Email app freezing-need help
This morning I turned on my iPhone and went into my email. After everything came up, I began deleting the non-essential email and half way down the list, the phone freezes or gets stuck and the only option I have at that point is to either press the home button for several seconds or do the restart.
This has happened three times so far but it hasn't happened before today.
Anyone have any ideas why this is happening and anyone know what else I can do other than restarting?

I just had this happen today as well, although I have also had it happen previous to today.
When my iPhone freezes during deletion and after 30 seconds or so and it does not come out of it, I merely turn the iPhone off by depressing the off-but on the top right and hold it down until the question of do you really want to turn the iPhone off or cancel.
I normally cancel and the iPhone seems to come back to life. When it does not, I repeat and then turn the phone off. And back on again.
This is not a reset and it is not fixing anything, just seems to trip the silicon triggers and let's you get back to work. In my mind this is a software bug on the iPhone side of the equation.

I've experienced my Mail app freezing twice in last two weeks in the middle of writing a mesage. I can't save it as a draft nor can send it, can't move to another folder. But if I leave the Mail app and go to gmail app it works. Anyone knows what's happening?

Restart the iPad by holding down on the sleep button until the red slider appears and then slide to shut off. To power up hold the sleep button until the Apple logo appears and let go of the button.
Reset the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons.
Quit the mail app and restart.Go to the home screen first by tapping the home button.Quit/close open apps by double tapping the home button and the task bar will appear with all of you recent/open apps displayed at the bottom. Tap and hold down on any app icon until it begins to wiggle. Tap the minus sign in the upper left corner to close the apps. Restart the iPad. Restart the iPad by holding down on the sleep button until the red slider appears and then slide to shut off. To power up hold the sleep button until the Apple logo appears and let go of the button.
It is possible that you have an email in your inbox or trash folder that is causing the problem as well. Maybe an email with large attachment? If you have an email like that - try deleting it from the iPad. You may need to do that from the server in your webmail using a web browser if the mail app keeps frezzing on you. -

Was the game downloaded via another iTunes account ? All apps (and other content from the store) are tied to the account that downloaded them, so only that account will be able to make in-app purchases in them. If that is the case and you want to be able to do IAPs via the account that you are currently logged in with then you will need to delete the game (which will delete your progress in it) and then download it on your account

I spent the better part of this morning finding Adobe/Photoshop elements 11 tutorials. I wanted to try changing faces on group pictures. I downloaded what I thought would work. Now I need help finding out if this "elements 11" is included with what I downloaded so that I may try to use this feature. Leave the iPhone alone for a minute and go to your PC/Mac. Try and set up the Apple ID on there (again leaving the iPhone to sit and look pretty for a while). Check your emails (not on the iPhone) and see if you are receiving the email into your inbox that way, if you aren't make sure you have put the correct email address in the App store. If you are definitley sure you are putting the correct email address in go to the web interface for your email provider (e.g. hotmail or yahoo) and check the junk mail folders etc.
Do all the above whilst the iPhone is sat around, don't do any of the above on the iPhone. If you manage to crack it and get the email address verified and your account up and running just log in to the App Store on your iPhone once it's all done -
I thought when I bought a MINI that all I'd need to do is sync up with ITunes to get all apps and setting to the Mini. I was wrong as I can not connnect to the internet and can not get any emails. Have tried just about all suggestions under support but need to reach out to actual users who may have run into similar prblem. I must be missing something as I have to believe that Apple would make it as simple/easy as possible to connect to the interne. I still have my internet connect with my Ipad2.
appreciate any help on this one as MY WIFE is driving me crazy as she wants to use the internet with HER MINI!!!

Or this - Delete the account in Mail and then set it up again. Settings->Mail, Contacts, Calendars -> Accounts Tap on the Account, then on the red button that says Remove Account.

Can anyone help me I keep sending the verifying thing to my e-mail but I don't get it. I know that it is the right e-mail because if I change it to my other one it sends a e-mail saying that I changed it, but it won't send the e-mail to verify it could anyone please help me??????????

Can't uninstall MPEG Steamclip.app. need help?!
i can't uninstall an app. it doesn't work. i just wanted to change my VOB files to mov & saw an app on the apple support site. i get this message when i try to remove it to trash/uninstall it: The item “MPEG Streamclip.app” can’t be moved to the Trash because it can’t be deleted.

☞ Open LaunchPad. Click Utilities, then Console in the page that opens.
Step 1
Enter the name of the crashed application or process in the Filter text field. Post the messages from the time of the last crash, if any — the text, please, not a screenshot.
When posting a log extract, be selective. In most cases, a few dozen lines are more than enough.
PLEASE DO NOT INDISCRIMINATELY DUMP THOUSANDS OF LINES FROM THE LOG INTO A MESSAGE. If you do that, I will not respond.
Important: Some private information, such as your name, may appear in the log. Edit it out by search-and-replace in a text editor before posting.

Still in the Console window, look under User Diagnostic Reports for crash reports related to the process. The report name starts with the name of the crashed process, and ends with ".crash". Can't sign in into App world. need help!
Okay so, I made a blackberry ID account, but I forgot to verify my email, one day it stopped letting me sign in, so I changed my pw, now when I try to sign in it says "Use the account assoicated with this phone" ...I can't do anything on my phone, no upgrades, no apps, nothing...

Which supported application on your computer are you syncing contact info with?
With Vista, this can be with Outlook 2003 or 2007, or with the address book used by Windows Mail with Vista - which is the name change for Outlook Express with Vista. The address book is called Windows Contacts I believe and the sync option for contact info is selected under the Info tab for your iPhone sync preferences. -

Email problems. Need help ASAP
I tried to send a email to my friend and an error occrued and ever since the same email pops up in my draft but I am not able to recieve my email in my inbox and it says it has timed out on port 993. How do I resolve this problem?
In mail, click window on the menu bar and connection doctor. If there is a connection that isn't working, there will be a red dot next to it. Click to the right of the dot and it should take you to where you need to fix an issue. Ensure that, for example, your ports are what your email service expects you to use.

hi i need some help. im trying to activate my blackberry with o2. ive added blackberry umlimited to my monthly plan so thats up and running but to activate it i am meant to go to o2email.co.uk but when i go to this site and put i my imei number and pin it keps saying - the phone is already registered with another service provider and that should be re-registered.
this phone is 100 % brand new it came from my friend in a box sealed and he works for BT who supplied it.
i dont understand whats going on and even several people at o2 dont.
