Embed video into email

Hello
I have a client who wants me to embed a video trailer into an email so that he doesn't have to attach it.
Does anyone know how I can do this?
Thanks
Grant

You cant embed video in Emails, only attach
embedding means that the email file and the video file becomes a single file
and thats not possible
just send the video as an attatchment

    Is there any way to embed video into my iWeb page without making an external HTML file?
    Thanks.

    QuickTime Media Link format. One of mine as an example:
    http://homepage.mac.com/kkirkster/.Public/wwdc_keynote.qtl
    They are text based files that download when clicked so there is no need for any addition html code to open a new page.

  • Embed image into email (not attachments)

    Hi all,
    i need to embed images into an HTML table of an email.
    Can anyone help me, please?
    Sergio

    I have done this in a prior application.. Are you building an html style message?
    I have attached some ideas for you to try:
    define hidden page variable to get the url and location for the images files:
    p19_SERVER_STRING
    Source or expression:
    SELECT owa_util.get_cgi_env('REQUEST_PROTOCOL')||'://'||owa_util.get_cgi_env('HTTP_HOST')||owa_util.get_cgi_env('SCRIPT_NAME')||'/wwv_flow_file_mgr.get_file?p_security_group_id=4398899520272508996&p_fname='
    FROM dual;
    (Security Group is from YOUR application)!!
    Next:
    In a After Submit process assemble the emial message:
    local variable lvMessage VARCHAR2(7500)
    Define message body in html document (Store in local varchar2 variable)
    <body>
    <p>
    <img height="90" hspace="0" src="'|| V('P19_SERVER_STRING')||'srtt_header.png' || '" " width="778" border="0" style="WIDTH: 931px; HEIGHT: 90px">
    </p>
    <p>
    </p>
    <p>
    Send the mseeage after you assemble the required pieces:
    HTMLDB_MAIL.SEND(
    P_TO => '[email protected]',
    P_FROM => '[email protected]',
    P_BODY => v_message,
    P_BODY_HTML => v_message,
    P_SUBJ => 'Your email with an Image');
    APEX_MAIL.PUSH_QUEUE;

  • Embed video into another site??

    I have just finished creating a website in iweb, and published it to a folder. I am clueless when it come to html or web coding. So my question is, is there any way I can get an embed code to post my video from my site into another site?

    The only way I've found to link to a movie file I've used in a site is to use the following URL:
    http://web.me.com/MMeAccount_Name/Site_Name/Media/movie_filename.mov
    That will link directly to the movie file.

  • Possible to embed pdf into email (as HTML, not pdf)?

    Hi I have a client who doesn't want to email pdfs to all their subscribers. They're finding people won't open the pdf or their security systems hold the email up.
    Is it possible to save the pdf out as some sort of file that can be embedded into an email and viewed when they open up the email. HTML? I tried doing a "save as", but this didn't work for me. Or course, I could be doing something wrong. I saved the file out and looked at it. Looked fine, but trying to attach it into an email didn't work.
    I should mention I'm currently using version 6 pro with the upgrade (v9) on its' way. Mac G5, OS10.5.5.
    Thanks. Sandra

    To send an html email, you must first build a web page (with the contents you need) then send that.
    Keep in mind that a lot of people have disabled the option to get the html so they will see garbage.

    Thanks for your help....

    Hello SaBrHM,
    Embedding videos into emails is not possible.
    You can include a screen shot of the video and link to your site where the video is.
    Hope this helps,

  • Embeding video into document

    Hello out there!
    With all the recent changes i was wondering which is the latest and best way to embed video into a blog type, 2 paragraph document, for posting on a website and uploading to social sites.
    Thanks

    The various size options means that you can choose the size that matches the size of other images in your blog bearing in mind that smaller generally means faster loading. Other choices include things like borders and colors all of which depend on the style you have in your blog. These artistic choices only you can make but if you are not sure then make a choice and embed it. If you decide you do not like the look or it needs to be bigger or smaller it is a small matter to delete it and then go back to YouTube to choose another embed option.
    Good luck with it.

  • Embed an video into an image

    Let start with the simple stuff.
    Operating system is Windows XP
    Photoshop version is CS4 V11
    I have been racking my brains trying to figure out how to embed a video file into an image in Photoshop.
    GOAL: i have a Jpeg of a TV screen frame. I want to take a YouTube video that i downloaded and place it into this TV screen frame.
    After this i want to be able to save it in some way (i suppose save for web devices as a GIF) and then place that picture of a TV screen with a running video into a banner i am creating (like a website signature banner with a running video on the side of it).
    All the tutorial videos i have found are from older versions of PS where bridge and ImageReady were all a part of the main program. CS4 is not like that so i cannot figure out how to even get the movies from bridge, or into Photoshop at all since they are two separate programs and i have not found a way to either open it with PS or move it to PS from Bridge.
    I have it currently saved in both .mov and .avi file formats as i was not sure which would work (but the tutorial used .mov)
    any help would be greatly appreciated.

    It was simply an example.
    1. I can capture the video myself with a capture card of me playing the game if that makes you feel better about it.
    2. And when i said GIF i was refering to an animated GIF.
    3. It is my website so i am pretty sure no one will mind if the file is larger than a normal website signature. We have plenty of bandwidth.

  • Is it possible to Embed an MP4 video into a FlashCC file?

    We're looking at hopefully getting some videos into our final swf by embedding it.  We know we can use FLV's etc, but we would like to use the original MP4's without the loss of quality. Is it possible to Embed mp4's using code or something and adding it to a stage? I read everywhere that it is not possible unless converted etc...
    If anyone does have any comments, links or example code that may help, it would be appreciated.
    Thanks.

    Thanks for the answers here but this is what i've found online also. The problem is that the mp4 isn't embedded into the swf and has to be 'linked' to a source file.
    The only thing I can find to do is to convert to flv and then embed... But even Media Encoder doesn't support flv anymore...

  • How to embed a mp4 video into a pdf with acrobat pro XI?

    I'm  trying to embed a mp4 video into a pdf using Acrobat Pro XI.  When I try to play the video, all I see is a black box. The video is H.264 codec. I've tried on a PC and Mac and get the same results.

    Video playback in the Acrobat Family uses Flash Player, so if it works in FP (loaded via an HTML page) then it should work in your PDF. First suggestion is to use the free MediaInfo tool to check exactly what the internal structure reports as.

  • How to embed a swf video into an html page?

    I am haing trouble embedding my swf video into my html page. Here is my code:
    <embed height="340" width="549" src="flashvideos/test.swf" allowscriptaccess="always" allowfullscreen="true" flashvars="&amp;MM_ComponentVersion=1&amp;skinName=C:/Users/RogerPa1/Documents/Visual Studio 2008/WebSites/WebSite1/Products/Create/flashvideos&amp;streamName=C:\Users\RogerPa1\Docum ents\Visual Studio 2008\WebSites\WebSite1\Products\Create\flashvideos\Robotics&amp;autoPlay=true&amp;autoRew ind=false"></embed>
    When I run the page the place where the flash player should be is blank. But if I right click I can select settings so the flash player is there. I'm using absolute urls for the flashvars because I read in a forum that that's what you're supposed to do. Anyway I am a little frustrated that the video won't play. I tried creating a video with no skin and the same problem occurs.
    Thank You
