Email in subfolders not available with my Exchange account

Question

Two questions:
1) Is there a better email client than the built in one? I need something where I can navigate my folder structure. Having all folders open at all times makes reading archived email impossible.
2) I seem to have a problem when browsing to a folder in my Exchange account. Some folders, which definitely have email in them, appear empty on the iPhone. It appears to only show the last couple of days of email, and it gives no way to see older emails. On my non-Exchange email accounts, I can always go to the bottom of the screen and click on "Load More Messages"

1) You can check the app store. When you are in the listing of all your accountsin the mail app select your exchange account from the bottom list in the "accounts" section and you should see all your folders and can expand them.
2) Not sure, it takes a few seconds for my exchange folders to populate sometimes but they do load. I only use gmail with exchange. You might want to ask your IT support about it.
