Email Batch/Deployment ID

Does anyone know if there is a unique identifier for email batches?
I have a campaign running batch send of +100K contacts, I can see in the report "email analysis" that the email is deployed over the span of 5 minutes in approx. 15 batches. My question is whether or not each of those email batches has a unique ID? If yes, where can that identifier be found?
Cheers,
Josh

Take over the mail account and change the password and do not give it away,
Then contact iTunes and maybe they can help

  • HTML flaw when emailing batch invoices from QuickBooks

This may come off sounding like a QuickBooks question, but I believe the problem is more likely to do with Thunderbird.
I recently started using QuickBooks Pro 2015 (Desktop version) to prepare invoices for my small business. I plan to email batch invoices via Thunderbird in the near future, but I've been running into an annoying problem while testing the batch email feature.
    Here's how it goes:
Thunderbird is running one email account from zoho.com using pop/smtp. QuickBooks is properly configured to use Thunderbird as a MAPI client (I believe I'm stating that correctly...?) From Quickbooks I'll use the Send Forms window to email two test messages to two other email addresses I own. (Both messages have attached .pdf invoices.) When I click SEND NOW, there's a confirmation dialog, and I click CONTINUE to send the messages. Thunderbird then pops up a warning message saying another program is attempting to send mail. (No problem.) I click OK, and a few seconds later both messages appear in my Sent folder. When I open them, all I see is my cover letter in plain text mixed with a mess of HTML code. And that exactly what comes through on recipient end as well. The .pdf file that's attached is fully intact though.
If I email each message by itself in QuickBooks, WITHOUT using the batch feature, then it goes through with no problem. The HTML formatting is correctly displayed for the recipient and myself. Was wondering if this is an issue that anyone else has run into when using Thunderbird for MAPI?
Any help you can give me would be very much appreciated! I've been working on this all day and no luck so far.

Hmmmm. So finally Intuit admits that batch emailing doesn't work in Thunderbird! The first paragraph even says outright that "Thunderbird is currently not supported for use with QuickBooks." Yet Thunderbird is listed as a compatible email client in the settings menu in QuickBooks 2015.
Based on my personal experience, I don't see any other compatibility issues with QuickBooks and Thunderbird except batch emailing.
Thanks for taking the time to check into this issue, Matt. Let us know if you find out anything more!

  • How to Kill Batch Deployment

    Hi,
I Started batch of mappings for deployment, It has thrown some errors then I started individual mapping deployment.
But after deploying few maps, I am unable to deploy some of the mappings.
The error is RTC-5161: Deployment cannot proceed because an error during pre deployment or generation phase.
I thought the earlier started deployment is in progress that’s why it is showing this kind of errors. But I don’t see any deploying job status in Control Center.
Could someone please Help me on this how to resolve this issue or How to see the deployment status in Audit tables and kill them.
    Thanks in Advance

    Hi,
It is also possible to look at the activity in the database.
There are some scripts you can use
    In $ORACLE_HOME/owb/rtp/sql are some scripts:
    - list_requests.sql
    - deactivate_execution.sql
    - deactivate_all.sql
You can use them with sqlplus
    example:
    sqlplus <repositoryowner>@<SID> @list_requests
We use these all the time with OWB 10.2.0.3 and OWB 11.1
You can also look at the activity of Oracle Workflow
    Example:
    -- OWB Check hanging processes
    SELECT *
    FROM owf_mgr.wf_item_activity_statuses_v
    WHERE activity_type_code = 'PROCESS'
    AND activity_status_code != 'COMPLETE';

  • Email batch of photos?

I am unable to send a batch of photos by email from my iPhone iOS7 on 5s. Only Airdrop and Message show up as option. What happened? Thanks!

Actually I believe the information is in the User Guide. A lot has to do with the file size. As a standard, they came up with 5, to minimize bandwidth if you were emailing via cellular.

    Hi,
I am facing Email synchronization issue while deploying the Email Profiles Policy to Mobile Devices (Windows Phone 8.1, Ios and Androids all mobile devices).. through Intune .Email Profile deployed to Mobile devices but the emails are note getting downloading..
In my infra there is exchange Online  and also ADFS deployed in onpremise.. the Exchange Active sync is

email are getting downloaded in mobile devices that currently configured through Airwach MDM sultions..
but, now i have to manage the mobile device through Intune and while deploying the Email profiles Emails are note getting downloaded ,even i tried to use outlook.office365.com

I haven`t any idea to solve this issue, please guide is anything i need to configure ion ADFS rule of Intune Attributes ( that will allow mobile devices to download the emails )etc..  please suggest for solution..

Intune really has *nothing* to do with the proper functionality of the e-mail client on the mobile device. All Intune does is create the profile -- what the e-mail client does with that information is up to the e-mail client.
Have you verified that the profile that Intune created is correct?

