Emails automatically getting deleted with in 24hrs

My Email system was all good recently bought an Iphone 6 & started to notice that Emails from my account are getting deleted automatically with in 24hrs & even lesser changed all settings but still couldn't get rid of the problem, Please help me how to get rid of this problem as these are my official emails & I need them to accessable

Hi,
I think I had something similar once. The thing I did then was deleted the task and created a new one, and let SAP generate the container elements of the task from the method. Then I inserted and the task in the workflow and did the binding and it worked.
So maybe an option to try.

Martin

    You're welcome.

  • Sometimes my email headers get crossed with bodies of other emails (next in the list), so how do I stop this from happening?

We use Thunderbird with the email header list (Inbox, etc) in an upper pane, and the body of the highlighted email in a separate lower viewer pane.
We compact files whenever asked by the software.
In a long list of emails, I click on one header (at the top of the list) to view it in the pane below. Once in a while, the headers get mixed up and do not preview the proper email in the viewer pane.
I will highlight and view an email, and then delete it. When this glitch occurs, the body of the deleted email appears in the lower pane when I click on the next email header in the upper pane list. The viewer pane should be showing me the new body of the just-highlighted email, but instead it shows the deleted body of the previously-viewed email. Once that new header is clicked, and the wrong body appears in the viewer pane, the proper email body disappears forever. I have to call my customer to have them resend.
If I click on other emails further down the list, the same body (of the deleted email) continues to show up each time, and all the correct bodies of all the clicked headers are gone. So, phone calls have to happen to ask all the affected emails to be resent. (So, we have learned to stop as soon as we see it happen the first time.)
The only way we have found to fix this is to close Thunderbird, and then reboot the computer. When Thunderbird is re-opened, the problem goes away. But any lost email bodies are permanently gone.
We can't seem to find any strange set of events that make this happen. It appears random, and varied. Sometimes every week, sometimes not for months.
This happens on 2 computers. One is a 2 year old PC (Compaq), and one is a 3 year old HP Probook laptop. Both currently using Thunderbird 24.5.0. Both run Windows 7. Both have lots of memory. Both are very stable machines with very few problems. Seems to be more prevalent on the Compaq desktop than the HP Probook.
    Please help.
    Thanks in advance.

Do you organise your email into separate folders, or do you just let it accumulate in the Inbox?
I would strongly advise you not to let it sit in the Inbox.
When you see this happening, try right-click on the affected folder, select '''Properties''' then '''Repair Folder'''.
Large folders (actually, a folder in Thunderbird is stored as a file, so it is sensitive to file size limits set by the underlying file system) can be problematic. This is one reason not to let messages collect in one folder. I use Thunderbird's Archive folders so that accumulated mails over several years can happily coexist because they are effectively stored in many small folders. No single mail store folder then exceeds the 2GB or 4GB sizes that have been known to stress the OS. I appreciate that current builds of Thunderbird and a modern 64-bit OS should be able to cope, but practically I find it slows down when given huge files, so I err towards a pragmatic solution; a large number of not very big files.
Archives are searchable, and a Saved Search folder can give you a virtual composite folder allowing access to the entire Archive.

  • Music from iPod automatically gets deleted when I plugged it in

When the iPod is being plugged in, the songs that exist in the iPod and not on the computer are automatically deleted from the iPod. In case there're some confusion, I'll just make an example.
Say I have two musics, "Yellow by Coldplay" and "Rockstar by Nickelback" on my iPod. And I only have "Yellow" on my computer. "Rockstar" will automatically be deleted from my iPod.
I was wondering what could be causing this. Help is greatly appreciated, thanks in advance.

*When the iPod is being plugged in, the songs that exist in the iPod and not on the computer are automatically deleted from the iPod.*
That's perfectly normal when your iPod is set to update automatically (sync). Sync is short for syncronise. When your iPod is is set to sync all music and playlists it automatically picks up any changes you made to iTunes since you last connected. Anything you added to iTunes will be added to the iPod, anything you deleted from iTunes will be deleted from the iPod. In other words the two libraries are kept "in sync".
If you want to delete songs from iTunes and keep them on the iPod you need to change the update option of your iPod to "manually manage music and videos". Your iPod will not sync with iTunes in this mode so it can have different content, you can get details here:
    Managing content manually on iPod
    iPod 101: Fill 'er Up
One major word of caution. If you delete songs or videos from your computer and have no back up other than the iPod you will risk losing them permanently if your iPod fails or you find you have to restore it to solve a problem. You should consider investing in an additional internal or external hard drive to store/back up your music. Alternatively at the very least back up anything you can't replace such as iTunes downloads to CD or DVD: How to back up your media in iTunes
Something else to be aware of when using an iPod in manual mode is that the "Do Not Disconnect" message will remain on the display until you physically eject the device. In that case use Safely Remove Hardware icon in the Windows system tray on your desktop or check this link: Safely Disconnect IPod

