Emails going to spam folder from Office Outlook

I have configured an Exchange for my domain for learning purpose. When i am sending emails to my Google Account account using OWA or iPhone(Exchange account) the mails are coming in Inbox, but when i am sending emails through Office Outlook the emails are coming
in SPAM folder of my Google Account. Kindly suggest me the solution for this problem, thanks in advance.

Hi
I set it up today itself, so no chance of bad reputation(below result). This is happening when only i am sending email to my Google from Office Outlook. When i use OWA & iPhone(Exchange Active Syn) its coming in Inbox.
This is same with Hotmail but not with Yahoo mail.
I tried it with my another primary domain i can receive in Inbox.

Kindly suggest if any configuration requirements are to be done.

  • EMOD Emails going into Junk Folder

    I created an email campaign in EMOD, targetting 330 customers. Just to be on the safe side, I also added myself as a recipient on the list. The emails went out successfully as scheduled, but I noticed that instead of the inbox my email has gone directly into the Outlook Junk folder.
    The email was designed so that it is sent FROM a person's email address, but any REPLY-TO go into a generic email account for an internal team to monitor. Also, the email does not have the (bhd-bounce etc...) as this was removed by Customer Care.
    Can someone please explain how I can avoid the emails going into Junk Folder? I am concerned that our customers will not see the email, or that the Response Status for this campaign will not reflect true results.
    Please advise.

    Hi CRMwise,
    I could not understand what this means:
    If you need to white list for your company the information below should help:
    mail-11.crmodmail.com (141.146.155.148)
    Did you follow up with Oracle to find out how to whitelist your emails?
    Oracle claims that they take extra care to ensure that mails sent from their server are whitelisted. However, I guess that would not stop the individual email address mentioned in the From field from getting blacklisted.
    Do share your experience how you mange to resolve this issue. Here is an interesting link I came across:

  • I just upgraded to OS X 10.6.7 and mail is putting most of my emails in the Spam folder.  I move them to the appropriate folder, but is there anything else I can do to "train it"?

    You can see that most of my question is the title.  I just upgraded to OS X 10.6.7 & have a minor problem.  Mail keeps putting most of my emails into the Spam Folder.  I then move them to the appropriate folders (I have several email accounts)  Will this eventually train the program to know what is spam & what is not or am I stuck with constantly doing this?

    Returning to Mail Preferences - Junk Mail, in the section
    When junk mail arrives:
    select mark as junk mail but leave it in my inbox
    This should then give you the opportunity to mark it as Not Junk
    and after several days it may improve.
    I say 'may improve', based on my experience of when I upgraded to 10.5 a few years ago.  It took a while to learn what I kept insisting was not junk. It is a slow learner but it got there.
    P.S. When you are satisfied it is identifying junk reasonably accurately, you can change the Preferences setting back to  'Move it to the Junk mail box'

  • Is there a way to prevent Gift Voucher Email from going to Spam folder?

    Everytime I send an email to someone with a Gift Voucher or Discount Code from the system generated emails, they always end up in the Spam folder on GMail, Yahoo, etc.
    Is there a way to prevent emails from being labeled as Spam with this system?

    Hi Mario,
    We have this problem too.
    We have a vaid From email address and ours is hoted with you and your info link above says "If you are choosing to host your domain with us there is no need to do anything here. Based on our system architecture we are generating that SPF record so that all the emails sent from this domain will have include all the IPs from where emails are being sent and make sure that you will pass the SPF check."
    Yet our gift vouchers and also our newsletters are ALL going to spam. It's happening to both our business catalyst sites - so is Business Catalyst being marked as a spammer and affecting us?

  • Email keeps going to spam folder

    I am having problem with email.. I will receive messages that mail puts in the spam folder that is not spam.  I drag it into my inbox and reply to it, but the reply from the sender continues to go into spam.. How can I stop this?

