Email Subfolders without BES??

This is a re-post of a quesiton I asked in the Q10 forum. I re-posted here to reach a wider audience.
I'm no longer on a corporate BES. I'm independent now so no more corporate issue BlackBerry. I'm currently using an iPhone as BIS won't allow access to subfolders in email. I'm kind of hoping to get subfolder access with BB10 now that BIS plans have been eliminated. Possible? Workarounds?

With GMail via IMAP or ActiveSync (I have one BB10 device on each), you have full access to folders (technically in Gmail, "labels") that exist on the server. Likewise Outlook.com (ActiveSync) and Yahoo (IMAP).
Not knowing what email service you specifically are interested in, I can't be any more specific than that...and, actually, even if I did know your email service, if it's not one that I've already listed here, then I don't have an account there with which to do any testing. But, given my result, I'd deduce that folder access exists for nearly all (one can never say 100%) ActiveSync or IMAP email services.

Hi,
I have tried searching the forums but I can’t seem to find the answer I was hoping for. Currently it still looks like you cannot sync your work email address without BES.
Can someone please confirm for me because I can setup my work outlook email with my iPhone without an issue. It is in fact the primary reason for me leaving BB and if this is resolved I can throw Blackberry back into the mix when deciding on my new phone.

Well, it depends on what they are facing to the Internet. If they are facing POP or IMAP, you certainly can integrate those. If they are facing OWA, then you may or may not be able to...see this KB for clarification:

The very last part would be the most useful, I'd think.
But, in general, if other devices can interface to it, then the Z10 also should be able to. However, lacking any further details, it's pretty much a guessing game for us...so if the above does not prove useful, then please provide additional details.
Most importantly, you may need to skip the auto-config wizard and instead use the Advanced Integration screens, using the same configuration items (e.g., port, server name, etc.) as your other successfully integrated devices use. This may actually be the root cause of your issue (another guess here)...if, for instance, you use the wizard yet your server does not respond back to the Z10 with usable configuration instructions, then it would of course fail to integrate.

Curve 9320: Connect with Exchange 2007 without BES ?

Hello,
is it possible to connect with the Curve 9320 to a MS Exchange Server 2007 without a BES like with an Android Smartphone ? Our company have not a BES. Can i use WhatsApp & Co. without BES ?

Depending on what your email admins face to the internet, maybe. Via BIS, a BB can integrate with most all POP, IMAP, and OWA internet-facing systems. But, it will depend on what faces the internet:

I know what "WhatsApp" is, but what is "WhatsApp & Co."? In any event, WhatsApp does not require BES (I have heard others report that it does require BIS though).

How can I manage six email accounts WITHOUT them all appearing (twice) in the Folders column?
All I need is ONE INBOX (like Windows Mail used to do) ...
I can see in the 'Account' column of each message which email account it's using.
Then, I either junk or read the message, followed by delete or file to one of my created folders.
As it is, half my page is depth is taken up by 12 lines of Account names !!!

That still leaves SIX lines of Account names down the side. All I want is ONE INBOX ... (I can see which account each message belongs to in the 'Account' column...)

You can't change it but you can create an alias to use.

and I want to view and print all the subfolders. This is a recovery project after my hard drive failed. I know this is truly a "finder" question and will double post there.

Is there a way to make a rescue email address without calling apple support?

I see lots of questions about rescue emails etc. I am having problems with security questions as well I don't remember ever making those security questions either. So I am wondering of there is a way of making a rescue email address without calling the apple support team in which I do not wish to go through a whole bunch of people taking hrs to actually get it done , my dad has had experience with this before and isn't happy with calling them either because he has to recall so many times and go through the process over and over again so. Is there a way with out calling them?

This only leads me to calling apple support to change things ,in which I wish to not do so, I have money on my account in which I can't use because of these security questions in which I did not put up and when I made this account on iCloud it did not give me the chance to make a rescue email. Thus leading me to where I am now.

I open several docs on Sharepoint that I need to send out immediately and waste a lot of time saving it to my computer and than opening an email and attaching it and than deleting the file bc I don't need it - its already on Sharepoint where I can access it.

Or remove you from his, it's moot because You and He are the same account, either get him his own (they are free) or live with this cozy but privacy compromised method.

Emails arrive without graphics

I have a me.com (formerly .mac) and a gmail account that I've used for two years without any problems. In the last week my emails arrive without graphics or pictures, just a blue box with a question mark inside. I've checked all my settings under "mail,contacts,calenders" and don't see anything wrong or different. Fetch new data is set to "push." Any ideas? Thanks forum people!

how do I set up Yahoo email subfolders? I went to Messages Folder, Options, Email Preferences, Folder Redirection, but, my Yahoo email folders do not appear. thank you.
