Email Notifiaction to vendors once the purchaser creates a bid invitation

Hi Experts,
I need to send email notification to vendors (bidders) once the purchaser creates a bid invitation. How do I go about it?

My actual requirement is as follows. Once the bid invitation is created, based on certain conditions mails with different content (header + mail text) should be sent to the vendors. For example,
1.During creating of IFB :- u201C An Enquiry has been raised against you : <CFN/PR/IFB No.> Please visit our portal :  Click here <link> u201C.
2.During IFB modification for End date of submission :-u201CEnd date of submission has been extended to <  date  > against < CFN/PR/IFB No.> Please visit our portal :  Click here <link> u201C.
3. During IFB modification for new vendor addition & End date of submission :-
a. to the new vendor :-- u201C An Enquiry has been raised against you : <CFN/PR/IFB No.> Please visit our portal : address(link) :u201D----
u201C.
b.  to old vendors :- :-u201CEnd date of submission has been extended to <  date  > against < CFN/PR/IFB No.> Please visit our portal :  Click here <link>.u201D
4. During Price bid modification :- u201CPrice bid opening date has been finalized as < date > against <CFN/PR/IFB No.> Please visit our portal :  Click here <link> u201D **
this mail to be sent to only techno-commercially accepted vendors.
These email messages are to  sent by the system.
How can I affect these changes.

    You will have to log in with to www.adobe.comfor retail purchase or licensing.adobe.com if Volume licenses with the E-mail with which it is registered
    Then you can retrieve the serial number, you can opt for transfer of license to get it registered with your Email, if applicable & eligible.

  • Various Account Assignment options while creating new Bid Invitation

    Dear Guru's,
    It seems while creating fresh Bid Invitation there is no option to define the Cost assignment like Cost Center, Asset, Order, Project, Network.
    System creates Bid Invitation only for Cost Assignment "CC - Cost Center". Is my understanding correct?
    Can any one confirm that Bid Invitation can only be created only for Materials/Services wtih Cost Assignment CC and Direct Material Option?

    We tried that scenarios also, we maintained alternate Account Assignment in Org Structure like AS, CC, NET, OR. These various Cost assignment options are also visible while creating Shopping Cart.
    But while creating new Bid Invitation system does not have any provision in Item details to enter the Cost Assignment details like shopping cart.
    That is why this question?
    We would like to invite bids for Asset, Project, Order and WBS element materials. So that system creates purchase order with respective Account assignment in backend as follow-on documents.

    Please check the staus in order
    Current order status xxxx does not allow goods receipt (Message no. C6009)? is this the message?
    This will not allow you to do GR for production order when you activate status profile "SAT1" in the production order. After that when you confirm order it will automatically assign next user status i.e. "SAT2" (if not assign it manually in CO02) it will allow you to do GR for that production order.

  • Create a BID invitation from a BAPI

    Hello,
        I have a situation here where i need create a BID when a save a QUOT, the process is a little complicated, but i will explain what've done.
        I activated the BADI BBP_DOC_SAVE with the filter for QUOT object (BUS2202) and using the guid of the BID that generate the QUOT I need create a new BID changing some parameters, to find out the initial BID i used the function BBP_PD_QUOT_GETDETAIL, to get details of initial BID invitation i used the function BBP_PD_BID_GETDETAIL so to create a new BID a used the funcion BBP_PD_BID_CREATE.
        After execute the function to generate the new BID there is no errors and the GUID and new id number returned into header structure, to ensure the generation i used the function BBPU_COMMIT_AND_WAIT but the BID is not create in the system.
        I don't have any idea about this problem any help will be accepted.

        Thanks for your answer, i will use this function, but i found a flag to process the function BBP_PD_BID_CREATE in bapi mode (I_BAPIMODE = 'X') and after put this flag the BID was generated.

    We are intrested in changing the current format of the downloaded file. We would like to remove the header lines and that only the item lines will be performed,  we  are also intrested of removing the columns: line category, Field Attribute, Change Key. The only columns we need to be performed in the file are: Document Number, Item Number, Item Description, amount, Delivery time.
    Can anyone clarify how can this be done?

    You can use BADI : BBP_PD_DOWNLOAD to chnage the format of the file.

    Normally Ecatt and scatt used for testing purpose not uploading but it has uploading functionality  also.
    Bdc is used Abaper's.

    You should create multiple vendors for each bank account and assign that as an invoicing party (PI) partner on the mail vendor this will allow you to choose vendor code for specific bank account.

    We are workig with SRM5.0 SP08. I have observed that vendors are not able to see bid invitations processed one day before.
    Could you pls suggest the probable reason, if anybody has come across similar problem? Bid invitation version is active and can be seen with purchasers login.

    all these bid invitation statuses are not closed. its published only. The problem is bidder is not able to see bid invitations with dates in the past.

    Ur right. There is also problem with search functionality. In fact I can display list of bid invitations only if I am not giving any search criteria.

    Hi all,
    From bid invitation I am generating a purchase order. A PO is getting created in the backend. But when I save the PO in the backend it gives an error because a custom field (created in both backend PO and bid invitation) is mandatory for creating a PO is not filled.  I have to map the Z field created in bid invitation to the custom field in backend. But in the badi ‘BBP_CREATE_PO_BACK’ there is no information regarding the quotation or bid invitation. Is there any way to get the bid or bid invitation details like bid guid or bid invitation guid or any other field which related the PO to bid in the badi ‘BBP_CREATE_PO_BACK’?

    Hi Sundeep,
    This problem looks to be a program error. SAP suggest few notes for the account assignment errors. However i could not found out any relation for this error w.r.t commodity code.
    The related OSS notes are as under :
    <b>Note 1000184 - Account assignment error when document transfer to back end</b>
    <b>Note 966323 - Service Item: Not able to create PO in ERP backend</b>
    The note 1000184 is more relavent in your case and other related notes are mentioned in that note which may resolve your issue.
