Email is to wide for screen

Emails come in and I have t o use the bottom arrow to see it all. It almost doubles.

Sounds like the eBay Manager Sold page expects a very wide window.
Does the content get too small if you zoom out the window?
Zoom in on webpages - Safari Help
Make the webpage content larger: Choose View > Zoom In, press Command (⌘)–Plus Sign (+), or pinch open on your trackpad. To make only text larger, choose View > Zoom Text Only before you zoom in.
Set a minimum font size for webpages: Choose Safari > Preferences, click Advanced, then select “Never use font sizes smaller than.” Click the pop-up menu and choose the minimum font size you want.
Expand to full-screen view: Click the green full-screen button in the top-left corner of the browser window, or press Control-Command (⌘)-F. To return to standard view, move the pointer to the top-left corner of the screen, then click the green full-screen button again, or press Control-Command (⌘)-F.
Of course you can zoom out to see more.

Display of eBay Sales Manager Sold Page to wide for screen. Scrolling is driving me mad. Help please for Newbie to Mac!

I have a new Mac Book Pro 13” & an iPad for my Amazon and eBay business. I have been a PC user. The problem relates to both.
On my eBay Manager Sold page, the display of the page is wider than my screen. I use Safari and all other webpages are fine apart from this and a couple of other eBay Sales Manager pages. I have tried using the eBay default column widths for the Sold display page & also setting the widths of the Sold columns to my own preferences. However, on each page refresh the display page width reverts meaning I am having to scroll left and right to see full details of each sale.
Help would be much appreciated as it is driving me mad. I have tried all the usual things - page display, clearing cookies, restarting computer but nothing helps.

Movies Too Wide For Screen?

Recently got a new Ipod Classic (160gb) and some of the podcasts and movies and stuff are cut off on both sides of my ipod. They fit the top and bottom of the screen, but are too wide. Whats up?

Have you made sure you haven't turned widescreen on? To check head to the Videos section of your iPod and choose "Settings". Make sure *TV Screen* is set to Standard and see if that helps.
Otherwise, depending on where the video came from, you may have to use a third party utility to help change the resolution of the video. If it was downloaded from iTunes, you will not be able to do anything about it. Sorry.

Pages too wide for screen in Safari 5.0.3

Often, when I launch Safari5.0.3 the web page that comes up extends about 3" past the right edge of my screen.
Of course, I can then cinch it back manually to fit the screen, but would prefer that pages fit automatically.
I tried different screen resolution settings but the issue continues.
Not long ago, my MBP's lid/screen enclosure was replaced by Apple.
This issue presented itself soon after. Might there be a correlation here?
Suggestions anyone?

Not sure if this has anything to do with hardware.
Quit Safari.
Open a Finder window select your Home folder in the Sidebar on the left. Then open the Library folder, then the Caches folder, then the *com.apple.Safari folder*.
Move the cache.db file from the com.apple.Safari folder to the Trash.
Restart your Mac. Try Safari.

Mac login acounts too wide for the screen

The older versions worked just fine, but Lion login account icons run left and right and are too wide for the screen on the macmini. So, I have to scroll to get to my account at the end of the list. Is there a way to change this?

It is possible that the screen is too wide or too high and that the scroll bars fall off.<br />
Open the system menu via Alt+Space and see if you can resize that window.<br />
If that works then close Firefox to save that setting.<br />

Alex, thanks for the reply but it did not answer my question. I only want to turn off notifications & interruptions while I am on the phone. For this desired result, the only way the Do Not Disturb feature would help is if I manually turned it on before each phone conversation. Since my phone rings at random times, this is not possible. Basically, I just want to "opt out" of call-waiting. When I had a landline I never had call waiting. I don't want to be interrupted. But beyond that, even if I am being interrupted why are these notifications preventing the other party from hearing my voice?

How can I print a whole email document and not a "screen shot" like I get in the Print Preview option. I'd like to print from "file" and print" like I can on other browsers (IE, for example). When I try to print from Firefox it grabs all my info (file folders, etc.) from the left side of the page. I need just the email information, not the entire screen information. Thank you!

