Email Configuration : Urgent Please

Hi all,
   Good question for u.
   I am sending an email containing list of defects through SAP Transaction QM01 to my customers.
   The email reaches the recipitent with sender mail id
as [email protected] .
   Here jaya01 is the SAP Logon Id and Company is the domain name. (This is not the correct email Id)
  Assume jaya01 has the email id as [email protected]
  I want the email posted from the SAP system through QA01 shuld go from [email protected] (sender) to my recipitents .
  I think , I have described the problem clearlyy..
   Could anybody help me!!!!

Enrique,
   I am sending  Email through the TXn QM01.
   When I click SEND Email, the Email Editor pops up and i am able to compile and send the Email.
   The Case here is the SAP sends this email through SOST Queue and adds our SAP Logon ID as the Sender Email Id. ie if my logon Id is Jayak01, then the SAP sends as if the Email was sent from the Email ID : [email protected]  (This is the Virtual Id)
But the valid email id for logon user JayaK01 would be [email protected]
Problem Here Is:
   When the receiver tries to reply for the sent email through REPLY option, then I wont be able to receive the replied mail.  Since [email protected] was not the proper Id!!!
What SAP Does (My Understanding):
   SAP collects our Logon Id and domain from the SAP R/3 and makes up the Sender Email Id as [email protected]
   I should avoid this!!!!
   Here I have read the correct email Id of the Logon User and send the email to my receiver as if it was sent from the proper email id ([email protected])
I hope, now I have clearly explained my requirement.
