Email entering inbox as read when using Outlook Connector
When using Outlook Connector (R 9.0.4.1) with Outlook 2003 all mail that is received has the header:
'This message has not been sent.
The message will be sent via Oracle Connector for Outlook.'
All mail that is received is also marked as read.
When Outlook connector is removed there is no problem.
I haven't found any settings within Outlook that would help.
Has anyone else experienced this problem, or have any ideas what is causing it?
Hi,
Don't know if you meant it literally, but OCFO only started supporting Outlook 2003 with 9.0.4.1.11, not 9.0.4.1. Perhaps this is part of the problem.

After updating to ios 7, I am now asked to enter my password continuously when accessing my emails on outlook web access. Before I just had to log in and I was able to reply, save emails, etc without re entering my password. How do I fix this?
Similar thing is happening to a relative.
He upgraded his iPhone 5 and lost his iCloud account and all his email accounts. Major pain in the neck for a senior. And it was not a user error...unless you count the fact that he hit the upgrade button. -

System.Net.Mail.SmtpException: The SMTP server requires a secure connection
You cannot email from a WSUS server direct to an O365 SMTP server, because the O365 SMTP Server *requires* a TLS-authenticated/encrypted connection and WSUS does not support TLS sessions. You'll need to have WSUS sent to an unencrypted onsite SMTP relay that
has the ability to initiate a TLS relay connection to O365.

Can't Sync Outlook Calander with Curve 9300 when using Outlook Connector
Sorry I know there is a simple answer but I can't find it. I use Outlook 2010 with my hotmail account using hotmail connector. The calander will not sync and the message I get is "Unable to access local folders. If your Outlook profile uses Hotmail connector, you must create a local data store (PST) and set it as the default delivery location for the profile". I simply do not understand what this means and how I do it. Please help?
Hi Paul111000 and welcome to the BlackBerry Support Community Forums!
Windows Live™ Hotmail® connector is not supported for synchronization with the BlackBerry® Desktop Software.
Thanks.

Unable to look at ony oher folder but my inbox folder when using outlook email
When using outlook and I open my email, I am only able to look at emails in my inbox, any other directories it will not open them for me since the upgrade.
I then have to use Explorer and have no problems going through the different directories and being able to see emails that I have filed.
TheresaWhat does that have to do with Firefox?

i lost all of my folders on the "On MY Computer" section just below my gmail inbox. I am using Outlook for Mac 2011. Can I restore those lost emails and folders?
Did you set up your phone to sync Contacts with iCloud? If not sure, you can log in to https://www.icloud.com and see if your contacts are there.

My outgoing email as stopped working when using Outlook for mac 2011. I have deleted and reinstalled the account twice. I have 11 gig free on my iCloud account. The outgoing server is set at smtp.mail.me.com using port 587. If I was able to reinstall the account, I am positive I have the correct password. I can log into my iCloud accout using the same credentials.
Any suggestions?I called Microsoft to fix my problem...for those maybe having the same issue, I was told by the Tech to use this outgoing server setting - p06-smtp.mail.me.com
All is working fine since doing so. -
How do I open a reading pane when using Outlook, similar to that in IE?
When using Outlook in IE I am able to open a reading pane (without opening the message) that shows a portion of the e-mail. I can't seem to duplicate this feature in Firefox.
Are you talking about Outlook Web Access / App or the Outlook email program installed on your PC? <br />

When using outlook on my iphone and trying to retreive my emails, my system is in this cycle of connecting, checking for email, updated - This cycle loops after 3 seconds and begins again - I'm still receiveing my mail but it is draining my battery at a rate of 20% per 15 minutes
Outlook is a mail client for PC's and Macs. There is no such thing as "Outlook" for iOS.

Where is my Outbox when using Outlook
Where is my Outbox when using Outlook?
If you see the email message and the message is going to the recipient, my assumption is that the photos are not being attached properly for some reason. You will not see the photos only in the outbox, the entire unsent email would be in there, so that's why I'm asking if the emails do go through.
IN any event, the outbox will be in the same window of your email account where you see your inbox, sent folder, trash folder, drafts folder, etc. It should be readily visible, so if you have to ask, most likely you've never seen it because it isn't there. In some email accounts, it only appears if you have unsent emails so, if you don't see it, then you don't have any unsent emails. -
Emailing from within Adobe Reader XI to Outlook 2010 32-bit bounces
I have a wierd one going. The problem appears to be with Adobe Reader XI. If I email from withing Adobe Reader up pops Outlook 2010 and away we go but the email bounces. It says the destination address does not exist. If I open Outlook and browse for the attachment and send it without touching Acrobat Reader it works just fine.
The problem sure appears to be sending from Acrobat Reader. Any clues?I am going to have to ding Adobe. The problem does appear to be on their end. Adobe is detecting the default storage and then using the account associated with that storage.
That is totally incorrect and a very sloppy, inaccurate job on Adobe's part. They need to detect and use the default account. Nicely done Adobe! -
Is it possible to eliminate Outlook 2008 when using Outlook 2011?
Is it possible to eliminate Outlook 2008 when using Outlook 2011?
Sure!
I personally like AppCleaner (free), a product you could use to remove Office 2008 (I think you meant Office, not Outlook).
AppCleaner would remove the executables and a lot of the extra stuff associated with the software. -

Starting about mid-day yesterday, when I sign into Hotmail using Firefox, I can get to my inbox but I can't open any emails or go to any other folders. This is only when using Firefox - Internet Explorer works perfectly fine. My Firefox updated itself a couple of days ago and was working fine until yesterday at about 4:30 - 5:00.

I created a Message Filter to move email from Inbox to a Local Folder based on Date. The email headers were moved, but not the contents. Since I'm using IMAP, all the emails were deleted from the server.
I searched for similar problems and I followed one suggestion to "repair" one of the target Local Folders, but that made things worse. Now the header information (Subject, From, Date (now set to the date the transfer was done, not the email received date) is all blank.
The Local Folder properties indicate the email is contained in
mailbox:///C:/Users/Ted/AppData/Roaming/Thunderbird/Profiles/c65xcqqf.default/Mail/Local Folders/Archives.sbd/2010
I can see the messages from other Local Folders here, but the ones "moved" are empty.
Should this location be changed?
Is there some way to recover the email contents?
