Email sent by bank re skype subscription payment

I have just had an email telling me that a 3 month subscription is being taken from you by my bank. It was a scam email i think but i am just checking as i have not authorised a payment as i do not need a subscription.
Please can you let me know how i can contact skype customer service to sort this out. I am in the UK.

As you know you intend to contact Customer Service, after you have signed on to the Skype website, skip past Step 2 of the instruction where several articles from the FAQ library will appear for you to review, and proceed to Step 3, Continue Support Request (the "button" appears at the lower right corner of the website page). You may also skip past in Step 4 where you will be referred back here to the Community; no need to do this as the Community is where you started.
If the charge is fraudulent, remember also to contact the issuer of the payment method. If you use a third-party payment processor such as PayPal or MoneyBookers, contact them to report the charge as well. In such cases, I always recommend changing all of these account passwords immediately, if you have not already done so.

Vendor not receiving payment due to incomplete address on file sent to bank

hi friends,
i have a question, we normally send a file to the bank of the payments we make to the vendors, 1 of the vendors was not paid and the reason being that the vendor address was incomplete on the file sent to the bank for which the bank has rejected the payment. could this be some kind of mapping error? as the address from the vendor master is appear complete on the file sent to the bank.
does any one know how this mapping takes place... where is this mapping done in SAP

Transaction OBVCU or FBZP payment methods/Country For thecountry and payment method combination, there is an area with heading 'Required Master record specifications. In that there is check box for Stree, PO box or POBox code. See if this check box is checked. If it is checked , you cannot process payment program for vendors with incomplete address record.

Bank blocked subscription payment.

Hi, For some reason my bank blocked my recurring payment for the current month (along with my entire card).When I called to get it unblocked, they said that I have to ask spotify to charge me again, but my subscription is running w/o issue and my new charge date is the 30th of July. The payment still hasn't appeared on my statement, but these usually appear with about a week delay. Can someone sort me out here?

Skype rejects payment cards, even from Target

YES rejects all cards (Banks hate Skype for some reason cause it's outside the US); Bought another Skype Card at Target in the US and tried to apply it to paying for my phone # renewal (I get very few calls a year so I don't really need it but it is on my business card and other super important places but they (SKYPE) will not let me pay. They want us to pay using some overseas businesses. That didin't work. Now I have to write to Microsoft I guess. I just want to apply the $30 Unlimited US and Canada card to renewing my number for a year. Since I (in the past) never knew where my next dollar was coming from AUTOMATIC RENEWALS do not work for me. Support so far has been non existent. Even though I deleted what I was suppose to at Paypal it still doesn't work either. Let's face it some aspect of Skype wants you to pay their way or don't use the service.
Too bad I loved and promoted skype. Maybe the telecommunications industry took over Skype to remove one competitor. Yeah, that's probably it. Another monopoly taking away freedom worldwide. Got it.

I think this may be a clue as to what is occurring:
I just want to apply the $30 Unlimited US and Canada card to renewing my number for a year.
I learned from a colleague that Skype cards are designed and intended to fund specific Skype purchases, and not considered general credit cards. If the Skype card is offered as payment for Skype items not covered, the card would be rejected. So, in other words, if you are attempting to transfer the offer or redeem an Unlimited US & Canada subscription offer for credit needed to renew your Skype Number, this can not be done.
I am sorry to be the bringer of bad news.

Refused Subscription Payment

I received the second email notification, that my subscription payment was refused the second time, probably due to, that the related credit card is no longer exist. For buying Skype Credit I use a new credit card but probably the subscription renewal still remembers to the old card. I tried to change this but I do not have (any more) the subscription listed on my account, probably because it has expired. Any suggestion, what to do?

According to your account you have one Subscription - the Unlimited UK/India Plan - not the Unlimited India Plan. Please clarify. PayPal couldn't process your original order due to the expired credit card. As you have now updated your card you should resubmit your order. If you cancel a Plan which is no longer available or allow it to expire you will lose it permanently.

Help with Form F110_US_DTA for ACH file to be sent to bank

Hi ppl,
I'm implementing new house bank in the system for ACH payments
the NACHA file format for that bank is given to me.
the bank's needs a variation in the format.
they want effective entry date in the Batch Header Record 5, Pos 70-75 to be greater than the Creation Date located in the File Header Record 1
Im using the form F110_US_DTA for the file that is to be generated to sent to bank
How Do I make changes to this form to satisfy the requirement
Or basically where do I change the format of forms like F110_US_DTA etc..
What is T-code for that...