    Are you talking about the junk mail folder in iMail, spam filtering by your mail server or a third party spam filter you installed locally.
    If it's the last you need to read the instructions on how to train the filter, if its on the mail server you need to contact you;re ISP (or whoever is serving your mail) for instructions on how to train it.
    Finally if you're referring to the junk mail folder then you can set its parameters in Mail->Preferences->Junk Mail

  • Where are my emails - in the Spam folder!!!!!

    I use Gmail and use it to fetch emails from the forums to which i subscrible having given them my Bt internet emai address.
    All was going well and I must admit to being lazy in checking my BT/Yahoo mail page. However, I have been doing this recently and have found that now, a lot of email that Gmail should have fetched had been festering away in their Spam folder. I ticked all these and marked them as 'Not Spam'.
    Most annoying and there doesn't seem to be a setting in 'Tools' or options where I can alter things.

    You could try setting up a mail filter so that any mail that is addressed to you is directed to a separate folder as it arrives.
    I think you can even specify the Inbox as the folder.
    If you right click on a mesage, an option appears which says "filter messages like these"
    You can then specify what you want to do wil the message.
    You can edit your filters by going to the mail options menu.

  • All mail going into spam folder

    After upgrading to Lion all mail going straight to spam folder, even the addresses saved in address book.  Any suggestions on how to fix?

    Is the folder actually called "Spam" or do you mean the "Junk" folder?
    A "Spam" folder is not part of Mail, while a "Junk" folder is.
    If it is going to "Junk" then check for any Rules in Mail preferences that might be causing it. If there aren't any, try Resetting the Junk email filters in the Junk Mail tab of preferences.
    If it is "Spam," then check with Gmail or whatever email service you are using that is routing it there at the server level.

  • Messages marked as "not spam" keep going to spam folder

    I receive messages in my spam folder which are not spam. I keep marking them as not spam, but subsequent messages keep going to spam. How do I stop this.

    If the email address in question in in your address book you need to look outside of Thunderbird for your problem, like the spam filter on your anti virus program. or is that internet security suite.

  • All incoming going into Spam folder

    Since upgrading to Leopard - back up to external first, then clean install of Leopard, then re import files from backup. All incoming mail is going into the Spam folder .. everything on exceptions. Have looked for a simple explanation and searched but can't find the fix. Any suggestions out there

    Solved .... the issue is/was Spam Sieve. The plug in had to be re-installed and all is back to normal.

  • Sending email through a public folder from Oracle forms 6i

    Hi,
    I have read a lot about this topic but still can't seem to figure out how to send a email from a public folder that I have access to. I am logged on as myself into Outlook and I have access to a public folder. When I send a email with attachments to a client it MUST show the public folder email address as the "FROM'. How can I get outlook to stop defaulting to my email? I have the proper rights and so forth meaing I can send a test email logged onto this folder and user cc,bcc, BUT not the FROM field.
    Here is my code:
    Declare
    objOutlook OLE2.OBJ_TYPE;
    objMail OLE2.OBJ_TYPE;
    objArg OLE2.LIST_TYPE;
    objArg2 OLE2.LIST_TYPE;
    objAttach OLE2.OBJ_TYPE;
    nameSpace OLE2.OBJ_TYPE;
    args OLE2.LIST_TYPE;
    BEGIN
    objOutlook := OLE2.CREATE_OBJ('Outlook.Application');
    args:=OLE2.create_arglist;
    OLE2.add_arg(args,'MAPI');
    nameSpace:=ole2.invoke_obj(objOutlook,'getNameSpace',args);
    OLE2.destroy_arglist(args);
    OLE2.invoke(nameSpace,'Logon');
    objarg := OLE2.CREATE_ARGLIST;
    OLE2.ADD_ARG(objarg,0);
    objMail := OLE2.INVOKE_OBJ(objOutlook,'CreateItem', objarg);
    OLE2.DESTROY_ARGLIST(objarg);
    objAttach := OLE2.GET_OBJ_PROPERTY(objmail, 'Attachments');
    objarg := OLE2.CREATE_ARGLIST;
    OLE2.ADD_ARG(objarg,'c:\Jan28.txt');
    objarg2 := OLE2.CREATE_ARGLIST;
    OLE2.ADD_ARG(objarg2,'c:\2011_1.pdf'); -- filename
    OLE2.SET_PROPERTY(objmail,'FROM','[email protected]');
    OLE2.SET_PROPERTY(objmail,'To','[email protected]');
    OLE2.SET_PROPERTY(objmail,'Bcc','[email protected]');
    OLE2.SET_PROPERTY(objmail,'Subject','Email sent from Oracle Forms 6i');
    OLE2.SET_PROPERTY(objmail,'Body','Testing email FROM');
    OLE2.INVOKE(objattach, 'Add', objarg);
    OLE2.INVOKE(objattach, 'Add', objarg2);
    OLE2.INVOKE(objmail,'Send');
    OLE2.RELEASE_OBJ(objmail);
    OLE2.RELEASE_OBJ(nameSpace);
    OLE2.RELEASE_OBJ(objOutlook);
    OLE2.DESTROY_ARGLIST(objarg);
    END;
    Please let me know why OLE2.SET_PROPERTY(objmail,'FROM','[email protected]');
    does not work. And how I can get it to work?
    Any suggestions much appreciated...

