    The attached form was designed in ES 8.2 and has worked fine with Reader 8.0. The "properties defaults" tab is set for Reader 9.0 or better. However, upon recent upgrade to Reader 9.1, the Outlook Email script stopped working. I'm new to Livecycle and scripts and was hoping that someone had an easy fix?

    Interesting .....it sounds like an issue in Reader. From a code perspective everything is good .....the code tells Reader's email service to communicate with the mail client. This could be where the issue is.
    You may want to post your question on the Acrobat forum and see if they know of anything .....or you can report the issue to Support and have them look into it. Maybe something was introduced into the 9.1 version.
    From a Designer perspective all is good.

  • Email Password changed, won't work!

    I am a new (two month) IPhone user, having a blackberry previously.
    I changed my password with my email provider last week and naturally I changed it on my phone as well. However, no matter how many times I type the new password, I keep getting a message that it is wrong. I use this phone for business and I am at my wit's end. Can someone help me? Thanks so much

  • Changed Apple ID Email, iMessage won't work.

    Hi,
    Today I changed my primary email on my apple ID so that it wasn't an ISP email, and now when I try to associate FaceTime and iMessage with the ID I can't because a screen pops up wanting me to login with my old email. The iTunes store and iCloud both accept the new email, but iMessage and FaceTime will not let me get past trying to sign in with the old email. When I click add an email in the messages menu, a screen pops up with the CORRECT email address but then there's quickly a popup to enter the password for the wrong one. Has anyone been able to fix this?

    If you follow the instructions given by Apple and sign out of all Apple ID services before changing the primary email address of your Apple ID, you don't run into problems.  I've done that a few times with no issues.

    Hi..
    I have a problem till yesterday with iphone 4 email client..it won't show me my new emails..I just see 1 new message like notification and when I go to see inbox it is not there .

    Well I know recently Google has started locking accounts (well where they can check from) when they are checked on too often or from too many different places.
    My wife couldn't check her email anymore from new locations) until it got unlocked.

    For me I check from work computer, home computer, and my iPhone (thus AT&T ip assigned while in this home area). Never had an issue until I went on travel to another state and thus AT&T gave another IP and presto, kept getting bad user name or password messages when trying to check mail. Once doing the unlock I could check again.
    Not sure if Yahoo is doing the same.

  • Password change won't work outside webmail?

    Hi all,
    I changed my email password about 4 hours ago because I suspected I had typed my data into a phishing scam (luckily I realised within about 30 seconds what I had done, so I immediately went to the main BT site and changed my password from there).
    The phishing scam is actually an email that pretends it's from the BT mail migration team and looks exactly like the emails that BT sends out - it's the first time I've ever fallen for one and I'm an IT professional, so they must be getting more and more clever (or I am getting more stupid as I get older).
    I have changed the password, and I can now log into webmail using the new password (on multiple devices using an internet browser).
    However my Outlook client, and my Ipad and Iphone, are refusing to accept neither the old password nor the new one.
    Is there a delay until offline clients can use the new password?  
    I'm not sure if this is relevant, but I already carried out whatever actions were needed under the BT mail migration to my apple devices by following the instructions that were sent out a while ago.  I also noticed quite a few times recently that for several hours I was unable to retrieve email on my apple devices and then it would start working again - I assumed this was part of BT mail migration.

  • SSL email changes do not work in Outlook 2003 & 2007

    Received the email about changing email account settings.  Made the changes in Outlook 2003 (on one laptop) and Outlook 2007 on 2 others - as shown on the help page, but they don't /didn't work.  Operating systems include Windows 7, Vista, and XP. I could no longer send nor receive.  It did not work in either my iPhone, nor the other three laptops.  Consequently, an important email took me 30 mins to send - had to go back to original settings.  What is going on?

    Try as i might i am unable to set email size in prefs to anything but full size jpeg

    Solution found. Where you select the size of the image for export (email), there is an option to edit the size. Select the Edit button and then specify the size you want in the right hand side of the panel such as 25% of the original size or select the suggested sizes from the left hand side of the panel.
    That works even if when you return to the export panel it still looks unchanged. If I selected 50% from the left hand panel, it did change to 50% in the export panel, but if I typed in 25% in the right hand panel, it still said it was going to export 100% but actually did send an image of 25%.

  • ICloud Email Change, Nothing will work.

    Here is the issue:
    I am trying to restore my iPhone to a previous backup. It will not let me because "Find My iPhone" is on. I cannot turn it off because in iCloud, it is signed in with an account that basically doesn't exist. I changed my Apple ID email to a new email, and for some reason, on iCloud, it is still my old email. I cannot do anything with iCloud because I need to sign in to my account with an email that no longer exists, which means that the password I have had forever doesn't work, because THE ACCOUNT DOESN'T EXCIST! I cannot delete the account, because to do that you need to log in, and again, the log in is with an email that doesn't exsist. I also really need to restore to a back up. I use iPhone 5.

    If the old ID is yours, and if your new ID was created by editing the details of this old ID (rather than being an entirely new ID), go to https://appleid.apple.com, click Manage my Apple ID and sign in with your current iCloud ID.  Click edit next to the primary email account, change it back to your old email address and save the change.  Then edit the name of the account to change it back to your old email address.  You can now use your current password to turn off Find My iDevice, even though it prompts you for the password for your old account ID. Then save any photo stream photos that you wish to keep to your camera roll.  When finished go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account and choose Delete from My iDevice when prompted (your iCloud data will still be in iCloud).  Next, go back to https://appleid.apple.com and change your primary email address and iCloud ID name back to the way it was.  Now you can go to Settings>iCloud and sign in with your current iCloud ID and password.

  • EMail Alerts won't work regardless of settings

    For some reason I don't get any alerts (vibrate, tone, red led) for new email messages. SMS, phone, calendar, etc all work fine. Messages are received fine but again no notification in or out of the holster, and yes I have checked to make sure the ring tones/alerts are set correctly and not silenced.
    I have tried changing tones and combining tone and vibrate and pulled the battery but still no good.
    Any help appreciated.
    PS .I like having the sound icon on the top left corner of the screen.

    Hi all and welcome to the forums!
    The Blackberry's use index files to provide a quick reference so you media can be displayed promptly.
    I've seen this problem before in upgrading software and transferring phones.
    If you explore the media card you will find BBTHUMBS.DAT files. These are the index's.
    I have had success in deleting the .DAT files, doing a battery pull and letting the phone reindex the media files.
    When you wipe the phone these files may not get rebuilt correctly.

  • My email/password won't work, I request a reset, re-register but no confirmatory email received

    I responded to a Firefox email which resulted in my changing my theme by mistake. I wanted to change it back. That was about three hours ago. I tried to login to my account using the username, email and password I had written down for Firefox. They weren't recognised. I asked for a password reset. No email arrived on either of my email accounts. I checked the junk folders. I requested to register a new account on Firefox. I was told an email would be sent. No email has arrived. All I want to do is change the theme back to what it was because I can't read my tabs or horizontal menu items because of the colour scheme. I've read several troubleshooting suggestions but none seem to properly apply.

    I'm not sure what happened, but suddenly I can't send any email out from my iMac.  It still receives mail.  And my iPad's email is working just fine both incoming and outgoing.  Any suggestions???
