Emails are not going out - using oultook 2010
Hi,
I just got me brand new IPHONE, my fist one !!! WAW ! I receive me mails but I'm not able to send ones unless I'm at home (I guess connected to my wi-fi router....)
Any one know what I need to do to let go my email out my IPHONE where ever I am ?

Yes, it would make a difference, but the problem I think is going to be that Cogeco does not support off network servers. So chances are they will not have an alternate smtp server to use. I would call them and ask any ways. Maybe if enough people called and requested off network smtp server help they would eventually add this.

I have a client who uses Business Catalyst and they're having a problem with emails only going out to certain people and not everyone they email. Outside going in, the problem is it either works 100% of the time, or not at all. If it doesn't work the outside people either get a bounced back failed delivery message, or nothing at all and the emails just disappear into cyberspace. And it's not regulated to just one company or one group of domains - it's pretty sparatic on who it's going to work for and who it doesn't work for.
I checked to see if their IP was blacklisted and the only thing I found was that it just wasn't whitelisted with list.dnswl.org. It wasn't blacklisted with them, it just wasn't listed. Outside of that I cannot figure out why their emails only work with certain people.
And the problem is across the board with all @grahamwebbacademy.edu email addresses, not just one person's address. Also one reason I'm posting here is that when they put in a support ticket they never get anything back, and my guess is it's because of this very issue, not that no one's responding to them. It's apparently been going on for a long while too.

Please update the NS records for the domain "grahamwebbacademy.edu". At the moment I see that it's pointing to our old expired records. This could be the cause of your mail troubles in this case.

We have been having some issues with Email Notifications not going out and getting hung up in SOST. Can anyone please tell me whether we can use SAP Solution Manager to monitor outbound email?
What version of Solman are you using ? Check in t-code Rz20 >ccms monitor template of satelliate system , there would be option to monitor your outbound mails .You can sutomise your monitorig metrics in solman 7.1 else in 7.01 you use auto reaction methods to monitor .

I have an issue where users are not able to use Outlook 2010 to view free/busy information and cannot set Out Of Office automatic reply. But they are can set Out Of Office automatic reply from OWA. My exchange server is Ms Exchange 2010.

Please follow this step.
1. As you said you are in coexistence step , so for now all endpoint already point to Exchange 2010 right?
2. Check legacy owa redirect that you already configure
3. In Exchange 2010 , Make sure that you already configure "Autodiscoverinternaluri" by this command set-clientaccessserver -identity "servername" -autodiscoverinternaluri
https://autodiscover.domain.com/autodiscover/autodiscover.xml. and don't forget to create autodiscover record in DNS
4. in Exchange 2010 , Make sure that you already configure "EWS" path by this command set-webservicesvertualdirectory -identity "XXX\Default web site name" -internalurl

5. don't forget to replicate freebusy from Exchange 2003 to Excahnge 2010 via public folder.
You error look like client cannot get autodiscover process please check it again. -

Can we generate email and sms when email is going out and not recieved back in solman system.
Alerting when email not working to solman or from solman, email and sms should be sent to a particular person.

Your mailserver is sometimes requesting authentication and sometimes not. The reason for that can't be found in the SAP system but in the mailserver since that is requesting the authentication.
"Webmail" is the application on top but that is not the system sending and receiving the mail.
The SAP system is out of scope here. I'd check the mail server logs why it is requesting authentication sometimes and sometimes not.

I set up a new folder for an email sender and now my emails are not able to use the rules that I set up. What can I do to enable them again.
I don't seem to be able to copy a rule, but, this is how one rulel displays.
Name of Rule is Richard Cryar.
If any of the following conditions are met:

Move message to Richard Cryar mailbox
Not only does this rule not work, but all emails are going into the new box I created and not to the inbox. -

Alright, so you have a different Apple ID on your device than on your Mac. That's not the end of the world. Have you ever made any new purchases on that Apple ID yet? I'm guessing no since you are confused at the security questions bit. What we may want to do is just sign out of the iPhone, and use your already made Apple ID you had before.

Since downloading Yosemite 10.10.2, emails are not automatically downloading. I have to either click on Get Mail or click in and out om mailbox.

