Email Triggers/Automatic Emails

For some reason my automatic emails no longer send after my webinars. I have set the time to go 24 after the scheduled time. I can't seem to find the protocol for making sure these are sent, any ideas? Thank you.

You can check the status of email triggers in log file (debug.log). Also, email triggers (suppose event host enable the Thank You email trigger and default schedule time is after 24 hr) is sent to event host so when event host received that email that means that email is sent to other participant as well.

The custom discount pricing condition created in R/3 is active in R/3 and is getting triggered for Sales Orders created in R/3.
I have downloaded the same pricing conditon from R/3 to CRM 4.0 i am able to trigger it manually in CRM service transaction. But i need the condition to be triggered automatically for the pricing group.

Hi Padma,
did you enable the condition download from ERP to CRM already? Did you run the initial condition customizing download and the initial condition master data download successfully (check also the application log in SLG1)?
In addition, you should be aware, that for any condition customizing change in ERP you need to rerun the initial customizing download (there is no delta download) and that you need to refresh the IPC customizing buffer, which is automatically done once a day by default.

How PO/Outbound delivery idoc can be triggered automatically once PO is created.

We have a requirement that we need to automate the process of generation of Purchase Order & Outbound Delivery Idocs as soon as they are created in using ME21N and VL02N standard tcodes.
Currently we are using ZDID Output type as craeted in NACE and below WE20 Message Control Entries:
For PO -
Application             EF : Purchase Order
Message Type:      ZDID : Direct Delivery PO
Process Code       ME10 : ORDERS: Purchase order
For OB -
Application        V2 : Shipping
Message Type:      ZLD0 : Delivery Note
Process Code       DELV : Delivery DELVRY01: DESADV/CARNOT/WHSORD/SHPORD
Also, BD64 entries are already maintained.
As per current process, we manually go to ME23N/VL02N tcode->and execute output type which generates Idoc in we02.
Can any one help me getting this automated urgently.

Hi Neha,
Use Change Pointers Concept for Both PO & Delivery Note.
So that, as soon as a Create/Change/Delete activities happen on PO & Delivery Note, IDOCS will be triggered automatically.

Custom output type is not triggering automatically

Hi Experts,
We have created a custom output type for Delivery idoc processing.
it is working fine for all ship to patrys.
but from last 2 months onwards we are facing problem for one ship to party.
output type is not triggering automatically but for rest of ship to party's it is triggering automatically.
we have maintained conditions and also selected trigger immediately.
earlier it was working fine, but from last 2 months onwards we are facing this problem.

Hi,
Goto the Delivery document and in the Output screen check the Determine analysis for output.
There it will clearly show what is missing .
Please check that and revert back if you need more clarification.

Process Chain Triggered automatically when transported to test system

Hi All,
We modified several process chain and transported the process chain to Test system.
Few Process chain triggered automatically as the varient was set to immediate in development system.
Now we want to move the process chain to production. Do we need
1. new transport request with the variant to future date and discard the transport request which created issues
2. New transport request with the variant to future date and transport the new along with the old transport to production system
3. Change the start date in Test system and transport the same request to production
Kindly advice me on the action to be taken.

Regarding 2: When the old transport is imported into production the start will be set to immediately and the process chain will execute. You should not use this option.
Regarding 3: Changing in Test system will not affect the content of the transport, it will still be the same as released from Dev.
We have avoided this annoying problem with process chains being executed when transports are imported by creating a "parent" process chain that simply triggers the process chain in question. This "parent" chain should not be transported. You then set the start option for the original process chain to "start by API/Event" then you can transport the original process chain whenever you want without any risk of the process chain being executed.

SOA composites deployed in weblogic service gets triggered automatically

Hi All,
Am facing a strange behaviour in weblogic server.
Certain SOA composites deployed in weblogic server(10.3.5.0) gets triggered automatically in the midnight at 1.00 p.m and they are in running state for more than 4 hours and then the process gets faulted .
can you please let me know, is there any timer set in weblogic server .

Yes there is.
Faulted composites might be triggered automatically and try to complete.
To stop this behevior:
Go to EM home ->Right click on soa-infra -> Soa Administration -> BPEL Properties -> More BPEL Configuration Properties -> Click on "RecoveryConfig" -> Change "maxMessageRaiseSize" to 0.
This "RecoveryConfig" property holds the responsible for the Automatic Recovery

Process chain load not triggered automatically

Dear Experts,
I have created a process chain which goes like
Start >> Create Index >> Load Infopackage 1 >> Load 2 >> Load 3 >> followed by 3 more load infopackages...followed by Delete Index and subsequent process like Rollup and DB stats.All the infopackages loaded into same data target.
When the chain gets triggered first Load infopackage is succesfull later subsequent jobs did not trigger.
But if i Right click on next process and click "Repeat" the job starts and load gets succesfull. The same case with rest of the loads.
why arent they getting triggered automatically one after other.
is there any solution to the problem ?

Hi Ellora,
   In your scenario, I strongly suggets you to use the "Delete Index" only once since the data target is the same for all Infopackages. Again use "Create Index" only use. You can accomplish this by using the AND process greatly.
   The flow may be like this...
                     START
                   DELETE INDEX
                  LOAD1     LOAD2   LOAD3
                      AND
                       |
                     CREATE INDEX
Ensure that you have scheduled the process chain in the START Variant.

In a process chain,the next process is not triggering automatically?

