Email does not open - "COMMUNICATION ERROR. TRY AG...

I bought NOKIA x2-2 Version 11.57 just a month back. Whenever I update email service and try to open email it does not open but a message comes saying "COMMUNICATION ERROR. TRY AGAIN LATER".
Please help me to solve this problem.

In order to fix this issue, I advise you to perform a soft reset on your phone: type *#7780#. Default lock code is 12345. If the issue persists, perform a hard reset. First of all, back up your data using Nokia Suite (Tools > Back up). Once your data is fully backed up, type *#7370# on the keypad.
Alternatively, you may also check for updates on Nokia Suite (by going to Tools > Updates).
Then open the e-mail app again.

You can try to right-click and Unpin the icon from the taskbar and then Pin it back from the Firefox [http://kb.mozillazine.org/Installation_directory installation directory], usually C:\Program Files (x86)\Mozilla Firefox\.
Another possible reason could be that the installed security software is delaying the start (McAfee??). You can try to fully trust Firefox and its related processes/files in the different McAfee configuration areas (e.g. process/sub process control, file modification, HIPS etc.). You can also try to disconnect the internet connection, temporarily disable McAfee, restart the computer and check.

Email does not open when I click on it

when I left click on any e-mail nothing happens. The e-mail will not open. This only happens on my Mozilla Firefox account. How can this be corrected?

Unfortunately in order to clarify how you are accessing email, are you accessing email in webmail or Thunderbird?
Also, when you say it only happens with the Firefox Account, does this means it only happens when you have a sync account attached to the browser profile when you go to the webmail site and open an email? And if so, what email site does this happen on?

Firefox updated now my browser service email does not open completely when I tried its suggestion could not change the default? Any ideas to help me?

I can not get my browser email to open up. It is through mediacom and they say they do not support firefox yet it always worked till today after I cleared all my history earlier today. I have tried to do the steps it says but no way to add my correct mail server name in. I am not really all that good on hte computer on some things and this is driving me nuts. Any help would be appreciated.

When you cleared your history, did you select Cookies and/or Active Logins and clear those? That could explain why you are not automatically logged in.
I have not used the Zimbra mail server. However, generally speaking, when you are using webmail, you usually do not need to enter a mail server name. Usually you just have to login.
Where does the site stop working for you. Can you log in and get to the next page, or does it require you to keep trying to log in? Can you view the Inbox? Can you open individual messages? Et cetera.

I click 'write' but email does not open apart from widow icon on task bar.

Thunderbird Version 31.0 was working fine then suddenly whenever I click 'write' or 'reply' nothing opens but the icon on the toolbar. I can still receive emails and open them but I cannot write or send emails. I have reloaded Thunderbird but it remains the same. What do I do to return to normal service?

Second Test:
Restart Thunderbird in Safe mode.
Help > Restart with Addons disabled
Now test:
click on Write - did Write window open in the front in focus.
If yes then it is likely that an addon is causing a conflict.
You would need to test by gradually enabling addons/extensions until you find the one which is causing the problem.
Please report back on results.

My grandmother's computer is running 10.3.9. Mail stopped opening and I ran the 10.3.9 combo updater and it works fine now.

Try Applications/Mail and see if Mail will open. If so, the Dock alias is corrupt. Command - click and hold and drag it from the Dock until you see a puff of 'smoke'. Then drag the copy from the Applications folder to the Dock to create a new alias.

Downloaded Safari 3.1 & now safari or email does not open at all.

I downloaded the newest Safari upgrade on my mac mini and now it won't open safari or mail! I'm using a different computer to get this out. I'm afraid to re-intall the original software that came with the mac mini because I may lose everything. Any suggestions? I need help!

My computer has done the same thing (I am on my sister's computer, she has a MacBook, I usually use my iBook G4)
I was playing on WoW (yes, I know, I am sad) and an auto-update came up, I did install all (there was about 6) but half way through the last one, my internet cable came out and the auto-update said failed.
The screen then came up saying 'You need to restart or shut down your laptop for the software' but I was in the middle of something and so I left it. Later on, the laptop ran out of battery and when I had got the charger and plugged it in I realised it had turned itself off. I though nothing of it and re-booted it.
When the laptop had loaded again there was no auto-update, but there was a MacBook EFI Firmware Update, it said 'Read these instructions and then follow them' I didn't really want to get a new update for the MacBook on my sisters so I left it and went onto Safari.
The screen came up saying 'Safari quit unexpectedly, retry?' So I clicked retry, and the same thing happened. I sent a report to apple saying what I had done and then left it. I came back the next day and Safari couldn't open still so I sent another report to apple. Safari still isn't working so I sent Safari across from another laptop I have. I still couldn't open it. I then sent Firefox across from the other laptop, which is what I am on now, but I would really like Safari back.

This is the simplest fix, if you're still having a problem with it. I had the same problem, am running Windows 8.1. Just be sure to reboot after you copy the dll (dynamic link library) file indicated.
Copy QTMovieWin.dll from: C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Apple\Apple Application Support
to: C:\Program Files (x86)\iTunes

The old computer is a 2.6 Ghz Intel Core 2 Duo
The new one is a 2.3 GHz intel core i7
In going over this, thanks to "tallking it out" with you, I did discover the Text Edit problem. Because I've still been unable to get the new computer text size (fonts or whatever) to match the old computer, I did not notice that the curser is now different--the line midway down the curser has to be placed on the line I am working upon, otherwise the edits go elsewhere on the page. Now, with a bit of difficulty, I am able to get Text Edit to work correctly.
If you have any ideas as to why my menu bar and Text Edit type are still so slow, I'd love to have them.
(I went through the process you suggested earlier, re my Trackpad preferences, and found no improvement.)