  • Data element automatically gets deleted

    hi sapiens,
I am working with invoice form rvinvoice01.i have cretaed my own invoice form editing standard one. i have included all the data elements in the main window as in the standard one .but when i print the invoice in vfo2 it is showing data element mnot defined in main window.
if i see that in se71 the data elemt gets deleted automatically .every time i am including it and saving it but it gets deletyed .what to do.?????

    Hello Manikandam,
No your print program will not have text element by default. It s not like when you add a element to the script, it gets autogenerated in print program. You have to put it in print program. You can search for the element in the script. It will show in write_form fm  under elements.
And I do not have any clue how something is getting deleted from script just like that. Could you give an extract from the script what you have done after activating. Just put from 2 lines before that also.
    Regards
    Indrajit.

  • TreeTable nodes not getting deleted with removeAll

Can someone please tell me what method I can use to remove all the nodes under a TreeTable node? I'm using removeAll method and finding that the children of the root are not getting deleted.
    Thanks

The removeAll() is a Container's method. It is usually irrelevant to use it for JTree. Try other
removeXxxx() methods on your tree or tree model.

    Hi SP...
Unfortunately for the Flash mode (Settings --> Standard), it was not possible to make the text wrap. As Stephen suggested, the best way to do this is by setting the best possible box width. I tried a lot to play with this (you can try yourself) but it seems that there is some controller outside our control that is not allowing us to use text wrap. You can see more documentation on the Adobe Flex help site:
However, if your client is using HTML mode (Settings --> Basic), then you are able to do this by doing the following:
    in \Templates_SAP\sappositionchartdetailxsl.xsl:
    Line 119: change the class="OrgChartTitle" to class="OrgChartTitle2"
Also, in \_Themes\orgChartTheme.css, find the OrgChartTitle, copy it and rename it into OrgChartTitle2. Then REMOVE the following 3 lines from OrgChartTitle2:
         text-overflow: ellipsis;
         overflow:hidden;
         white-space:nowrap;
This will work if your client is using HTML mode (Basic mode) only.
    Thank you -
    Best Regards,
    Nabil

  • Email messages get deleted !

    Hi there,
I have set up an email account on my N900. It is a POP3 account. I made sure "leave messages on server" is ticked.
I am able to receive and see the emails on the N900 and if I log onto the webmail account on the internet, I can see that they are still there. So that works fine.
However, if I delete an email on the N900, the same message also disappears a short time later on the actual server.
I thought that they would stay there. Have I done something wrong in the settings or is this just the way it works ?
    Cheers
    Fred

Go into settings and the 'mail and contacts' tab, then explore that account set up (accounts set up differently so I can't give specific directions) and see if you see an option to 'delete off server when deleted off device'
You may also need to access the mail account on the web and see if you have to give it permission to allow a mobile device to control it (I had to go into hotmail adn tell it that it was okay if the mobile device controlled the server)
Ultimately what you need is for your iPad to delete the messages off the mail server so they go away for good.

  • Why did my mac email account get deleted upon upgrading to Yosemite

I no longer have my mac email account, after upgrading to Yosemite.
How do I get it back on my MBP? Does this involve iCloud?

Go to the Mail/Accounts preference pane and add the account back again if it's not there.  Next check the System/iCloud preference pane to make sure you have Mail checked.

  • Emails get deleted automatically after 2 weeks

My emails are getting deleted automatically after 2 weeks. I have important emails that I cannot retrieve. I changed setting to never delete but it keeps deleting. Also I called about the issue and It was never fixed. I cannot be loosing emails. Especially that this is an email address that everyone knows for me.

Do you have the account enabled on more than one device or computer?  If so, the retention settings on that other device will override the settings in Comcast preferences.

  • Email, how do I protect Emails on my Treo so that they don't get deleted?

I find that every couple of days, my received Email messages get deleted automatically.  There are some that I want saved but I can't seem to find any settings to do this.  I don't want Emails deleted unless I delete them.  Is there a way to do this?
Post relates to: Treo 800w (Sprint)

Yes.  This tutorial describes how to go about it: #9a - Archiving an iPhoto 7(08)/8(09)/9(11) Book for Editing and/or Ordering at a Later Date. For future books I suggest you start out with a new library and copy the needed photos to it from your current library with iPhoto Library Manager .