It sounds like your Mail application is not checking for mail automatically anymore after updating to 10.10.2. It seems to me that the setting for this may have reset, or changed at some point thereafter so I would check the preferences for the Mail application:
General preferences - Mail Help
Check for new messages
When Mail gets new messages from the mail server. By default, the option is set to Automatically (Mail varies how often it gets messages, based on whether your Mac is plugged into an electrical outlet).
An IMAP account may get messages more frequently if the mail server supports the IDLE command; make sure the option to use it is selected in the account’s Advanced pane in Mail preferences.
If you set the option to Manually, click the Get Mail button in the Mail toolbar to check for messages. (Whenever you click an IMAP or Exchange mailbox, it syncs with the server, and shows new messages.)

Hi, I m using an iPhone 4 and my yahoo push email was working just fine but for the last few days I am experiencing some problem that is the emails are not getting pushed , I have to manually fetch the mails. So what could be the reason for this.....I have set the email setting to "push" mode. Moreover I can't edit the mail server address ....current it's on Yahoo SMTP server
Will it get rectified and restored...if so after how long. What could be the reason for such outage kindly share, as I am facing real problem because of this...

Emails from the organization are not going through ePrint

I've been having some issues with the ePrint feature that's configured in one of the printers that we have in our office. The printer is a HP LaserJet 200 color MFP M276nw. Every other client from other email addresses such as Hotmail, Gmail or any other address are able to send emails to our ePrint address and are able to print on it successfully. However, all the emails that are being sent from within our organization are not going through. We get an unsuccesful delivery message from the Exchange server stating that
The server has tried to deliver this message, without success, and has stopped trying. Please try sending this message again. If the problem continues, contact your helpdesk
We had checked with our Exchange administrators and they have advised that the email is trying to be sent, but in the destination it is being rejected. How can I get this issue to be addressed?Hello praveen_haridas,

I have upgrade my phone to iOS7 and my company recently upgraded to Exchange 2010. My emails are not synching to my inbox. I can only see my Sent items. I have already deleted the account 3 times but this did not fix the inbox problem.
You need to have a different Apple ID for each of the other devices.

Email Notifications for the Tasks in Collaboration are not going to Lotus Notes. We are working on EP 7.0 SP14 with external ITS and backend r/3 4.7.
I performed all the configuration activities that are suggested in the below wiki:

Below is our requirement:
Requester (User) creates a SC of multiple line items. Shopping cart is rejected by the manager for a particular line items and rest of the line items was approved, for the rejected line items workitems are not going to requestoru2019s inbox and also e-mail is not triggered to requistioner.(Informing that the SC is partially approved)
Help us how to implement the above functionality? We have figured out a BADI- BBP_WFL_SECUR_BADI will this BADI suit to our functionality.
IF then throw some input on this. Or please suggest any OSS note related to this functionality.

Email Notifactions not going to email address

I have setup a user to recieve email notifactions and they are not getting them. I have set them up as a reader and also a co-author and have gotten the message about sharing the form. The user then clicks on the form name and goes to the site. When a form is entered the email address is not getting the email.
Please help I need to get this working!

Hi,
Please make sure the users you shared the form with have verified their email address with their FormsCentral account. Here is an aritcile on how to set up email notificaitons with others: http://forums.adobe.com/docs/DOC-1424. Please make sure you have everything set up properly.
One other thing you want to check is to check the spam folder of the emails to receive notifications and make sure FormsCentral emails are not blocked.

CarleenSorry, I must have missed your last response, but can you calrify what feature do you want to use in FormsCentral? There are email receipts and email notifications. If you want the user to receive a copy of the date he entered in the form, then the user needs to enter an email address in the form and submit the form, but if you want the user to receive all responses he and others submit to a form, then it's email notification. It sounds like email receipts in your case. For email receipts to work, you need to have an email field in your form and set up Email Receipts in the options tab, by selecting the email field in the "To:" field.

For the avoidance of doubt, are the photos actually in photo stream on your iPhone or just in your camera roll?
If they are in photo stream, then you might try turning photo stream off and on again on both devices, restarting both devices before enabling photo stream once again.
