Emails to multiple people - don't want them to see all recipients

Hi there.
Probably/hopefully something really simple but I have a weekly update email that gets sent out to 50 people. Is there a way so the email they receive doesn't have the whole list of the original recipients viewable?
What I want to avoid is people having any chance of clicking the wrong 'reply button' and replying to the email and sending it to everyone on my list!
Cheers,
Cal

Also, if you create an address group in the Address Book, you can set the Mail Preferences/Composing to not show the individual member addresses. You do this by NOT checking to show all members. In this case you would address the email to one person, say yourself, and then use the Group list name in the Cc header.
