Embed Video in EXE (windows projector)?

I'm trying to embed a video into a windows projector (exe)
file. I would like the video to be contained in the single exe, but
I don't want to run into the video/sound synch problems embeding
the video in the timeline creates. Any advice?

You can't do it with Flash itself. No such option.
You could import the video into flash file, within its
timeline ?
Won't that work for you ?
Anyway, there are 3rd party tools that allow to do that.
My personal favorite for almost a decade is Jugglor from
FlashJester
http://www.Flashjester.com
can do all the stuff you ask for and lots MORE...
Check out the features list :
http://www.flashjester.com/index.php?section=tricks_jugglor2
Take note that there is more tools of similar purpose,
however I did not use any
of these so can't comment on it.
Anyway, just in case :
SWiSHstudio swishzone.com
Flash 'N Pack flashnpack.com
Flash Studio Pro multidmedia.com
FMProjector flashants.com
ICE Projector flashants.com
ScreenWeaver screenweavermx.com
SWF Kit Express swfkit.com
SWF Kit Pro swfkit.com
SWF Kit standard swfkit.com
SWF studio norhcode.com
If you need it urgently, please do not hesitate to ask, I can
"jugglor" the file
for you. Just upload the exe somewhere and I'll send it back
in a short while.

in it without using the FLA file or using the update button in the
library..how do i do it. i tried replacing the original image with
another image with the same name in the folder but the image is not
    changing in the exe...kindly help.

didn't change any setting/preferences in Mail.
Mail works correctly on wife's MacBook Pro
Do your settings correspond to your wife's under each of these three tabs in Mail Preferences? (The first few characters in the Incoming Mail Server address may be slightly different.)
Have you checked your Mail preferences at icloud.com to make sure iCloud isn't moving your messages locally?

    Hi,
They need to be using AIM 6.1
They need to allow the app through the Vista Firewall ( I presume this is similar to the XP one as no-one is saying different)
They have to navigate to the app called AIM6.exe rather than just AIM as the instructions say (was written for AIm 5.9)

  • Embed Video in inDesign and not have Dropbox logos?

    Hi,
Is it possible to embed video from a video stored in your Dropbox folder and not have the Dropbox logos appear?

I tried embedding a video into my inDesign document which I have stored in my Dropbox folder.  I did this to keep the file size down in my document, but when I embed the video that is in my Dropbox folder, the result is a video within the contained window of my document whcih is great, but it also contains the Dropbox logos at the top and I would love to get rid of the logos.  The same thing goes for Youtube videos - when I embed a Youtube video, the whole Youtube page is included in the video window.

  • Is it possible to embed video from another site in wiki?

every-time i try and add in html code to embed video in the wiki page (not podcasts) it deletes it after i save and nothing happens

    Hi,
The current wiki relies on html 4:
    <!DOCTYPE html PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD HTML 4.01//EN" "http://www.w3.org/TR/html4/strict.dtd">
Embed tag is not a standard part of html 4 and is new in html 5. html 4 allows the object tag or the iframe tag to perform the external link function. Both object and iframe need to be added to the wiki whitelist for inclusion in the page html.
iframe creates a separate window that allows you to show the page with the video or rss link that you want to include on the wiki page.
object would show up as an separate window as well but has different issues depending on brower.
I have used iframe with good results as an alternative to uploading data to the wiki page.

  • Director 12- can't create a windows projector - problem writing file error

I am trying to create a windows projector of a project. when I get the following error - problem writing file - file name- Can't compress file that has been modified and not saved. The file has not been modified and has been saved. Any help would be great.

    Hi.
You say you have tried publishing to a new empty folder.  From the video I can see that the folder has table1.app in there (25 secs in) which is a Mac projector that has been published.
Yet you have Windows Projector checkbox ticked at the start of the video.
I publish Mac and Windows projectors to entirely seperate folders as a matter of practice.
I call the folders "Published" and "PublishedMac" and that is where the respective projectors for each piece of software lives.
Perhaps there is some mix up between Mac and Windows publishing that is going on because
you are publishing both to the same folder?
    Hope this helps.

  • Is it possible to open a directory from a Windows Projector file?

    Hello,
The powers that be have decided a project I'm working on shouldn't go on a website after all, but needs to be on a CD for Windows users instead and of course I only have a couple of days to made the "relevant tweaks" as they call them.
It needs to run directly from the CD so I presume AIR isn't a good option.
I've got all of it working by publishing to a Windows Projector executable.  The bit I'm stuck with is allowing users to click buttons to open various directories which will be on the CD.  These are source files for following tutorials from the main part of the CD.  I've tried playing around with the various options in the FileReference class (namely browse() and download()), but they seem to be set up for use online only.
My current workaround is to simply tell users where the necessary files are located and leave them to find them on the CD, but this isn't great.
My forum and google search has turned up some stuff to do with .bat files, but I don't understand these and would rather find a solution within Flash if at all possible.
    Can anybody help?

There are two options here that I can think of..
    1.  Preinstall AIR on their machines, and use AIR files.  That will work IF AIR is already installed.     Flash projectors have no ability to control the file system in this way, but AIR does.
    2. Use a Director projector.   There are Director Xtras that can control the file system, and you can embed a SWF in Director.  So you wouldn't have to recreate the SWF content, you'd only need to have Director and learn some basics about using SWF and making projectors.
That's all I can think of.

