Email from addresses IN my Address Book are getting filtered to Junk

Question

I thought I had Mail trained. But, when I send mail from a web account of mine to Mail, where the sending account email address is IN Address Book in my own Address Book card, it is getting sent to the Junk Mail mailbox. The same thing has happened to email from a Yahoo Group.
I have the following exempt from junk mail filtering:
√ Sender of message is in my Address Book
√ Sender of Message is in my Previoius Recipients
√ Message is addressed using my full name.
So, how come email that matches one or more of these criteria are getting junked?

Answsering my own question:
This may not be THE answer, but this seems to work.
I gave up and reset the Junk mail filtering and started re-teaching Mail. Only thins, it wasn't doing any good. If I sent email to myself from another email account, it got labelled as Junk. If I told Mail that it was NOT Junk and tried, again, Mail STILL labelled it as Junk.
Maybe no one else does this (or, it isn't causing anyone but me problems), but I had ME in my addressbook (mostly to make sure my birthday got into iCal along with everyone elses), complete with all my email addresses. This was labelled by Mail as "Me" the owner/user.
I tried creating another contact that I called "Mike's Email Addresses". That's what I put in there, all my email addresses. And, I deleted the email addresses from the "Me" account.
Now, sending email from one of my other accounts (the web based @mail.com, for example), to the email address that Mail checks, causes that email to be dropped into my Inbox. Hurrah.
