Hi,
We are getting failures in receiving emails from two client specifically (email from other clients are received successfully).  
I can confirm that our SMTP server is configured NOT to check for reverse DNS.
I am attaching below the notification message from one of the failed emails.

Hi Vishakha,
From the NDR information, the email was scanned by AppRiver SecureTide and then Spam Tests Failed. I think the issue is related to AppRiver SecureTide. If possible, I recommend you disable the AppRiver SecureTide temporarily and check the result.

    Is the problem only on one site??
    If you get the same error in all browsers, it could be your security software. Often there will be a set of privacy options that allow you to filter what is sent to sites. Can you find anything like that and see whether any cookies are blocked, such as "third party" cookies?
    In case the message is referring to Flash Local Storage Objects (sometimes called supercookies) instead of regular browser cookies, you can check your Flash storage settings on these pages:

    I am running MS Exchange 2010 with DAG environment, since couple of weeks my Users are receiving below errors while sending emails to few different domains 
    xyz.com gave this error:
    Please turn on SMTP Authentication in your mail client. :34464 is not permitted to relay through this server without authentication.
    OR
    xyz.com gave this error:
    Please turn on SMTP Authentication in your mail client, or login to the IMAP/POP3 server before sending your message. :8852 is not permitted to relay through this server without authentication.
    OR
    xyz.com gave this error:
    Relaying not allowed - REASON -
    A problem occurred during the delivery of this message to this e-mail address. Try sending this message again. If the problem continues, please contact your helpdesk.
    But after few retries message successfully send to destination.
    There is also no changing activity performed in my Exchange Environment.

    According to your description, I understand that failed send message to few different domain with error “Please turn on SMTP Authentication in your mail client, …. is not permitted to relay through this server without authentication”.
    If I misunderstand your concern, please do not hesitate to let me know.
    I want to double confirm whether all user or special account experience this question. Which mail client are they used, OWA, Outlook? And also check the Outlook account type?
    Basic on the error message, it’s caused by they do not enabled SMTP Authentication in your email client.
    If they use Outlook client with POP3\IMAP account, please make sure they have enable “My Outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication”, also check the Outing mail Incoming port setting.
    Additional, run below command to double check the configuration of IMAP and POP3:
    Get-ImapSettings -server <CAS server name>
    Get-PopSettings -server <CAS server name>

    Error -3150, normally mean there is no Internet connection or the connection is erratic and keeps dropping.
    So you are in the wrong forum, I think iTunes forum would be more helpful.

  • Sync Failure - The following recurring event could not be synced

    Hello from Olympic London,
    My 9900 T-mobile (software 7.1.0 bundle 1149) and Desktop (7.1.0.32) are giving me hassle. When trying to sync Outlook I get Synchronisation Error - The following recurring event could not be synced: 01/01/1900 - HGT Band Practice. Remove the event and sync again. In the settings, I asked it to sync only future events. I OK'd the message but it recurs each time.I have deleted the recurring event from both BB and PC.
    Sorry if this is an FAQ. I have searched for it.

    I have the same problem on my Torch 9810 using AT&T.  Not only has the event been deleted from both Outlook and the device, but it is also from March, more than the 3 months old most events are kept, and Outlook is also set to only sync future events.  No future dates are now syncing at all.  Someone please help!

If you are then was the card issued in the same country as your account is based ? They are only valid in their country of issue.   • My home page is firefox. Today when I signed on firefox I recieved a message from my antivirus that mozilla attempted to download the following file from your site. Trojan-Downloader.JS.Iframe.cgq

    When I clicked on Firefox to start and as it opened my antivirus immediately named the Trojan, keeping the Trojan from downloading to my machine. The Trojan was found within Mozilla at C:\Users\nameofmachine\APPDATA\LOCAL\MOZILLA\FIREFOX\Profiles\8m239aat.default\Cache\2\BD It appears subsequent attempts have not happened.

I suspected the the pop-ups should be allowed & I made saure the box was not blocking in"Tools> Unfortunately I went back to CBC Archives on line but the window had no change. There was no "pop-up" from HDS Link Detector. The video clip just played as it normally does in the "on-line" player. The HDS icon in the lower right hand corner of the window is red (meaning"enabled", so it seems the "pop0up" should appear when I go to the CBC site. Maybe it's an extra difficult video to get a pop-up? I don't know how those other guys manged to download the video using HDS Link Detector.     Your exchange server must be set up to work with ActiveSync.  Ask your IT administrator if they have set up your account properly to use this.  Without it, you will not be able to access email on your iPad. Do it now.

    First, please check if there is a transport rule blocking you from send email to the particular recipient. Besides, please check for any third party transport agents, I recommend you disable third party transport agents temporarily. If there is any AV/AS
    scanning on your Exchange server, please disable it temporarily and test again.
    If the issue persists, in order to troubleshoot the problem more efficiently, I need to clarify some information.
    1. Did you send emails externally or internally?
    2. How many recipients were affected?
    3. From "Some time we are getting error while sending mail to particular recipient", do you mean all users couldn't send emails to the particular recipient or just some users of all couldn't send emails to the particular recipient?
    Sometimes message tracking log is useful for us, to narrow down the issue, I recommend you check message tracking log for related error message.

    After adding a new acquistion company to our network the company is now receiving a undeliverable error message when trying to email Parent Company.  The acquistion company is still hosting there own email.  Emails do come
