Email associated with touch is no longer available
I am trying to Transfer the Purchases made on my child's touch to the Itunes on the pc.
I am asked for a password which I do not have/remember. The email associated with it was disabled by yahoo due to hackers.
How do I fix this?
Everything I've looked at says that we will lose the items purchased directly on the Touch.
Any help would be great! Do I need to go to an Apple store? I am in Seattle and that would be easy to do.

It sounds like you are talking about Activation Lock rather than the passcode to unlock the screen.

A large number of songs were bough under an itunes account that we no longer have the password for nor access to the old associated email address. I know the account name but it no longer exists. It's not a good idea to post your email address on public forums, I've asked the hosts to remove them.
All content is tied to the account that downloaded them, and you can't currently transfer them to a different account. If you don't know the password to that account then you can try getting it reset via this page http://iforgot.apple.com . If you can't get it done that way then you can try getting access to the account by contacting iTunes Support : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page. If you get access to it you can then change the primary email account on it to one that you have access to : http://appleid.apple.com -
I had itunes years ago but the email address associated with this is not longer in use. Is there anyway to updating and transferring all music and data to a new email address?

Are you trying to change the Apple ID associated with your iCloud account? If so, go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account, then sign back in with the new ID. This deletes the account and your iCloud data from your device, but not from iCloud. Provided you are signing back into the same account, your iCloud data will reappear on your device when you sign back in.
To avoid losing photo stream photos, save them to your camera roll (if not already there) before deleting the account. To do this, open your my photo stream album, tap Edit, tap the photos, tap Share, then tap Save to Camera Roll. -

How can I change the email associated with my forum account? I didn't provide my work email to you, but you put it in my account. My forum postings have nothing to do with my personal PC at home. There isn't an option to update it.

Log in and click on your user name, then look at the upper the right side of the page.
Click on the triangle to the left of the "More Resources" section.
This will drop down, and give you options.
Select User Settings.
This will now open a page, and in the light blue type on top, follow it along to Contact Information, click on that, and change your e-mail address to what you want, and hit the blue submit button on the bottom right side of the page.

If you can't get the account's password reset via http://appleid.aple.com then try contacting Support in your country, they should (after they've confirmed your id and that it's your account) be able to reset it for you.

After it's been reset change the primary email address on the account to be an address that you have access to : Change your Apple ID.
And check/correct the date of birth on the account (select the Password And Security section on the account on http://appleid.apple.com, answer the security questions, and on the next screen the DoB should show). -

My email associated with my iCloud ID has been deleted and my birthday is wrong in the system for the security question. Therefore, I can't delete my old iCloud ID in order to have my new ID on my phone. HELP!
If the old ID is yours, and if your current ID was created by editing the details of this old ID (rather than being an entirely new ID), go to https://appleid.apple.com, click Manage my Apple ID and sign in with your current iCloud ID. Click edit next to the primary email account, change it back to your old email address and save the change. Then edit the name of the account to change it back to your old email address. You can now use your current password to turn off Find My iDevice, even though it prompts you for the password for your old account ID. Then save any photo stream photos that you wish to keep to your camera roll. When finished go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account and choose Delete from My iDevice when prompted (your iCloud data will still be in iCloud). Next, go back to https://appleid.apple.com and change your primary email address and iCloud ID name back to the way it was. Now you can go to Settings>iCloud and sign in with your current iCloud ID and password.

Because someone's trying to mislead you into giving them your iTunes Store login information. Forward all such emails to [email protected] and then delete them.
If there's an actual problem with your iTunes Store account, you'll be told at the time you try to purchase or download something.

Apple recommends you change your Apple ID to your current, working email address. This will not create another Apple ID, it will only change it to your working email address. See Changing the name you use for your Apple ID if you'd like more information.

I no longer have access to the email that was associated with my old itunes account. As a result I can not listen to the music i purchased with it since I can not remember the password or use email recovery. Is their anyway I can transfer my purchases to my current user account?
All content is tied to the account that you downloaded them with, and you can't transfer them to a different account. If you can't remember the password and don't have access to the email account, then do you know the answers to the security questions on it ? If you do then you can try getting the password reset via this page : http://iforgot.apple.com, and if that works then you can update the primary email address on it : http://appleid.apple.com
