Email of the administrator in STS

Hi all,
Is there anyplace in STS to indicate the email address of the person who sends the email?
I am doing some proofs with STS but the emails don´t send and I am looking if it can be for this.

I'm not sure to understand your question, but &sender& will add the sender email address in STS.
I would consider to consult the SMTP logg files to check for correct mail broadcast also,

Unable to send email to the users from Project Server Workflow

Hello all,
I am facing issues in sending emails to the users from the workflow in SharePoint Designer 2013.
I am trying to send emails to valid users in a Project server 2013 Workflow by Email action.
I have set up the SMTP server successfully, I have configured SMTP server successfully in IIS manager 6.0
I have configured the outgoing e-mail settings in Central Administration successfully,
I have configured the SMTP email settings for my web app in IIS manager as well.
I have configured and synced the User Profile App with the eMail addresses from Active Directory as well.
I have configured the Alerts and Reminders in Operational Policies of PWA settings as well.
I can send the emails to the users successfully through Powershell.
But when I am trying to Start a Task Process with a user in the workflow, the task process starts but it never sent an email notification. So I tested by using the Action Email, that also the user is unable to receive any email. But the Workflow is not giving
any error also. The email sending is successful, but the user is unable to receive it. The workflow succeeds to next phase without any errors.
So to cross verify I tried 'Alert Me' option on a list, but that also is not sending(or might be sending but the user is not receiving) the mail.
What else should I do to solve this issue.
Please help me.

I tried editing the PWA instance as you said, but that also didn't help :(
I even restarted the Project Server Service, but nothing is changed.
I tried creating a new workflow for a List and used send email there, but that also is not sending the mail :(
How do I check where the issue is from ? I mean, whether the workflow is sending the mail and the mail server is not receiving? or whether the workflow is not sending the mail itself? how do I check this? Is there any way to log these details?
Please help me regarding this issue, I am totally clueless how to proceed.

How can I use multiple email-addresses with "Administration Email Address"

What syntax should I use to have more email-adresses in the screen "Manage Service - Instance Settings - Email" after the field "Administration Email Address".
I tried:

- '[email protected], [email protected]'
- '[email protected]; [email protected]'
- "[email protected]','[email protected]"
- "[email protected], [email protected]"
- "[email protected]; [email protected]"
Every time I get the ORA-29279 / 501.
Please help me with the right syntax for multiple email-addresses.

From a google search of the docs, it looks that that field is used as a FROM address... hence it's by definition only one address.
Administration Email Address - Defines the "from" address for administrative tasks that generate email, such as approving a provision request or resetting a password.

How to search and delete an email from the mailbox

hi,
have a hybrid scenario, exchange 2013 and office 365
what command should I use to search and delete an email from the organization mailbox i.e. I do not want that email to be in any users inbox.
I have tried this command but it does not work, it says search-mailbox is not recognized as the name of the command let.
Get-Mailbox -ResultSize unlimited | Search-Mailbox -SearchQuery 'Subject:"Download this file"' -DeleteContent

This can be accomplished by search-mailbox command
First you need to create a new role group
To Create – New-RoleGroup “Mailbox Import-Export Management” -Roles “Mailbox Import Export”
Then add the user to the group
To Add user – Add-RoleGroupMember “Mailbox Import-Export Management” -Member Administrator
Search the mailbox
get-mailbox -ResultSize unlimited -IgnoreDefaultScope | search-mailbox -SearchQuery ‘Subject:”virus infected”’ -LogOnly -TargetMailbox administrator -TargetFolder filter -LogLevel Full
Now we need to run the below command to search the infected emails and delete all of them in the whole organization
get-mailbox -ResultSize unlimited -IgnoreDefaultScope | search-mailbox -SearchQuery ‘Subject:”virus infected”’ -TargetMailbox administrator -TargetFolder filter -deletecontent -LogLevel Full
Also you can do a message tracking with the subject and delete them
Get-ExchangeServer | where {$_.isHubTransportServer -eq $true -or $_.isMailboxServer -eq $true} | Get-MessageTrackingLog -Messagesubject “Virus Infected” | Select-Object Timestamp,ServerHostname,ClientHostname,Source,EventId,Recipients

Admin console in WLS 6.0 does not support automatic extensibility for user
MBeans registered to WLS server. You can only access them programmatically
by getting the MBean from the MBeanServer in the WLS server.