I agree; I should, but I can't :) I have an orange Firefox drop down that I go to to print, and it allows me to select "print", "print preview" and "print setup", where I can change the margins. It always defaults to a full screen shot (I use Yahoo) and does not show just the email. I don't need to print what is on the left side of the screen or anything other than the email (I can achieve these things by using file-print from IE, so I know it is doable, and I am still going into Yahoo and using their email when I do it).
Hope this helps. I'm not a fan of IE, but I really don't like the print properties I'm getting here (I'm a long time Mozilla user, but I'm losing too much info with this option and can't afford that anymore).

How do I remove my email address from the lock screen? My dad bought me a new laptop after mine was stolen from my house on New Year's Eve. I'm a little tighter on my security now and when I turn on my laptop the lock screen shows me my name and my email
address. If my laptop gets stolen again, I don't want my email address to be displayed for someone to use or sell as I'm extremely picky about what I'm giving out my email for. If there isn't a way to hide my email address, I'm going to demand a "downgrade"
from this Windows 8 s**t and back to the more user-friendly and less confusing Windows 7. (And for the record, I hate Windows 8. With a passion.)

Email replying spanning bigger than screen.

Hey guys don't really know how to explain this, but when I'm replying to an email through "Mail" the text always spans past the screen size, so I find myself constantly moving the screen side to side just to see what I am writing.
Very annoying bug.
I've tried changing the font size and writing to various e-mail addresses does not make a difference.
Oh and I am just using a standard hotmail account, and never used to have the problem until 3.0.1 update?

If you are having issues with your email not fitting to the screen size on your iPad, you may want to try some things to troubleshoot.
First, quit all running applications and test again -
Force an app to close in iOS
Next, I would try restarting and if needed resetting the iPad -
Restart or reset your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
If the issue is still present, you may want to restore the iPad as a new device -
How to erase your iOS device and then set it up as a new device or restore it from backups

No batch input data for screen SAPMF05A 0614

Hello,
We are encountering an error in automatic clearing (FB05) of inbound IDOC type PEXR2002 (Remitance Advice). The error message is "No batch input data for screen SAPMF05A 0614" and it relates to the fact that we are clearing multiple accounts (Customer Account & A/P Rebate Account). We have added the "Cash-Flow Relevent" setting to all of the GL Accounts involved as per OSS note 25200. However in automatic clearing when the program is populating the "Assign payment amounts" screen 0614 it is only poplulating the Payment amount with the net payment amount instead of the gross payment amount. Because there is still an amount "To be assigned" the screen is expecting some further action.
Has anyone encountered this problem? And if so how did you go about resolving it?

The error message appears in the IDOC Status record and there is nothing in SM35. We were able to step through the program code to determine exactly where the error is occurring. And it is on screen SAPMF05A 0614. There is an OSS note 25200 which addresses this problem but after following the steps to assign "Relevant to cash flow" setting to all GL accounts involved the problem still exists. Somehow it is not recognizing the Rebate account when the system populates the "Payment amount". It only recognizes the Customer A/R Account. We are not sure how to resolve...

Place the iOS device in Recovery Mode and then connect to your computer and restore via iTunes. The iPod will be erased.
iOS: Wrong passcode results in red disabled screen
If recovery mode does not work try DFU mode.

Cannot setup email account always asking for password

Just got the IPad3 and setting up my email account. I tried setting it up the same way as my IPhone. Had the email account and password entered but when I exit, it gives me a message saying that it may not be able to send or received mail. I don't know what else is missing from the setup.
When I try to open my email, it always asks for the password, entered the password again but does not open my email.
Please help.

Quicktime plugin for screen capture does not work in flash player 11.2

I have created a quicktime plugin (it is .component file) for screen sharing purpose.
I have used quicktime framework for that. plugin is detected in flash player.
This plugin is working perfectly for flash player 11 and below.But,
It does not working in latest flash player 11.2.
I have seen following error on console -

Error Domain=NSOSStatusErrorDomain Code=-8974
"The operation couldn’t be completed. (OSStatus error -8974.)".
Make sure that the formats of all video outputs are properly configured
Note - Compression format used in plugin is kBMPCodecType.

The issue ended up being the change in resolution to my external monitor. Flash was unable to detect the proper coordinates of the color I was trying to select because I was running my monitor in HD mode rather than selecting an actual resolution from my monitor preferences. Changing the settings to an acutal resolution, instead of generic "HD mode" fixed the issue.
