When I go into Mail "Password Incorrect" for exchange account pops up. Never had to put in this password before. How do I get rid of this?

Go to iforgot.apple.com to recover the password for the Apple ID.

Ok !! I think I finally found the trouble of this !! I went crazy that every 5 seconds I had to fill in my password for my yahoo account om Apple Mail. My computer is in another language so I'll try to translate as good as possible the buttons and so ..
So these are the steps required:
You need to give computer access to the password of Yahoo.com. How to do so ?
You go to the application "Key Chain" that is included in your MacBook Pro.
Then you go to the first tab that should say something with "Login/Session" and you should see all your saved passwords.
Scroll down to the saved password of "Yahoo: your-username @ ...
Click on it, you should see a window opening
Go to the tab "Access Control"
Then click on "Allow all applications to connect .. ", NOT the option "Ask every time for allowance" or you can also just add the program "MAIL" with the "+" icon !!
There you go, now you should not have to worry again !!!!!!

If you are unable to remember your password, security questions, don’t have access to your rescue address or are unable to reset your password for whatever reason, your only option is to contact AppleCare(or Apple ID Support), upon speaking to an operator you should explain that your problem is related to your Apple ID, this way you will not be charged for assistance, even if you don’t have an AppleCare plan.
The operator will take you through some steps you may have already tried, however they need to be sure they have exhausted all usual approaches before trying to reset your account, so you should try to be helpful and show patience with the procedure.
The operator will need to verify they are speaking to the account holder and may ask you some questions that only the account holder could know, and you will need to answer them if the process is to proceed.
Once the operator has verified your identity they will send a message through to your device which contains an alpha numeric code, which you will need to read back to them.
Once this has been completed they will send an email to your iCloud email address after a period of 24 hours, so you should check that mail is enabled in your devices iCloud settings.
Upon receipt of the email, use the reset link provided to reset your password, after which you should be able to make the adjustments to iCloud that you wish to do.

Go to System Preferences and click Sign Out, select Delete at all the prompts, then sign back in with the changed ID? (Your iCloud data will disappear from your Mac when you sign out and choose Delete, but will still be in iCloud. Hi Allan, thanks for that. I've already set up a log in for my wife and that is all working fine. The problem is that when she logs in and opens iTunes and trys to associate her library with her iTunes account she gets the error message "This computer is already associated with another iTunes account". Whilst this is true, the computer is associated with my iTunes account under my separate log in, which should have nothing to do with hers. If she transfers the association to her account it will lock me out of my content on my log in for 90 days - I'm trying to work out how to associate each of the log in accounts with a separate iTunes account so we can access our music independently of one another without locking each other out. Hope that makes sense!

You can't delete an existing account, you can only choose to stop using it. It will still be there should you decide to use it again in the future.

First I would like you to try the instructions below to sign out of your iCloud account, and then sign in with your new Apple ID.
iOS 6 and later: Go to Settings > iCloud.
If you signed out before changing your Apple ID, enter your current Apple ID to sign in. The data from your iCloud account will download to your device.
If you're still signed in with your previous Apple ID:
Scroll down and tap Delete Account. Depending on what iCloud options are turned on, you'll be asked to confirm that you want to delete data from your device. To confirm, tap Delete. (If you're using iOS 7 and have Find My iPhone turned on, you'll be asked to enter the password for your previous Apple ID. Enter the password, then tap Turn Off.) The data will be deleted from your device, but not from iCloud.
Enter your current Apple ID to sign in. The data from your iCloud account will download again to your device.

There are no problems with receiving or sending email through Mail. I did change me email password several days ago but have no problems sending/receiving since then.

I fixed the problem. I opened Preferences in ICal and entered my new password. No more pop-ups
