-bin/WebObjects/MyAppleId.woa/ and sign into your infomation

> Change it to the old apple id that your device is asking for
> Save changes
> Go to Settings > iCloud and sign out of the infomation
> Go back to https://appleid.apple.com/cgi-bin/WebObjects/MyAppleId.woa/
> Change it back to the correct apple id
> Go to the email address adn reverify the apple id
> Sign back into iCloud on your device
