Embedded sounds in my PDF are not playing on my iPad 3?

I have installed a PDF on my iPad 3, I can view the document but all embedded sounds bytes do not work. Is this a shortcoming of the Adobe Acrobat Reader 10.3 for iOS?

Adobe Reader on mobile devices is not as advanced as Reader for Windows or Macintosh. It doesn't support multimedia (video or sound).
I haven't found a free reader that does. You'll have to pay for a PDF reader. I suggest PDF Expert ($US9.99).

The movies and tv shows in your iTunes library on your computer can be transferred to your iPad via the iTunes sync/transfer process. No Sound and YTube videos are not playing - Says Error in loading

I have recently been experiencing a lot of problems on my pc. The main one is that the fan appears to be failing, as it is making a long continual noise.
I now appear to have lost the sound. I am not sure what is causing this, but have run through all the tests on your guides etc. Not sure if a system restore to an earlier date caused this or is required.

I think you could try cleaning out air vents, cleaning the system with antivirus software as waqar_kamboh posted.

Read through it know how to remove back cover of your laptop containing 7 air vents for air flow & clean it with dry clean smooth cloth/cotton. Clean the side air vents & wipe off any dust or dirt off any. Follow strict electro static protected state before opening the back cover as given in the manual.
Download and save all the latest drivers INCLUDING BIOS/FIRMWARE for your system by entering the Operating System installed onto your system from the following link. Also I advice you to do a hard reset to remove all electric potentials in the capacitors inside the system too.

Movies are not playing on my iPad 2.

I have been restarting it over and over and app is just showing up as a black screen. Any suggestions?

Try these steps and see if they help. Try them in this order.
Quit the videos app and restart. Go to the home screen first by tapping the home button. Quit/close open apps by double tapping the home button and the task bar will appear with all of you recent/open apps displayed at the bottom. Tap and hold down on any app icon until it begins to wiggle. Tap the minus sign in the upper left corner to close the apps. Restart the iPad. Restart the iPad by holding down on the sleep button until the red slider appears and then slide to shut off. To power up hold the sleep button until the Apple logo appears and let go of the button.
This little trick can work as well. Swipe to the right from your first home screen to get to the iPad Spotlight search. Type in the name of any of your movies in the field at the top. when the movie appears in the search - tap on it and it should hopefully start to play. Let it play for a minute or so - hit done - go back to videos app and see if all is OK.
Reset the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons.

Audio - toggle on/off multiple sounds even when they are not currently playing

I am wondering if there is a way to stop toggle all sounds even if they are not playing.
What I mean by that is I have several sound files that play one at a time when a slide comes in. I can toggle on/of the current sound but what if I want to toggle all sounds on/off in the compostion even if they are not playing so that when I go to next slide it will be on or off depending what was chosen on the previous slide?
One of the problem would be that I do not want all sounds to be turned back on at the same time but only the current one but I still want to be able to turn off all the sounds if the user decides he does not want to hear sound while at the same time I want the sounds to load automatically on each slide if he has decided to have sound.
Hope this makes sense.

so i made this code

this will find the id of the audios and pause them and reset the time to 0
( not really a way to officially stop audio )

i moved all my music files to my external hardrive, and they were working just fine. but for the last month, some random songs are not playing correctly!! they sound like how a scratched cd sounds (skipping, etc..., and then it just stops and it skips to the next song). the songs were playing perfectly before, it was all of a sudden, and not all, just some of them.)Also, the same songs that are not playing can not be transfered to my ipod... Well, several people have now replied to this post, but if you mean Apple, the answer is "no". This is a user support forum, and Apple do not provide product support through it.
If you want to report a problem with something you have purchased, open the iTunes Store and login to your account. On the home page at the very bottom of the screen, you will see a link that says "Purchase History". Click this, and click the "Report a Problem" button and follow the instructions.

Iphone 5 headphones are not playing from the left mono side. Is it covered by guarantee ?

I have noticed that the large speakers of the headphone from the left side are not playing but the small speakers on the side still work. Is this problem covered by the first year guarantee of the iphone 5 package.

