ok, new to the blackberry. already im sick of it.
why is it soooo confusing?
Ive been told by my provider to....
turn it off for two hours....
then that didnt work so then i had a huge list...
menu, options, advanced options, 'host routing cable'
ignore -.-
blackberry button
register now
service msg sent
take battery out turned on. 1min
put it back
registered.
confirmation that its registered, so no idea if that worked!
Anyway, im trying to set up my email, but i keep getting the 'email address/password is invalid'
no its not. im currently signed onto it! ive re-typed it over, and over again.
i also tried 'https://bis.eu.blackberry.com/html' from my laptop, to get a ' Your account is not accessible via HTML browser. Please use your device to access BlackBerry Internet Service.'
so i try the same address from my phone and im back to the 'email is invalid.
honestly, does a phone really need to be this complicated??!!

you just need to access your BIS account from your computer. but the URL you gave is only work from a BlackBerry device. What is the name of your carrier?

I'm not able to send emails with mail.ru. Receiving and reading is not a problem. When I create a email with mail.ru its not possible to send it although its stored in my mail.ru account as "still to be send". What can it be??

My Iphone 4 will not let me purchase apps. Its says that I have an unresolved balance. My credit card is on file but it says that the security code is invalid. I have tried changing my address to be more specific, but nothing works. I know my credit card number is correct and that the security code is valid. I do not know how to resolve the situation. If someone has experienced this before and knows how to fix it you help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I can reset my security questions. I have checked my email and but am not receiving the email to reset. Its not in spam.

How can I reset my security questions for icloud account. I am not receiving the reset email. Is there a way to change where the email is being sent? ice checked my spam folders.

The easiest thing to do is to contact Apple for assistance by going to https://expresslane.apple.com, then click More Products and Services>Apple ID>Other Apple ID Topics>Forgotten Apple ID security questions.

There are a number of threads about it - it looks like Apple recently updated their address validation. Some people have recorded success by :
ensuring that their iTunes account address is exactly the same as appears on their credit card bill
putting something in the second line of the address (including just copying the first line)
expanding abbreviations e.g. St to Street, Ave to Avenue etc (or conversely abbreviating)
putting apartment or suite number on the second address line

I have 5th gen Ipod Nano and I have recently bought a new computer and have been syncing all of my music onto itunes.But when I try to login I get locked out. I have tried using ICloud but I still get locked out. So I created a new Apple ID, I have been forced by ICloud to do this many times in the past and eventually the ICLOUD icon will appear and I can sync all my music I have purchased on itunes in the past. I as a customer not only find this process very aggravating but also feel its a waste of my time and money that I have spent purchasing the songs because in a matter of weeks ICloud will log me out.When trying to log back in it will reject my email and password saying its not a valid account when I have already verified the account. I have also experienced problems with the ipod itself, sometimes the Itunes won’t show that the Ipod is connected when it is or not syncing my music and also not allowing anymore songs to be put on it when it says it has not all the storage has been used up. I have tried uninstalling Itunes and then reinstalling it. The problem seems fixed for a while and then it starts again. I have had to deal with this problem for months now. I find this very frustrating. I don’t see the point in having an Apple ID or password when nobody but me accesses it on itunes. It would make more sense to have an option that will keep account logged in. I also find that your website does not offer any help when encountering this problem.The only options I have online are to login with my apple ID and change my name,email address or password. This also adds to my frustration with Apple. I have tried to turn ICloud on by following your instructions at help.apple.com but still find that the problem isn’t solved. I have looked on your site to see if I have an up to date Itunes downloaded and that ICloud installed correctly and I did. But still cant access my account or retrieve any of the music. I find there are many faults in your system which make it hard for me to enjoy using any of your products. If this continues I may just have to buy a different mp3 player and use that. You must initiallly activate iCloud from an IOS device or a Mac. You cannot inititally activated from a PC.

Try the Iforgot and go to you Email address there should be a Email from Apple with the New password

You can edit or delete your rescue email address at My Apple ID. To edit your rescue email address:
Navigate to My Apple ID using your web browser.
Click "Manage your account"
When prompted, sign in using your Apple ID and password.
Click Password & Security
You'll be asked to answer 2 of your 3 security questions before you can make any modifications. If you are unable to remember your answers, you can choose to send an email to your rescue email to reset your security questions.
Note: The option to send an email to reset your security questions and answers will not be available if a rescue email address is not provided. You will need to contact iTunes Store support in order to do so.
After you've validated your identity by correctly answering your security questions, click Edit to the right of your rescue email address.
Once you've finished editing your rescue email address, click the Save button directly below the email field.

I verified my email but ipod touch says not verified, I go to redo and its says already verified but Itunes still shows it needs to be verified

Please go to Settings>Itunes and App Store and log out of your Apple id and right back in again. See if this doesn't resolve this issue.
