I am now not able to send email. I get the following message " Cannot send mal. A copy has been placed in your Outbox. The recipient was rejected by the server because it does not allow relaying.
I am having the same problem and I have tried everything to fix it. Are there any solutions?

Microsoft Exchange email stopped working "Cannot Get Mail" message
About 4 days ago my work email stopped working altogether. Every time i open the application, a message 'Cannot Get Mail - The connection to the server failed.' appears. This happened about a day after i installed 2.2 firmware.
I spoke with my IT department and they haven't made any changes on the server.
I deleted all mail accounts on my phone but to no avail. I did a complete restore of the phone and it still doesn't work.
I had my phone replaced yesterday for a different issue, it came with 2.1 software and i still was not able to connect to the server.
One more thing, when i initially set up the account, i get an error message 'Unable to Verify Certificate'.
The email was working fine for about three months before that.
Any help would be very much appreciated since it's my work phone and i rely on having access to my email everywhere i go.

My AOL email has stopped working. I've tried clearing the cache, clearing out and re-entering my password. I can't delete the account - I've tried repeatedly, but since it is the default account and that can't be changed, deleting it is out of the question, I guess. I haven't gotten any new mail in over a week. Taking the battery out or shutting off the phone and restarting don't work either. I'm out of tricks. Help, please. Thanks.
The VZW service center rep advised us to download the Yahoo app rather than use the one that came with the phone. That worked for us.
DITTO on the VZW techs ignoring user questions.

IPhone 4 Email stopped working
From yesterday, my email on iPhone 4 stopped working. I deleted the account and reset the account many times. Still just spinning and showing "Checking for Mail.." In box is blank. Need help. Thanks in advance!
Not sure if this is the same thing, because my symptoms are slightly different (not limited to wireless vs. 3G). My iPhone 4 Email stopped working yesterday, constantly connecting or checking mail and spinning...only stopping every 30minutes to 1hr. The reason I end up recognizing this problem is all of a sudden I'm out of charge because the phone goes active and never stops.
I'm nearly 100% sure this is not hardware, because this is the issue I hoped to get away from with my iPhone 3G. Had the issue ever since 3.1.3 upgrade. I did not carry anything over from the old phone (did not sync with my itunes backup), so everything is different, shiny and new except for the e-mail and calendar accounts that I connect to (I even put those settings in manually).
I'm starting to think that it has a relationship to the calendar, some sort of cross mail and calendar issue. I'm able to completely disable calendar syncing on Exchange and MobileMe and Mail starts working again. Plus Calendar was the first application to crash.
At least the whole iPhone OS didn't end up crashing which is what my 3G used to do. Would be nice to know exactly what the bug that is triggering this, I'm guessing there is some kind of amount of external mail/calendar events synced trigger.

Mail App stopped downloading new messages from Gmail
I'm using MBP with OS X Lion.
I've been using Mail App for my two Gmail accounts. I also use two different types of mail downloading systems (POP and IMAP) for them. For some reason, the speed of downloading new messages started slowing down a few weeks ago; however, I could still use it until today. Today, it seems like it is completely out.
It just stopped downloading new messages completely.
For the POP account, it says:
There may be a problem with the mail server or network. Verify the settings for account “POP” or try again.
The server returned the error: The connection to the server “pop.gmail.com” on port 995 timed out.
For the IMAP account, it says:
There may be a problem with the mail server or network. Verify the settings for account “IMAP” or try again.
The server returned the error: The connection to the server “pop.gmail.com” on port 993 timed out.
The weird part is that I can still send an email out of those accounts fine.
I checked the settings for Gmail, and everything seemed just fine.
I tried to re-do everything so deleted the IMAP account. Now it shows the message below:
The Google IMAP server “imap.gmail.com” is not responding. Try checking the network connection, and that the server name is correct. Otherwise, the server might be temporarily unavailable. If you continue, you might not be able to receive messages.
I tried Connection Doctor and it shows as below:
I followed the suggestion by changing unchecking those boxes for SSL, but it didn't help either.
I tried "Rebuild" under mail box menu bar but it also didn't do anything.
Can anyone help me with this issue?