Looks like we found a solution, it's Mickey Mouse but it works. After talking to two Apple Senior Advisors, this is the fix they came up with:
The first advisor after exploring it for awhile, came to the conclusion the way to get my calendars back local On my Mac with the alerts as I had then was to import the saved .ics files with my my 'dangerous email alerts' being removed then me manually re-adding them. I said that was a no go.
The second advisor, after speaking with me for awhile and trying a few things that we'd tried before said he'd do some work on his end and call me back. A couple of hours later he phoned back with a fix that I guess will have to do, his solution:
I had to go into Calendar-preferencs-accounts and create a Gmail calendar, quit and restart Calendar, I created a calendar in the gMail account. Then I was given the option in Calendar under File-New Calendar to create On my Mac local calendars. Next was to create local calendars with the same names as my iCloud calendars. Now I had to un-check all calendars but one, put Calendar in month view, command-click all the events for the given calendar and drag them to the new local calendar of the same name. I then had to repeat this for each of the calendars and for all 12 months of the year.
I'm not done yet but it seems to be working. As I said Mickey Mouse but doing the job. It seems creating another online calendar account was the only way to get the local On my Mac option, active again. What a pain in the a** this has been, I will repeat it again

Reset Password using Recovery HD
Boot into Recovery Partition.
Start the computer,then press and hold down command and R keys to start into recovery partition.
When you see the Apple logo, release the keys.
Wait until OS X Utilities window shows up.
Move the mouse to the menubar at the top and click "Utilities", then select "Terminal"
from the drop down.
Terminal window will appear.
Type in resetpassword and press enter on the keyboard.
Leave the Terminal window open.
Reset Password Utility window will open with Macintosh HD selected.
Select the user account from the popup menu box.
Enter a new password.
Reenter the new password for the user.
Enter a hint.
Click the "Save" button.
Click  in the menubar and select Restart.

You can not delete the datasource from the admin tool, but can do so
from the iPlanet registry -
- invoke kregedit
- Go to Software\iPlanet, Application Server, 6.0, DataSource
- Select the datasource you want to delete, Choose Edit-Delete from the menu
to delete the datasource.

APIM Delegation and the Administrator account

When using the Delegation feature (delegating sign-in and sign-up), are there any special requirements for handling the Administrator account?

That is exactly how I am logging in...so once the Administrator logs in (via Azure Portal -> Launch Management Console -> Go to Developer portal), what should happen when the Administrator clicks on "Administrator -> Profile -> Change Account
Information" (on the Administrator profile page in the developer portal) when delegation is enabled?
Should that button be visible at all on the Profile page when delegation is enabled and the current user is the Administrator?

Firefox 3.0.10 simply says "Home : An Unexpected Error has occurred." after the failed login attempt.
I looked far and wide for the proper channel to report these bugs to, but there are no forum sections devoted to account problems, no appropriate sections on the Contact Us page, and the Help section on the forums says "For additional information or unresolved board problems, please e-mail the Administrator", but inconveniently failing to list an email address.
So perhaps a kind admin surfing on through can notify the appropriate webmaster and us Mac users can contribute to the forum community.
Oh, and if anyone wants to help me find "wvc11b.exe", that'd rock.

Firefox 3.0.10 (also on Windows via VMware Fusion) works fine for me. The original problems only appear to affect Mac browsers so far.

Before going further, are we using domain admin account to use netdom and adsiedit.msc? Whether it is true or not, please try another admin account to check if the issue persists. Besides, to use netdom, we must run the
netdom command from an elevated command prompt. If the issue persists, please try to join the machine to the domain from the machine itself to see if it can be successful.

Exchange management console not able to access after rename the administrative AD account

I had an administrative user account(AD Admin a/c) KXP004 that
recently rename as RPS001
The account which was working fine before renaming and was able to access the exchange console. Since I rename the account, everything is working fine except the exchange management
console.
When trying to access the EX Management console displays an error message saying it cannot find the new name. What can we do to make the exchange management
console work for the renamed account? Please assist.

After renaming the administrator account in AD, did you log off and then log on by using the new administrator name? Please log on again and monitor the result.
In addition, please also open Event Viewer and check if find some related events.
-->Since I rename the account, everything is working fine except the exchange management console.

(emergency) How to inform the administrator ....?

When Sun Cluster found a fault(may cause failover or not) and repair it, how to inform the administrator or administrative software?
Here is a example.
The NAFO backup group has two adapter. Sometime the active adapter doesn't work and automatically failover to the inactive adapter. We should be informed that there is a adapter is bad , and should replace it with a new one. The information can be transfered by email or by other means.

By default this type of information is written to the standard messages file. You should also be able to pick this information up using snmp via the admin workstation.

When installing software from a Canon EOS CD, my Imac says I dont have the right permissions ... I am the administrator !

When installing software from a Canon EOS CD, my Imac says that I dont have anough priveledge to install, and to log on as administor.
I am the administrator.. but I created an account called administrator.. didnt work.
I thought the CD was bad, and got anoter copy that I know was loaded on another mac.. same problem
I even repaired permissions with the disk utility.