An ACH NACHA file has the following components..
File Header Record(1)
This gain has many fileds like Record type code, priority code, immediate destination etc
Batch header Record(5)
Record type code, company Identification
Entry Detail Record(6)
Transactioncode, Check digit etc
Addenda Record(7)
Record Type Code...etc
Batch Control Record(8)
File Control Record(9)
Batch Count, block count etc...
Now This is the Layout which the company wants to implement
The commpany is already using an ACH file for an old bank.
But wants to implement a New Bank with a lil variation of old NACHA format
In SAP where can I set these fields or parameters.....
for some programs I can goto System->Status and double click on program and goto ABAP editor and change fields.
But for this ACH where can go and set the parameters according to requirements
There is actually one more requirement...
In the ACH file The New banks wants the
File Creation Date (It is entry in field no 5 of File Header Record(1) of ACH file)
this date should be less than Effective Entry DAte (It is an entry in Field no 9 in Batch Header Record(5))

Subscription Payment refunds

Hi,
I subscribed for a months unlimited world subscription but decided after the first month that it was not for me and cancelled my subscription.
I have been billed again for this thru my credit card.
I am unable to get to the refund email screen, I cannot get past the instruction screen and therefore am unable to request a refund by email.
I can get to the request a refund screen but when I confirm we go into a loop,
I have listed the instructions below.

I can never get to the send an email screen after clicking on Continue support request.
After clicking the payment problem option and then refund request I can click the Continue Support request at the page bottom.
this screen takes me to the Support network or Chat Support but no Send an Email link appears to be there

Firefox is a web browser. It provides access to online content. Things like your email are handled by the content provider. Who is your email provider? You'll have better luck consulting their documentation.
That being said, deleting only email is a great way to free up space. Another option would be to purchase a "Premium" account if your email provider offers this service. Many times more storage space is offered as part of paid subscription.

Emails sent get a warning

Dear,
I'm working for a Belgian Email provider.
The email sent by one of our client (a well known Deutsche bank) to a skynet.be account, get a warning message "[Is deze mail veilig?] [Is this e-mail safe?] [Cet e-mail est-il sans danger?]". It was not the case previously. It is not spam as only client received them.
It seems that Skynet is protected by "IronPort Spam" and I looking to understand what is wrong with thus email.
Could you help me?

Looking at the anti-spam score, I can advise that this was scored low - and did not trip on the scale of spam, or possible spam.
Something else has to be coming into play in order to have this pre-pend the subject modification. Seeing as that it isn't a standard [SPAM] or [SUSPECT SPAM], this most likely hitting something else in message processing -- perhaps based on subject?
Without full message tracking, would be hard to see where/why it is being tagged. It may be also that there is another outside/3rd party scanning occurring that is triggering.

How does one renew skype subscription?

How do I keep my skype subscription going. I got a notice it is going to expire on May 15? I wish Skype had an easy email or help phone line.

As Hubrisnxs stated, make sure you use the right ranges to avoid conflicts.
In my setup, I have the DHCP range set to 50-99. TV STB's assign themselves out of the 100-110 range. I assign static addresses out of the 2-49 range and I put all my DHCP reservations in the 150-254 block (even though they are outside the user assigned DHCP space, it works just fine).
I try to avoid static addresses because it means if I decide to change things around in my home network, I need to go around reconfiguring devices -- with reservations I need only power cycle devices. I have one access point which can't do DHCP, so besides it and the Vz router, there are no other statics in my network -- everything else is assigned by DHCP with printers, NAS, game systems, and my primary system that I sometimes access remotely via SSH all given reservations.
I give game systems reservations because then I can port forward (instead of relying on UPnP which I keep disabled) any ports necessary to allow multiplayer gaming to work.
I also gave my STB's (once they got their address themselves initially) a static reservation. I found that if I do this once Vz maps the port forwards to allow the remote DVR and other services to work things tend to remain functional (because the boxes don't change addresses and break the port forwards due to a power blip, etc.).

I have transaction ID for payments but am getting nowhere trying to speak to someone to sort this out. Please help as a matter of urgency. I expect a full repayment of the money you are taking without authorisation. We only recive 4 invoices.

HELP With Subscriptions / Payments

Hi , It seems as you guys tried to charge my card yesterday , On yesterday there was no money in my acct , but there will be money deposited after midnight tonight, so the monthly fee will be able to go threw at that time will that be an issue ? and is there anyway that you can have your system ONLY charge my card on the 3rd of the month , as to not have that issue happen again ? also i was considering a 3 month premium subscription , how ould i be able to change that and how does that work with the 3 month subscription for the phone number that i currently have ? I checked your account and Unlimited US&Canada subscription payment went through now. It's extended till October.
Subscription recurring payments are taken 3 days before in order to avoid any last minute payment delays.
If you are interested in Skype Premium and Unlimited US&Canada bundle then purchasing it won't affect your Online Number.
Online Number is a separate product and not linked to your subscription.
If you want you can cancel next recurring payment for your Unlimited US&Canada subscription. It will still run till October 3, 2011
Then you can maybe wait for couple of days and purchase Skype Premium on the 6-7th and even when recurring payment is done 3 days before it should still work out for you if there will be money on your account by 3rd.
