IDM / Cannot load the email service provider

Good day, I'm having same problem here on IDM 11g,
When I try to "Reset Password" for user from Identity Manager - Delegated Administration
I use the following "Manually change the Password"
and I select "E-mail the new password to the user."
I get the following error "An error occurred while changing the user password. Cannot load the email service provider".
IDM changes the password "The password has been changed successfully." but still no email sent
When I use other option "Auto-generate the Password (Randomly generated)" no email is also sent.
Can you please help with this issue?

Create an IT resource of type mail server. Name of IT resource should be same as specified in system pripert XL.MailServer. Bydefault its name is Email Server. Provide your mail server details in IT resource.
Authentication      yes
Server Name      <ip address of your mail system>
User Login      <user login>
User Password <password>
After doing this, reset password of user, who's profile has email address.
Check if this works.

Free email service provider for Nokia 3250 to send...

Hi! My name is Apoorva. I am from India. I am using Nokia 3250 handset. Now as everybody knows, most of the Nokia handset has an email feature which also requires GPRS to be activated. I have already activated GPRS on my cell phone. But now, I am looking out for free email service provider with whom I can register and then configure email settings on my cell phone so that I can send emails from my cell phone while I am on move. This saves my cost of buying a laptop as email is one of the major requirement on the move b'coz of which everybody are buying a laptop.
Steps to send an email from Nokia 3250:
1. Menu > 2. Mesaging > 3. New Message > 4. Email.
So, kindly reply back to my topic if anybody on this forum has an answer.

Choose the GMail profile then Options -> Change. Then go to Connection settings -> Incoming e-mail.
Set:
User name — your GMail address including "@gmail.com"
Password - if you want
Incoming mail serv. - pop.gmail.com
Access point in use — whatever access point you want
Mailbox name — the name of the account (GMail for example)
Mailbox type — POP3
Security (ports) — SSL/TLS
Port — Basic
APOP secure login - Off

HT201320 Does my email service provider have to provide the ability for me to create an IMAP email account in order for me to create Sub-folders within Apple Mail?

Hi, Apple Mail provides a function to create sub-folders within my mailbox so that I can group emails of similar subjects or from the same sender. My service provider only provides POP email protocol and the New Folder button does not appear in my Apple Mail account for that service provider. Icloud provides the opportunity for the iPad user to select between POP and IMAP. I can select IMAP and the New Folder button appears allowing me to create sub-folders within the icloud email account. Does this mean I cannot create sub-folders in my email account unless my service provider provides customers with the option of creating an IMAP email account?
This appears to be a problem for quite a few Apple Mail users, but service providers appear reticent to provide a response other than 'use Microsoft Exchange / Hotmail, Google GMail, or some other third party email service provider'. This is why I have chosen icloud as my email service provider. It is Apple and therefore Apple supports it. I have been a Telstra customer for over 15 years and they informed me today, strongly, that they support their own products and services, not Apple products, even though Telstra sell them. When I asked the Telstra Customer Support Manager whether they support Telstra customers, I was informed 'no, because the Telstra customer is not a Telstra product or service'. I have since cancelled my Telstra email account and am in the process of cancelling all of my Telstra services.

Yes. That is what it means. You need an IMAP account in order to create sub folders on the iPad.

I have a Blackberry Q10 with T-Mobile and have had the following error message appear over the weekend:

My Blackberry is trying to connect to Office 365 for its e-mail. I tried to remove the account, then re-add it, but the e-mails seem to not come in as quickly as it should. I have also tried the Delete Prior and Mark Prior message options, but still no luck.
Does anyone have a solution for this issue? Does it have to do more with Office 365 or the BES server?

Have had issues with z10 but try the following: -turn wifi off when activating Active Sync -do not use a double quote character in your password email account -try using Outlook account option in drop down list of email account types in your z10. Works great. Hope one these helps. BlackZ10

It doesn't work when I can't get 3G, whether at home or overseas. Receives no problem, and 3G works fine when it's available.