Can't install iTunes 11 on Widows 8, 'iTunes has stopped working' error message
Two months ago, I bought a new computer that uses Windows 8. I was running iTunes 10.6 on it fine until today, when it crashed for some unknown reason. Every time I've tried to open it again, I kept on getting a 'iTunes has stopped working' message. I've uninstalled 10.6 and tried installing iTunes 11, but keep getting the same 'iTunes has stopped working' error message with no other details. I've tried installing it as an administrator, but got same failed results.
Any help?

And when I open iPhone as a folder through the explorer I can see only the Photos folder, but cannot see the Medialibrary folder which stores the photos taken before updating/upgrading the iPhone and getting separated folders!!! What the hack with all of this?!!! When I connect iPhone to PC it automatically opens iTunes and starts syncronizing it, but at the process of OPTIMIZING the photos (and according to the number of photos it shows, I see that it tries to syncronize that invisible Medialibrary folder) the process suddenly stops and error message pops out Tried the sync test, tried the button DEBUG in that pop out message, but NOTHING HELPS!!! Also, when I open the Medialibrary in my iPhone, the screen get sblack all through scrolling it down, only the video clips are shown there... >.<
So, could you, apple developers, please, explain WHAT THIS PROBLEM IS ABOUT?!!!!!! FIX IT! I am getting ****** of to spend hours at the computer and reading those lame advises which do not help at all! I have my own things to do except reading your support websites. Sorry to hear of the issues you are experiencing, StephenjCrane. We definitely want to make sure your work email is working. When you try to access your email, are you receiving an error message? Are you using the default email client, or a third party application? Do you know if other coworkers are also experiencing the same issue?
Just in case, please try a wipe cache partition as this can help stop a number of issues.

WWhen I press the email of a contact, the new message box appears with the address but the send icon is not highlighted. Even after typing a message, I can not send it. This is on both I Phone 5 and I Pad Air 2. this just started and not sure what I did. Help please?

For some reason, I keep getting the "iTunes has stopped working" error message on my Dell Latitude E6520 when trying to sync photos to my iPhone 3GS. I am using Windows 7 on my 64-bit computer. iTunes will begin to optimize the photos in the folder I have directed it to (I am trying to load almost 3000 photos and videos), and it will go through optimizing all of them singularly, then get to the step where it says "optimizing" again, but does so in bigger groups. It will get to about 2000, and then the error message "iTunes has stopped working" will pop up, and say that "Windows must close the program and will search for a solution, and if it finds one, it will notify me". I recently upgraded from Photoshop Elements 10 to 11. Everything works great while I am using it but if I do not do anthing in Elements for 4-5 minutes I get the 'Elements 11 Organizer has stopped working' error message, the only option I have is to push the 'Close Program' button. I have been putting up with this but now I cannot do a backup due to this problem.

Hi, I've just noticed that you too were having problems with elements 11, do you have RoboForm running also on your pc? if yes, try switching it off and see how you go! if it now works close elements, go to RoboForm\options\application integration\ then add Photoshop elements application to the list. Elements and RoboForm clash for some reason. Hope this helps -

Please could somebody give me some assistance with the following problem, I have looked through the posts but cannot find anything on this problem.
A couple of days ago I have tried to open ZENcast Organizer on my computer and got the following error message:
''Creative Zencast has stopped working. A program caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available'.
It would not open up ZENcast Organizer and just closed the program.
I thought there may have been a problem with the program, so I unistalled it etc. and then went to the ZENcast website where I downloaded and installed the newest version which is 2.0.0.
After restarting my computer etc, I tried to access the program but just get the same error message as above.
I am using Windows Vista Home Premium 32 and have the 32GB Zen.
Any help would be really appreciated.

WayneI have the same system. I am getting the same with ZenCast, although it seems to work more often when I ignore the shortcut and go through the start menu. Strange but seems to work.
Also on Creative MediaSource 5 Organizer I am getting issues with it stopping after 2 songs and giving me the same error.
I am going to try to re-install with software from the website. I had used my disk that came with my Zplus because I thought based on what I read here that it was ready to go.
Will let you know if it gets better or not.
