Emails are stopped in queue.

my emails are suddenly stuck in queue with delayed error. wired thing is if i check the message details it shows me connector of my old exchange server which i removed months ago(MAGEX01) as
i migrate my exchange 2007 to 2013 but i dk why it shows old exchange connector.. I highlight it below.

According to your description, my understanding is that "MAG-EX-01" is an old Exchange 2007 server , and it has been removed for several months. Right?
Please run the following command to check if there is a send connector which named "Internet Mail SMTP Connector (MAGEX01)":
Get-SendConnector |fl Name,SourceTransportServers
In addition, I recommend you use ADSIedit tool to check if there are any residual information related old exchange server have not been remove.
If there are, please try to delete it and check the result.

Can you choose which emails are downloaded?

I had a lot of fun tonight at launch of iPhone in the UK at local Apple Store.
Had used the iPhone in US months ago - it's better than I remembered!
But I'm puzzled about apparent lack of one feature which is important for mail management. have I missed it or is it really absent? The 'genius' didn't seem to want to acknowledge its importance.
When I'm on the road I habitually pick up email on a Samsung phone. Not as slick as iPhone but for POP accounts the email client downloads email headers, then lets me select whether I want to download the body of the email.
For a cellphone this is very sensible. the header shows email size. if someone has sent me a 2MB picture say, I don't want to spend ages downloading it over a slow mobile connection.
But as far as I can tell the iPhone downloads entire emails from a selected POP account. Not too bad if you have wi-fi access, but very inconvenient when you don't even over EDGE.
How does iPhone handle this?
The other useful mail management on my current phone is ability to delete messages from either phone pnly or phone and server (at next connection). If I'm away for a few days I don't come back and have to download/scan scores of emails I've already deleted using the phone, but I can download emails I want to archive on my main machine. Again can iPhone do this i.e. delete selected emails from the server on a regular POP account?
I will probably get the iPhone even if its email client can't do this, but would be nice to know if it's possible.

When you check for email, emails waiting in the queue are downloaded with the subject and the first 3 lines visible to read. You can adjust the number of visible lines and total number of emails to get (25 minimum is the default).
If you then decide to read one of those emails, it will then access your email account again and THEN download the rest, including attachments. You can abort the download at any time if too large.
If you deleting email from your iPhone doesn't necessarily delete it from the server. This will be based on your settings. For example, I choose to leave my emails on the server even though I have deleted them from my iPhone because I want the full email downloaded to my computer when I get back into the office.

My emails are Blank! Empty content since 10.18am this morning...

Just want to second this - I woke up this morning to find some of my emails displaying blank/empty content...
It turns out that the blank emails are everything incoming since a certain time (10.18am). This was half way through my mail session - all before are fine. All after are not.
I can see everything in the header (Subject, to, from etc) but then there's nothing in the body.
Not in the main viewer window. Not in it's own viewer window. Not even when I locate the message on the hard drive and check it using quick look.
On the web, where I can also view the email (Network Solutions) everything is fine.
Any ideas?

I did it and it didn't work.
Should I restore the index file that I copied to my desktop or the Mail folder itself - it didn't seem to do any harm...it just didn't fix this stinking problem.
I just sent another test message. It still comes in fine on account #2, but account #1 still has the problem of the message being blank - incidentally, all message from this Forum are still blank but I can read it if I View/Message/Raw Source.
I'm off to bed now. Hopefully, you have another trick up your sleeve. I don't understand what is going on.
One more thing to note. I just now tried Entourage (which I stopped using since I wanted to be a tru Mac user). The messages show up with no send or subject. When I open them, it's like viewing it in the Raw Source from above.

Some emails are not delivered, also not in LOG, no Bounce message

I am Using Mountain lion server with the server app installed.
Not the strange thing is that a lot email is not delevered to my email clients, but some are.
The email that is having problems is [email protected]
Does anybody know how to debug where the email is, that is not deliverd?
Let me explain a strange situation.
When I sent a mail true wetransfer.com from [email protected] to [email protected].
I recieve the message on info@, that is is successfull delevered at test@.. but never recieve the mail at [email protected]

Thank you very much for you help.
I indeed use a filesending service for testing, and agree that thats not the best way to test, but it was a way.
Since most email are delivered it is hard to test when it is going wrong.
Its a good change that it has to do with the DNS.
Does anybody know how to test if DNS is installed proper? I did install a default MLS installation.
What I see is that there is one issue with my reversed DNS.
When I type in terminal:
Host server.crypton.nl,
I get my IP, but when I type:
Host 83.2.97.95
I don't see my server host but the one from my ISP.
83.2.97.95.in-addr.arpa domain name pointer 095-097-002-083.static.chello.nl.
Not

Might that be the problem?
Since you mention it can it has to do with the DNS.
Since it is all default, i dont know what is wrong with it.

How to start and stop a queue in ECC??

Dear all,
I have a problem regarding the Start and Stop of queues in ECC. Whenever I change the data in ECC (for example extension of a material to a new distribution chain, or Creating a quotation which has to trigger a corresponding quotation in CRM), replication is not happening to CRM. On analysis of the outbound queue in ECC, we are finding corresponding ernties for the material / quotation. On dbl cliking an entry, we are able to see the queue in STOP status. When tried to reset status and activate, system throws a message saying GENERIC STOP SET.
1) How to overcome this problem?
2) How to START or STOP a queue (for Eg: R3AD*) in ECC?
Please respond.

Are you getting bounced spam messages? This simply means that someone is forging your address as the 'From' address, which is very easy to do. It's very annoying but it doesn't mean you've been hacked; unfortunately you can't really do anything about it but it usually stops after a bit as they move on to some other victim. As long as you don't have messages you didn't send in your 'sent' folder this is the most likely explanation, though changing your password might be a good idea on general principles (and make it a stong one).

Check the outgoing mail server settings in your account on the Treo and see if it is set for your yahoo account.
Make sure it is not set for the Hotmail account.

Old emails are now unread on my blackberry yahoo but not on yahoo on my PC.

Recently I have emails from 1999 that are showing up as unread on my Yahoo mail on my blackberry. If I log on to yahoo from my PC the emails are not unread.
The first time this happened it was the very first email sent to my email account. Now it is the next to the last email.
I am also getting blank unread messages.
This always happens when a new email message comes in on my blackberry. But it doesn't happens with all new email messages.

Also do a reset : press and hold both the sleep and home buttons for about 10 to 15 seconds (ignore the red slider), after which the Apple logo should appear - you won't lose any content, it's the iPad equivalent of a reboot.

Some of my emails are not displaying images. When I click within the email, the webpage is the same. How can this be fixed?

I use hotmail and the problem only happens with certain emails, like Homedepot and Redbox. Within the email, it states "Having trouble viewing this email? Click here.", but when I click this, the same problem persists, no images displayed. These are the only two I have noticed that are not displaying the images. Please help. Thanks

I have recently purchased a new iMac, and set up my different email accounts. However, the emails are now being deleted from the server once they are downloaded to my iMac (and therefore my phone, and can't be accessed by my business partner). How do I stop this from happening?

Emails are not being deleted from POP server

I have an E75.
When using Nokia Messaging on my phone, I am able to delete emails from my POP account.......at least it looks that way.
Later, when I access my POP account using my computer, the emails are still there.
Does anyone know how I can fix this problem?

This is a POP account for my work - I cannot change it to IMAP.
My phone has been syncing with it perfectly for almost 4 months.
However, in the last week or so, it stopped working properly.
Now, Nokia Messaging won't delete the email file off of the server.