    You can send emails using the utl_smtp package. There are many examples in the pl/sql forum, or on http://asktom.oracle.com.

  • Dotmac email in AOL spam folder

    I noticed an interesting situation in the last few weeks. I am seeing some of my dotmac email showing up in my AOL spam folder. I suspect Mail is the cause.
    I use Apple Mail to read email on a dotmac account with two email addresses and email on an AOL account. At work I use Mozilla Thunderbird on a PC to monitor both accounts. Because the email seems to be transfered from one server to the other, I reasoned that Thunderbird must be doing it. I quit using Thunderbird for the last week, and instead used the web interface to check mail for both accounts. The strange reshuffling of email continued. I began using Thunderbird again and quit using Mail. The behavior stopped. So now I suspect Mail is the culprit.
    I plan to continue using Thunderbird, while not using Mail for the next week to see if it continues. Then I plan to go back to Mail to see if it recurs. I will keep this thread updated with my findings.
    I have used Thunderbird for the last year and have been using Mail for several years. I've not seen this before.
    Any thoughts, comments, suggestions would be appreciated.

    Yes, I have several rules to sort incoming mail into different mailboxes. Even if the rules are the root of this problem, it seems very strange to me that Mail shows email incoming to the dotmac servers ending up on the spam folder on the AOL server. I realize that the email might not actually be on the AOL server, but that is how Mail is showing it.
    I have temporarily gotten around the problem by disabling the AOL account while I check the two dotmac accounts, then reversing it to check the AOL account. This has solved the problem.
    I think I'll try to disable the Rules for a time to see if it also solves the problem.
    Incidentally, I've had trouble with a Smart Mailbox. I have one setup to show me incoming mail from several accounts, with other accounts not showing up. Twice I've had the Mailbox show me email from all accounts. Deleting the Mailbox and recreating it temporarily fixes the problem.
    Another detail I forgot to mention, I use SpamSieve 2.6.2.

  • Mail all going to Spam folder

    I have just loaded Lion and all my incoming mail is now going to a folder the inbox has created called Spam. I have set the Junk Filter to put all mail in my in box first even if it thinks it's junk but it still sending everything to this Spam folder. I tried deleting the spam folder, resetting the junk filter and tried sending a test e mail to myself. Mail simply recreated the Spam folder I'd just deleted and sent the test mail there. Has anyone seen this before and know how to fix it?

    Sounds like you have a third party spam filter software like SpamSieve-  these require or create a seperate Spam filter Folder.

    Is it possible Mail in Lion guise is seeing Intego Personal Antispam even though its switched off?
    Obviously it is.
    Try disabling the plug-in in Mail, or
    try uninstalling IPA if you can not figure out a fix.

  • Mail going to spam folder

    All of my incoming mail keeps going into a spam folder. I've deleted the folder and relaunched mail and the folder returns.

    Select the mail and mark it as 'Not Junk' deleting the folder won't work.
    If this is GMail, attend to the issue on the website.
