Emails wont show images

Good Morning
I am running Thunderbird and any HTML email I receive show all images within the email as a broken link
Is there a quick fix to change the settings
My emails are set to receive as HTML

I think I found my answer... or culprit. It has to do with Snow Leopard, and my iMac Core Duo, being the last of the dying breed of 32-bit systems, and that iTunes v11.x is 64-bit (heavily, at least)...
Guess I need to break down and replace my 7 year old iMac, even though it still works beautifully (otherwise).

Why do my emails not show images?

I recently downloaded os x 10.9. Today, all incoming emails are not showing any images. Can you help me fix this? I have tried everything I can think of and don't see any settings that might be set wrong. But, there must be. Please help

Open Mail's Preferences (under Mail in the menu bar).
Choose the "Viewing" tab. Check the "Show remote images in messages" box.

Front Row on Snow Leopard has audio out of sync on movies and TV shows and some movies wont show images.

I have an iMac Core Duo 2GHz (yes, first Intel iMac). I have Snow Leopard v10.6.8 (latest/last MacOS version I could load) with the most recent Security Update (2013-003).
I have two issues with Front Row:
• Some of the movie files will not show the images, but I can hear the audio.
• On other movies and TV shows they start fine, but within a few minutes the audio is out of sync with the images, running about 3-5 seconds ahead... Looks like a bad dub of a Japanese movie from the 60s.
Now, I know it's related to Front Row, because when I jump over to iTunes and start the same movie or TV show it begins where I left off in Front Row, but images are fine and audio is suddenly in-sync.
However, with Snow Leopard being 2 major upgrades back - 3 if you count the upcoming Mavericks release - I doubt this registers as a "brouhaha" on Apple's radar screens. Then, again, maybe the spirit of Steve won't tolerate this Microsoft-like quirk, even if my iMac is still chugging along after 7 years and multiple MacOS X upgrades & updates...

N8 Excel documents wont show images

i tried to open an excel document downloaded from my email, the document opened just fine but none of the images were there. is there an add on that i need to intall or perhaps a better version of quickoffice or excel?

After restar with boot camp to get back to windows 7...mac just wont show image,the screen is black,and its turn on?...any help?

Reboot, as soon as you hear the chime press and hold the option key. When the startup manager appears choose OSX.
Then go to System Preferences>Startup Disk and select the default of your choice.

What should i do if the email wont show up in my inbox? Is their another way i can have it send the recovery info to a second email?

If it's not in a spam filter, you need to ask Apple to reset your security questions; ways of contacting them include clicking here and picking a method for your country, phoning AppleCare and asking for the Account Security team, and filling out and submitting this form.
They wouldn't be security questions if they could be bypassed without Apple verifying your identity.

The podcast image wont work, keywords wont work, and its not on the tech listing. Only way to find it is if you search the exact title of it

When I send attachments this way some people can't save them. They can see them but not save them.

They are received as attachments, i.e. icons. What you see is the real image on your disk, and only if small enough to be displayed. Otherwise, they are small icons inserted in the text.
Additionally, when you place an image in the message, you will find an option in the lower right corner, otherwise absent. Use it, if need be.

1st generation ipod. When I plug it into my computer an image of a disk w/a magnifying glass appears (disk scan). Each time I plug it in it does the same thing and it wont show up on my computer.

The other strange thing is all of the songs are gone from the ipod but the disk space is still being used. You should have your stuff separate from your mom's. Delete all the apps downloaded or purchased with your mom's Apple ID and download or purchase them with your own Apple ID. Back up files and data first if possible.

IPad wont show .jpg images correctly

My new iPad wont show .jpg images correctly. They all get a yellow/blue filter almost like a negative photo. This is in Safari, Maps,Youtube and every App using .jpg images. Gifs, and png, viewing video etc is fine. Also the home screen background/wallpaper gets this problem.
BUT saved .jpgs from Safari strangely enough look fine in Photos. (Thumbnails stil look bad though.)
I thought it had to be a software issue, but reseting my device with newest OS (3.2) is not helping.
Any others with the same problem?

Thanks for your reply. I have not created any JPGs, or transfered them to the iPad. I just surf with Safari and all .jpg's are getting this strange colors. When starting Maps the satellite mode gets wrong colors. The background on the home screen are the ones that came with the iPad. Strange thing is that when restoring it with software reset, the background is ok. When choosing a new (even choosing the same one) they get wrong colors when going to the home screen. (They all look good when choosing)
It looks like the iPad is not doing the final steps on rendering the images. (And also have a short blink when being displayed) However as I said, all images look good when viewing fullscreen in the Photos App. Even the ones saved from Safari which looked bad in Safari.

Cannot open yahoo email "show image" in email.

When I open my email, I have spam guard set to block all images coming in. At the top of the email is an icon which says "SHOW IMAGES" if I want to see the images associated with the email. This works great with firefox 3...., but seems to be disabled in firefox 4b9.

My cousins email is showing up when i want to update an app it wont show my own. how do i change that?

- To update apps you have to sign into the account that purchased the apps. If you have apps that need updating purchased from more than one account you have to update them one at a time until the remaining apps were purchased from one account.
Thus you have to update the apps purchased with your account one at a time until they have al been updated.
You can't update the apps purchased with his account unless you can log into that account.

Jpeg wont show up in internet explorer

I have a jpeg (a logo which appears on every page) which
looks perfect in Safari and Firefox but wont show up in internet