Songs on my iTouch are not playing all the way through

I have an iTouch 5th generation. The songs on it are not playing all the way through or simply do not play for the entire duration of song. The songs that do not play all the way through leaves the rest of the song being 'played' with no sound. Another problem is that the current song will stop playing in the beginning, middle, or the end and another song starts. The next song will begin play while the current song continues to play, but with the current song having an absence of sound. It's kind of hard to describe. All of this started to happen after my iTouch crashed and I had to restore it. There is also another thing that factors into this problem. Most of the songs that are not working are the ones that I have bought from iTunes. I have also discovered that there are some other songs that I have downloaded from CDs that are not working, as well. The songs that I have bought from iTunes and have downloaded from CDs work properly on my other iPod and on my computer. So, I am thinking that the problem lies with the iTouch, itself.
Some of the things that I have tried are taking all of the music off of my itouch and then reloading it again on it. That did not work. Then I figured that I would load a single playlist with a problematic album. This did not work. I then tried taking that playlist off and then reloaded all of my library onto my iTouch. That didn't work either. Another issue is that I don't know if I can redownload the music that I bought off of iTunes to correct the problem. Another issue that goes along with this is that I had bought all of my music on another computer. I don't know if that makes a difference, but, again, I really don't think it is the songs that are the problem.
I have also made sure that my computer doesn't go to sleep when I load my music onto my iTouch and that my external (which stores my entire music library) does not go to sleep.
All of my apps work and everything else seems fine.
I really cannot figure out this problem. Does anyone have any suggestions?

A couple of months ago, I went to the Apple Store to try and sort this problem out. I was told that I was not playing my songs out of an actual music library. I created a library and loaded all of my songs, movies, etc. onto it. I had found that when I synced my songs from the new library onto my itouch, the songs no longer stopped in odd spots or bled into each other. To ensure that most of my songs had been fixed, I played the ones that were the most problematic. Fortunately, the songs play all the way through without any interruption. So far, I have not encountered the same problems that I had posted in my question. I apologize for not knowing the fellow's name who helped me with my iTouch at the Apple Store, but I would like to say how thankful and happy I am now that my iTouch no longer skips to the next song.
I know that other people have had this same issue with their iPods. If you encounter your music not playing correctly, I would suggest that making a new library and loading all of your music into the new one may help correct the problem. I hope that this helps.

Hi,
Try a clean installation of the flash plugin/activeX as follows.
First, download the Flash uninstall utility on the link below and save it to your Downloads folder.
Flash Player Uninstaller.
When the download has completed, close all browser windows, open your Download folder and run the uninstaller. After this has completed, restart the notebook.
When windows has reloaded, download and install the latest version of Adobe Flash. Note: You may want to deselect the option to include McAfee Security Scan Plus before downloading.
When the installation has completed, restart the notebook.
If the above doesn't correct the issue, then try the following.
First of all, download and run the Shockwave uninstaller on the link below.
http://fpdownload.macromedia.com/get/shockwave/uninstall/win/sw_uninstaller.exe
After this has completed, restart the notebook.
When windows has fully reloaded, download and install the latest version of Shockwave on the following link.
http://get.adobe.com/shockwave/
Again, after this installation, restart the notebook.

Clips on time line are not playing at right time.

I dragged my movie clips and photos onto my timeline, but when I play the movie back the clips and photos are not playing at the time they are placed on the timeline. What do I do? Thanks.

TimeLine in iMovie - any version - doesn't behave as in other video editors as FCE/P or Premiere.
Here each new video-clip or photo snapps to the one to it's left. One can't fix them in Time else putting in "Dummy" clips in between.
If they still don't playback in a continous way - there can be several problems
• free space on Start-up hard disk low - I never go under 25Gb free space
(free space on other second/external hard disks - doesn't matter)
• iMovie pref file might have been corrupted - close iMovie, trash it and re-start iMovie
• Use of strange video and photo and audio file format might also do this - iMovie HD6 wants
video - streamingDV as from miniDV tape Camera via FireWire
photos - .jpg and .png
audio - .aiff 48kHz 16-bit (or from Audio-CD) - NO .mp3 or direct from iTunes