  • Cannot view or play audio or video coded for windows media player, and do not see javascript

I designed a website that uses a little bit of JavaScript. It displays fine in IE (9), but not in Firefox. Does anyone know why, and what the fix is?
Also, and more importantly, I coded audio and video files with Windows media player's class id. They will not show or (obviously) play in Firefox. I downloaded and installed the plug in for Firefox, but no change. I'm sure I'm not the only one to have run across this problem, and I'm surprised that Mozilla hasn't built a fix in the 4.0 version. So, any ideas out there?
    Thanks!

Firefox won't play the media file if there is a classid specified in the object tag. You either need to use conditional code to hide an object without classid for Firefoz from IE or use an embed for Firefox.

  • How to embed video player in iPhone application?

    Hello Everybody,
I want to embed video player in my application. I have one sample code provided by the iPhone developer documentation. But it is not running properly , it is just showing one rounded progress indicator and it is rotating n rotating and never coming to an end. Can any one here , tell me how do I proceed to embed video player in my application?
Any information regarding this is highly appreciable.
    Thanks,
    Pandit Pakhurde

    Hi Roger,
Actually, Code is running fine and not giving any error. When I am clicking on "Play Movie" button then iPhone is getting flipped with one window having black screen and round progress indicator is rotating in middle of the screen. But no picture. I also debug the code , all the necessory paths of the video files are same. I think there are two possibilities in this issue, either video is not getting loaded properly or iPhone simulator is not providing the necessary requirement to run video file.
Is there anything I am missing then please let me know.
    Thanks,
    Pandit Pakhurde

  • Embed Videos not played with FP 10 and 11

    Hi,
Can't watch embed videos in the latest FP versions 10 and 11, before I had no problems, running on W7 and IE9.
For example: if i'm on facebook (just to mention) and I click on any video I can hear them, but video goes black with some flashes of the vid itself.  If I go to youtube (just to mention) I can watch and see that same video.
The only thing I have done to my PC is upgrade FP.
I have tried everything that adobe suggests before coming here.
    Thank you,

    Hi,
I have tried udating graphic driver and everything that adobe suggested, no drived update found.
I have this problem from the moment I updated FP.

    Hi All,
When publishing a Flash CS4 Windows Projector the file size is 4MB is there a way to reduce this size say down to about 1.5MB.
Also the fscommands do not appear to work. Does anyone know how to fix this.
    Thanks,
    Sen

    Hi kglad,
I am a bit new to this and can not find any info on allowscriptaccess.
Also most exe files that I have found are 2-3MB and I was just wondering if 4MB is normal as I can not find much info on this.
Also if 4MB is normal, why the increase in size?
    Thanks,

  • How can I embed video on front panel ?

I need to embed the IMAQ vision window on the front panel(video acquistion).

The newest versions of LabVIEW (7.0) and IMAQ (2.6) give you an easy way to embed the image on your front panel. They have a image control that you can put on your front panel and wire your image to.
If you don't have LV 7, your only option for display is the WindDraw window (for fast display). This can be embedded on the front panel by using the "Make IMAQ Child.vi", which can be found on the Developer zone. It takes a little more work, but looks pretty good.

  • C# Winforms Embed Video as Resource

    Hi,

    Hello,
To embed file to exe as resource, we could use the following way.
    1. Copy that file to project
    2. Right click on that file and select properties.
    3. Set its "Build Action" to "Embedded Resource"
Then we could use it with the following way.
    var _assembly = Assembly.GetExecutingAssembly();//var _stream =
    //_assembly.GetManifestResourceStream("_150302EmbedVideo.big_buck_bunny.mp4");
    var _stream = _assembly.GetManifestResourceStream("YourAssemblyName.TheFileName");
But to play video from stream would be difficult that needs us to look for the other control or create custom player by ourselves using DirectShow.
I would recommend you consdier using the way shared in
    http://www.dreamincode.net/forums/topic/281977-decrypting-video-files/

  • Windows Projector needs Flash Update?

We have been making some Actionscript 3.0 windows projectors
in CS3 lately, and for the most part everything has been great.
However, on some older machines it will require a flash update
before the projector will run. I guess I am a little confused
because I thought the projectors were self-contained with the flash
player. Is there something to do when compiling to solve this, or
something else that I should do to make sure that these projectors
can play on a majority of computers (some may not have internet
    connection). Thanks!

They are self contained and there is no need for the user to
    install any player in
order to run it. Once you export to EXE the player is wrapped
    around the file and

  • Best ways to embed Video??

What is teh best way to embed video in DW? Quicktime, WMV,
streaming? I have tried a few with varing results across different
    browsers...
And suggestions - I have seen some very cool interfaces out
there but sadly the source for the player interfaces I cannot
    find..
    Any help would be appreciated..
I need the ability to set auto play or not - and other
options for video in the browser window or at least in DW.
    Thanks in advance

If you have the entire Studio, I would definitely convert to
    Flash Video and
use the DW Insert/Flash Video dialogue to insert it. You have
    a choice of
skins and you can set a lot of options .. surely the ones you
    mention. Best
part is Flash Video is crystal clear with the ON2 codec in
    Flash 8 and you
won't believe how small the file is, compared to the other
    options.