We have have a metachain,in that we have many local chains,in one of the local chain once the above process is successfully completed then the next process is not triggering automatically,which should suppose to happen?
Can anyone help me out why this process is not triggering automatically and how/where to check?
As this problem is repeating daily and loads are delayed due to this

Hi,
you can manually start that job, by changing the job insm37, it will show you the job priority ( A OR C.) you can change it to A, and youc an change your start condition also there.
or you can use this RSPC_PROCESS_FINISH to trigfer process.
But, process chain processes should be triggered automatically, i think this issue is due to load of jobs ( in your server there should be lot of jobs having higher priority than this job), this will solved automatically when load is less.

Proforma Invoice triggers automatically through delivery output type

Hi Gurus,
Iam facing one issue related proforma invoice, senerios is sales order- once delievry saves, it triggers one output type ZGF8, and it triggers Proforma invoice type ZGF8.
In delievry output type ZGF8, we have output program Z_EVT_LIKP_OUTPUT, and Form Rouitne CREATE_EVENT.
Now user want to differnt delivery type and differnt proforma invoice type same as above.
My question is how the system is triggers ZGF8 proforma billing type automatically, where in the system have the setting.

in creation mode you can see kew combination this will show your access sequence criteria.
Go to NACR display mode in header condition info ,click condition info tab with entering any values in screen this will show the details

Very Urgent-Pls help*Process chain triggered automatically when transported

Hi All,
We have got some issue.
We have a Process chain, started set to immediate becuase its used in meta chain.
When ever we transport the Chain, its getting triggerred in the Target Client automatically.
We can prevent this, by keeping the process chain starter as "Event Based". But, as its a local process chain, it must be set to Immediate.
Please help.

Thanks for this reply.
Scheduling the Local chain to run in future and then changing it after import, i think, is a work around.
Iam sure, there must be some thing to stop this trigger.
And, We have tried Changing the Chains to run Via Meta chain, but, the problem is after the Transport, the local chain can't be triggered on its own using "immediatly". If we try to change it, it'll prompt for a Transport.

MQC triggered automatically

Hello all,
I´m in pharmacy industry and Iu2019m using active ingredient management and MQC. I have 3 issues:
BOM:
Comp A: 10 KGA (1 Kg -> 1KGA potency 100%)
Comp B: 10 Kg
--> After batch determination:
Comp A : 10,2 Kg (because potency 98%)
Comp B must be adjusted to 9,8Kg
1º) For component A is working fine in process order, but when I do COR6N (back flush) the system propose only 9,8 KGA instead of 10 KGA or 10,2 Kg.
2º) To adjust the comp B the only way I know is MQC but this calculation bust be executed after the batch determination of comp A in order to have the real potency. The batch determination is triggered on order release, there is some way to trigger the MQC automatically, coping the result to order, and only after batch determination of comp A?
3º)There is some way to make batch determination in KGA but in the order materials tab see the component quantity as 10, 2 Kg instead of 10KGA?

My only question now is regarding the backflush. The system is still proposing the quantity to consume in alternative unit and with wrong quantity.
My ex:
Comp A = 10Kg.
I´ve used 10 KI1 (alternative UOM) and the system is working fine. After batch determination for a batch with potency: 98% the system propose in RESB 10,2Kg but in COR6n is proposing the inverse: 9,8 KI1. Any idea on this?

Problem in triggering automatic E-mail after CASE creation

Dear all,
How can we trigger an E-mail automatically after saving a case in enterprise portal?
for each case type a responsible person is there to handle the complaints, or some times user maintain Employee responsible while creating a case it self.
now the requirement is after saving the case, system has to trigger an e-mail to the concerned person who is responsible for that case or to the employee responsible, whom user maintained in the case.
I have tried to create actions in wizard, but not succeed.
Please help me to resolve the issue, your suggestions and help will be highly appreciated.

ATP not being triggered automatically after changing UE EXIT_SAPLATPC_002

Hello everyone. I am having a problem with ATP.
This error is happening within VA02 (or VA01).
I have just added some logic to EXIT_SAPLATPC_002 - include ZXATPU02 (which is in the modification ATP00001) but now that I have made this change it prevents ATP from automatically being invoked when I make changes to the item on the sales order. The only way I can get ATP to be invoked is by
choosing check availability.
I tried searching all available avenues and posted to OSS who said it is a consulting issue. Does anyone know what I may be missing with this.
I think the code error occurs in the below area:
FM ATP_EXPLANATION
Subroutine PERFORM DIALOGUE_EXECUTE.
FORM dialogue_execute.
IF NOT atpcsx-force_dia IS INITIAL

I wanted to post the reply for this in case people have the same issue. I found that the issue was not in code, but configuration in table TVTA-REVFP. Here is the menu path for the configuration that drives if the delivery proposal dialog comes uo or not:

Plugin getting triggered automatically

I am developing an acrobat plugin for Acrobat professional 9 which will export all annotations in original document into an xfdf document.The plugin must get triggered on saving the original document after creation of annotation.For this i captured before save event(PDDocWillSave),the code works fine and creates the xfdf. The problem is that sometimes the plugin gets triggered on opening a pdf document or xfdf document and also on creation of annotation. I am unable to detect the problem so far.

I came across a post with the similar problem as mine.There it was written to register AVDocSave instead of PDDocWillSave/PDDocDidSave.I couldn't find AVDocSave but there is AVDocDoSave()method in the API. Can somebody plese giude me how to register the event to capture AVDocDoSave()?
I tried but my code throw error saying : error C2065: 'AVDocDoSaveNPROTO' : undeclared identifier.

OM actions triggers automatically PA infotype.

Hello Experts!
I have the following demand from a customer:
They are assigning Tasks (T) to Persons(P). When they do that they would like an infotype record to be created in the master data of the employee.
I thought about Dynamic Actions but as i realized i cannot use HRP tables.
Is there any way to trigger automatically PA infotypes after performing an action in OM??
