Emailing apple about account?

I need to email apple about my account. Does anyone know is there somewhere within itunes I can email them so that I can get a response. The only thing that I have found is the feedback option, but they won't respond to that. Thanks.

this Apple iTunes Password thingy, they need to come up with an Apple iTunes Version where they have a little Check Box where Apple iTunes can be an Automatic Sign In, does anyone here agree with me?
Hi Byron,
I see you're using paragraphs - great job! I'm really proud of you that you remembered!
You got good advice already; as for the password, I absolutely agree with Chris: no automatic - it's much safer to have to enter your password! And the same for Firewall: leave it on - it has nothing to do with passwords - it keeps bad guys (hackers) out of your machine! And that's very important nowadays, isn't it.

has anybody else been having this problem..
    Thanks

I'm a bit unclear on exactly what those messages are saying. If they're saying that you need to click a link to "verify" your Apple ID or it will be suspended, that's a phishing scam. See Beware of phishing attacks.
If you are receiving e-mail messages that indicate that someone is trying to reset your Apple ID password, those may also be phishing scams. Unfortunately, in this case, there's nothing to be done except treat those messages the same way you would any other spam.
The other possibility is that someone is actually trying to reset your Apple ID password. This may be due to a malicious attack, but more likely, it's just someone who thinks your Apple ID is actually theirs (due to a typo, faulty memory or something similar) and is trying to "regain" access. In any case, this is merely an annoyance, but you can put an end to it by enabling two-factor authentication on your Apple ID. This will require an additional piece of information that only you will possess in order to even start the password reset process.
If you are actually seeing your password getting changed, and are having to reset it yourself to regain access, you are being hacked. This could be because your password is not strong enough to withstand a brute-force attack by a botnet. It could also be because the attacker already has access to your e-mail address, and is able to intercept the reset e-mail and complete the reset process. Because of that danger, you should change the password for the e-mail account associated with your Apple ID. You should also change the password for your Apple ID, making sure that it is a strong password, and enable two-factor authentication as mentioned above.

  • How do I contact Apple about these emails I'm getting from them?

    Hi everyone,
I'm getting emails from Apple about renewing AppleCare and a replacement iPhone 4 but it seems they are meant for someone of the same name as myself who lives in the US.
The odd thing is they are sent from Apple to an email address identical to my own except it misses out a full stop (dot) between forename and surname. How it's getting into my indox I don't know, and when I emailed this other Ed to inform him of this the email arrived in my own inbox which was really odd.
Any advice anyone could give me would be much appreciated.
    Thanks in advance!
EDIT: It turns out Gmail doesn't distinguish between addresses with dots or not, so the emails are meant to be coming to be but some guy with the same name as me has entered the wrong address. Does anyone know where I can email Apple about this or what number to call in the UK? Thanks : )

    Hi Ed,
Do the emails coming to you, by mistake, have a reference number at the top? Many will have some identifier to use for response.
If not, have you tried contacting Apple Customer Support to report the situation?
It is frustrating enough getting junk mail correctly addressed without getting mail about something you don't have and is incorrectly addressed

  • HT5312 Can I set a rescue email to an account that I already have? If so, how do I do it's.

when I made my account I didn't have a second email so I was wondering if there is a way I could add one now.

If you know the answers to your security questions then follow the steps half-way down the page that you posted from :
Navigate to appleid.apple.com using your web browser.
    Click "Manage your account"
When prompted, sign in using your Apple ID and password.
    Click Password & Security
You'll be asked to answer 2 of your 3 security questions before you can make any modifications. If you are unable to remember your answers, you can choose to send an email to your rescue email to reset your security questions.
After you've validated your identity by correctly answering your security questions, click Edit to the right of your rescue email address.
Once you've finished editing your rescue email address, click the Save button directly below the email field.
If you can't remember your answers to your questions then you will need to contact iTunes Support / Apple to get the questions reset.

Need to change the rescue email on my account. Cant remember my security questions & the recue email is my wife's old email address. How do I change my rescue email?

You won't be able to change it until you can answer 2 of your questions, you will need to contact iTunes Support / Apple to get the questions reset.

  • HT5312 ok so i forgot my security answers and now i cant buy any music at all ive tried to reset them from the apple id account but it doesnt let me

i just got my itunes card and was about to buy some music when it asked me for my security questions which i dont know and it ended up locking me out , i just unlocked it but i still cant answer the questions.ive had people tell me that i should go to my apple id account and it would give me a link to reset them there but it doesnt show up on mine what can i do?

The reset link will only show if you have a rescue email address (which is not the same thing as an alternate email address) set up on your account. If you aren't getting the link (you won't be able to add a rescue email address until you can answer 2 of your questions) then you will need to contact iTunes Support / Apple to get the questions reset.

If you're not receiving the email to your rescue email account (you've checked the spam folder as well as the inbox, and tried clicking the link again ?) then you could contact iTunes Support / Apple to get the questions reset.

If you don't have access to what your rescue email address is currently set to (you won't be able to change it until you can answer your questions) then you will have to contact Support in your country to get the questions reset.

When they've been reset you can then update your rescue email address for potential future use : Manage your Apple ID primary, rescue, alternate, and notification email addresses.
Or if it's available in your country you could change to 2-step verification : Frequently asked questions about two-step verification for Apple ID.

  • HT5699 After answering my security questions incorrectly many times, will my Apple ID account ever unlock on its own?

I couldn't remember the answers to my security question and tried to answer them too many times so my Apple ID locked...
Will it ever unlock or do I have to call someone?

If you've disabled your account then you might be able to re-enable it via this page : http://appleid.apple.com, then 'reset your password'
You might then need to log out of your account on any iOS devices that you have by tapping on your id in Settings > iTunes & App Store (Settings > Store on iOS 5 and below) and then log back in so as to 'refresh' the account on them.
For your security questions, if you have a rescue email address on your account (an alternate email address is different) then you can use that to reset them : If you forgot the answers to your Apple ID security questions.
If you don't have a rescue email address (you won't be able to add one until you can answer your questions) then you will have to contact Support in your country to get the questions reset - which is likely to be by phone as they need to confirm your id and that it's your account. They should also be able to re-enable your account if you can't do so via the above.

  • Backup stopping during update - how to email apple?

I know a lot of people have been having this problem(where the automatic backup doesn't complete when updating to 4.0), and no one really knows what the problem is. So, I decided I wanted to email Apple about the problem, but the only method of communication I can figure out is by phone, and that costs like thirty bucks. Is there a way of emailing them, or if not, could someone with a warranty and with the same problem call them and see what they say? Thanks

    I´m having the same problem.
I´ve updated Itunes to 9.2 and when I´ve tried to sync my 2nd generation Itouch, it opens a window telling me that there is a problem with Mobile Device Helper and that it stop working...then tried to update the firmware to OS 4.0 and the problem remains...any one with an answer???
    thanks