  • Mass update of email in the vendor master record

    Hello to you all,
Does anyone know how can I run mass update of email in the vendor master record for a big No. of entities?
XK99 won't help since you can't find the email,
Batch input recording won't help as well since the email can't be found.
    I will appreciate your help,
    Amir

    Hello Amir,
You can use LSMW for update operation. You should create a batch input recording for transaction FK02. But you must tick "Use central address management" checkbox on FK02 screen while recording batch input. After that you will see E-mail field on screen.

  • Email destination mapping

I've configured an 'EMAIL' batch to use an SMTP server to email generated docs to recipients. However, I'm confused as to where I can find the 'DocumentRequest' element being used for the email address?
Clearly, there must be a mapping somewhere!?
    Thanks,
    Steve.

    Hi Steve,
Are you using Enterprise Edition? What version? If you are using enterprise edition you can look in the Enterprise Administration Guide (http://docs.oracle.com/cd/E17552_01/documaker_enterprise_ag.pdf)
It has this to say about using email on page 14
"Enterprise Edition lets you distribute document sets by email for a named user
with specific contact information. The distribution process for email relies upon
the presence of an email address in the ADR_EMAIL column of the RCPS table.
This column is populated by addressee logic that applies address-specific
information to an instance of a recipient identified in the MRL. If you want to
use this functionality, apply an address map to a specific recipient within the
MRL by updating the recipient within the Business Definition (BDF) file. You
access the BDF file using Documaker Studio. For more information, see the
    Documaker Studio User Guide."

  • Deploying mappings by changing Source/production system using OMB Scripting

    Hi Mark,
I am now trying to deploy my mappings from DEVELOPMENT environment to PRODUCTION environment.
Now my mappings are point to DEVELOPMENT Source System and DEVELOPMENT target system. When I deploy these mappings should point to PRODUCTION Source System and PRODUCTION target System.
I could get some help from the forum for deploying the mappings point to PRODUCTION target system, but I couldnt find any help how to change the Source System Location. I have exported all my mappings (.xml files) in the C:\OWBDeploy directory.
How do we register and unregister a location using OMB Scripting?
How to write a batch deployment action without using deployment manager?
Provide a example to deploy the mappings using OMB script
for both source and target systems locations.
    I am using Oracle 9.2, OWB 9.2.0.2.8, OWF 2.6 and OMB 9.2.0.2.8.
    Regards,
    Shreedhar

Below script will deploy all the mappings in a module. It can be used with filter condition like mappings which start with ‘M_D’ or ‘M_F’ also. Above script will deploy mappings very effectively comparing with GUI. Frequent problem in OWB mapping execution ‘ TASK not found’ error will not occur, if we deploy the mappings using above scripts.
Steps to Deploy All Mappings in a Module
Start the OMB PLUS from Command Prompt or Start Menu
Change the context to the respective Project
    Connect to Design Repository
Register the Location Properties if the deployment is happening first time in the target schema.
Change the context to the respective Module
Use foreach and OWBCREATE command to create a Deployment Plan for Droping if any previous deployment for all mappings
Use foreach and OWBCREATE command to create a Deployment Plan for Newly Deploying the Mapping
Use foreach and OWBDEPLOY command to run the Drop Deployment Plan
    Commit
Use for each and OWBDEPLOY command to run the Create Deployment Plan
    Example
    OMBCONNECT mis_owb904_rep/[email protected]:1521:ulyut03s
    OMBCC '/IGMS_MIS_GEMNCAP_FOC'
OMBCONNECT RUNTIME 'ST_DWH_RUNTIME_FOC' USE PASSWORD ‘MIS_RT_OWNER’
OMBREGISTER LOCATION 'ST_LOC_CURRENTMISTARGET_FOC' SET PROPERTIES (Host, Port, Service, Schema, Password) \
    VALUES ('10.202.148.176', 1521, 'ULYUT01M','MIS_OWNER', 'MANAGER')
    OMBCC '/IGMS_MIS_GEMNCAP_FOC/CURRENTMISTARGET'
    foreach mappingname [OMBLIST MAPPINGS] {
    OMBCREATE TRANSIENT DEPLOYMENT_ACTION_PLAN '$mappingname.DROP' ADD ACTION '$mappingname.DROP' \
SET PROPERTIES (OPERATION) VALUES ('DROP') SET REFERENCE MAPPING \
    '/IGMS_MIS_GEMNCAP_FOC/CURRENTMISTARGET/$mappingname';}
    foreach mappingname [OMBLIST MAPPINGS] {
    OMBDEPLOY DEPLOYMENT_ACTION_PLAN '$mappingname.DROP'
    OMBCOMMIT;}
    foreach mappingname [OMBLIST MAPPINGS] {
    OMBCREATE TRANSIENT DEPLOYMENT_ACTION_PLAN '$mappingname.CREATE' ADD ACTION '$mappingname.CREATE' \
SET PROPERTIES (OPERATION) VALUES ('CREATE') SET REFERENCE MAPPING \
    '/IGMS_MIS_GEMNCAP_FOC/CURRENTMISTARGET/$mappingname';}
    foreach mappingname [OMBLIST MAPPINGS] {

  • Email Profile gets remediated on iOS

    Hello everybody,
my customer has successfully deployed NDES / CRP Certificate Profiles. Currently he uses the Email profile with a user certificate.
On the device the user has to enter the (optional) password field in order to authenticate at the server. This works without any problems. An hour later the device will remove the (altered?) email profile and generate a new certificate and ask again for
    the password.
I configured the email profile deployment to check for remediation only once a year with a custom schedule. Has anyone of you successfully deployed certificate based email profiles with optional passwords? Do you get the same error?
    Thanks in advance..
    Daniel

Thank you for the feedback. This should have been resolved with the latest update to the Intune service.