Maybe it is a 3GS. Anyway, I get the error that the network is not responding, and to check my settings. My ISP is Uniserve (Canada) but I am trying to use Telus (at home, where there is no 3G in my neighbourhood) or whatever is available as I travel eg. US or Europe for outgoing mail when 3G is not available. My husband has no problem with his iphone 4 when he sends email the same way usinf wifi.

If anyone uses optonline as their email service provider, do you have a problem with your MacBook Pro synching emails with the Optimum server? For example, when I delete an email from my inbox on my MAC Book, it does not delete the email in the inbox on the server. I just bought an iPhone: when everything synch's through iCloud, all the messages from the Optimum server are on my iPhone versus the messages from the inbox on my MacBook. Create a new profile as a test to check if your current profile is causing the problems.

Expanding on what Tim said to make sure it's clear, only the carrier to which the iPhone is locked can authorize unlocking. If Optus is the original carrier, as would seem to be the case, O2 would not be able to unlock it. Only Optus can authorize the unlock, so you'll need to contact them. They say, though, that only the account holder can apply for unlocking, so you might not be able to get it unlocked and will have to work through the person from whom you bought the iPhone.

I am in the military and I am currently stationed in Japan. Would I be able to buy an Iphone in here in Japan using Softbank, then move to the United States and use the same Iphone but switch the service provider to AT&T?

I believe the iPhone is sold in Japan as carrier locked with Softbank only and if so, the answer is no.
I haven't read any reports about AT&T unlocking an iPhone under any circumstances, and the same likely applies with Softbank.
Apple's warranty for the iPhone is honored in the country where the iPhone was sold new only. If you purchase an iPhone in Japan and Softbank is willing to unlock your iPhone when canceling your Softbank contract or account and you return to the U.S. with the iPhone, if the iPhone remains under warranty at that time and develops a problem that would be covered under the warranty, Apple wouldn't exchange the iPhone here. You would need to return to Japan, or ship the iPhone to someone who know in Japan to handle the exchange under warranty.
If you purchase an iPhone in Japan, best to sell your iPhone to someone in Japan when returning to the U.S. and use the proceeds to purchase a new iPhone in the U.S.

You don't "remap" the icon; it is just an alias to your Mail application.
Open your Mail application, go to Preferences, and then click on Accounts. Call your ISP and, with Accounts open, ask him for the proper settings for you to enter for (or, go to their website and look up the information yourself):
Incoming mail server
user name
password
outgoing mail server
plus all ports (numbers)

A week ago I began getting warnings my iPad cannot access my email service provider or "'email address' not available" I have made no changes to cause this. I have checked settings, deleted account and set up a new account and nothing works. I have checked with service provider and no changes. My other devises can access my email just fine.

Try this first - Reset the iPad by holding down on the Sleep and Home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons. (This is equivalent to rebooting your computer.)
Or this - Delete the account in Mail and then set it up again. Settings->Mail, Contacts, Calendars -> Accounts Tap on the Account, then on the red button that says Remove Account.

Xperia Z suddenly cannot find service provider

Had my Xperia Z since May, had a few problems with it but seemed to fixed it self after a while, and has been working perfectly for the past 4 months. Today when I woke up, it suddenly would not connect to my usual service provider, changed my sim card to a samsung, and it was working perfectly. Refusing to give up I put back my sim card and tried to go around the area where I usually get strong signal from my service provider, and I found out that I could still get on my service provider's network but with horrible signal.(ie. places where I usually get a full bar from my service provider, I now either get 1 bar, no bars or no signal at all!, everywhere else I dont get any signal at all) I have contacted my service provider (in my case GLOBE telecom, philippines) and they said there was no problem on their end. HELP! Edit: Have tried sim card of other service providers and same result... no signal Model number :c6603Android Version :4.2.2Build number: 10.3.1.A.2.67

In that case I suggest that you try to reinstall the phone software using SUS.

You can change the datex format for the service provider...
For this, Go to the service provider change transaction or in Area menu->Tools>IDE->service providers...
Select the service provider and click on change...
There is a tab for Format, You can assign the datex format that is desired for the service provider...
At a time slice, you can assign only one datex format for the service provider...
