Email not working after upgrading to 7.0.3

Question

I've upgraded my iPad OS to 7.0.3 and immediately after I did that, my email account stopped working. It says to verify that I have entered the correct account info in Mail settings but I had not changed any of that prior to upgrading. I've tried deleting the account and adding it back, I've tried shutting down and rebooting iPad and I just keep getting the same errors.
When I try to add again, it gives me this:
The SMTP server is not responding. Check your network connection and that you entered the correct information in the Outgoing Mail Server field.
When I try to save, it says Cannot Connect Using SSL and do I want to try connecting without it. WHen I say yes, then it tells me that I need to check that I've entered the correct information in the Incoming Mail Server field.
Any ideas as to what's going on?

Try this first - Reset the iPad by holding down on the Sleep and Home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons. (This is equivalent to rebooting your computer.)
Or this - Delete the account in Mail and then set it up again. Settings->Mail, Contacts, Calendars -> Accounts   Tap on the Account, then on the red button that says Remove Account.