  • Send reports by eMail without .BIAR

    Hi,
Can i send reports by email for deployment on another CMC without using .BIAR file? The reports are created in Webi Rich client. The universe and associated DB already exist at the destination location. I am relatively new to BO.
    Thanks...

Technicaly - yes you can, but in that destination environment you will have to open thise reports using Webi Rich Client, re-point them to the proper universes and then export them to repository.
The Proper , Recomended and Supported method is to use Life Cycle Manager or BIAR file funxctionality for this operation.

  • V7 Email Receiver vs. v9 Startpoint

I am upgrading a customer from LC7.2.2 to LC9.  The workflow has 7 approval steps that the participants only interact with emailed PDF's.  In AdminUI, all inbound email is configured to be received in the "Incoming Email" setup.  The form is configured with a send button that opens the participants email client and attaches an XDP that contains a process ID.  The participant then needs to hit Send (in Outlook) which goes to a system mailbox.  Once received, LC7 then matches up the email via process ID and the workflow progresses.  There are no services to send emails to the participants so that is handled by simple assignments steps.
It seems to me this functionality will not work in LC9.  Is it true that you must configure seperate Email Startpoints to receive the email?  If so, how do I manage matching up the inbound email back to the parent workflow.  I presume I'd have to handle all this with subprocesses?
Please help, I'm in a bind.

    Hi
I'm not sure I understand your use case...it seems like you have tried a bit of everything!
Are you using an xdp or a pdf form? Do you need to submit as xdp or pdf?
Do you specifically need to customize your email messages on each task? ("Include Form Data in Email" tells me that you are creating custom email templates.) You could also use the main template in adminui and turn on Form and Data there and get a generic email with attachment for each task.
I have never seen an issue with "Include Form Data in Email" causing deploy problems. I suspect there is some other cause. The server and workbench logs may give you a hint.
The "Submit via Reader" on the startpoint and user service are only used in cases where you have no submit button on your form and you are using reader 9.1 and later to submit a form. It's a very specific use case....I don't think you need this.
By setting it to "Submit as PDF" you would require a document variable not an xml variable. My guess is that this created your deploy issue.
Try this simple use case from scratch to understand how things work:
    1) Create an application.
    2) Create a form xdp (or pdf) with the Process fields (checking the "Through email" checkbox on the wizard drops on the process fields.)
    3) Create a new process and choose "When a user submits a task in Workspace" as the startpoint and choose your form. Follow the rest of the wizard.
    4) On the startpoint, the wizard automatically picked that xdp/pdf as the Asset and set the Default profile and xml variable. (Don't select reader submit.)
    5) Add a user service and on the Presentation & Data tab, pick the same asset, action profile and variable. Pick you user on Initial User Selection tab.
    6) Deploy the app.
    7) In the adminui, turn on Task Assignment email notifications with form and data attached.
When you submit the startpoint, the user at the next step will receive an email with form attached.
    Reader Extensions is not required.

  • UCCX Upgrade wit CAD deployment task

    Hi All,
As we know that after we do the uccx upgrade, CAD also needs to be done.
The problem is I have around 300 agetns with CAD and doing a upgrade one-by-one is not a good idea.
is there anyway to do a batch deployment ?
    Thanks in advance,

Bear in mind that if you want to allow users to auto-upgrade, they must have administrative access to their PC; that's not usually the case.

  • Reading a file which is on different unix box

    Hi,
Our project has a requirement to send a file as an attachment in the email to a user. Our application is deployed as an ear in a WAS server (which is a unix box). The interface that actually sends the email is deployed on another unix box. Our application creates a file and saves it on the application unix box. now the email sending interface needs to access this file which is deployed on the application unix box and send it as an attachment.
Can the email sending interface access the file on the application unix box if i send it the path; is it possible since the interface and the attachment file are deployed on diff unix boxes?
Now one can access the application using the url of the form -
http://<box name>:<port>/<context root>/<servelet path>Now suppose while creating the file, i give the input path as
http://<box name>:<port>/<file name>,where will the file be created and if i send this path to the email interface, will it be able to access this file?
Any inputs will be highly appreciated.

You would be better off using an nfs partition. All flavors of unix come with NFS capabilities, so simply let your application "box" share a directory where it writes the files, and let the email "box" mount the directory in order to read the files.
