Embedded Youtube Video's on website's other than Youtube (e.g. GiantBomb) don't give me the option to go Fullscreen. Any Clues?

I had to reset to Factory Settings recently and after reinstalling Firefox and some add-ons I have noticed that Youtube videos on some webistes such as Giantbomb.com or Joystiq.com for example don't give me the go fullscreen icon in the bottom right of the embedded video. Also if I click watch on Youtube they lead me to a 404. I loaded up Chrome and the proper options for the video were there so something is odd with my new installation of Firefox. I have loaded it up in Safe Mode and still the problem persists. Before the apocalypse of wiping my HDD and starting like new they worked fine. I have ran Windows Update, I have the latest Flash Player. I am can't think what it is. Any help would be great :D

Clear the cache and the cookies from sites that cause problems.
"Clear the Cache":
*Tools > Options > Advanced > Network > Offline Storage (Cache): "Clear Now"
"Remove Cookies" from sites causing problems:
*Tools > Options > Privacy > Cookies: "Show Cookies"
Start Firefox in <u>[[Safe Mode]]</u> to check if one of the extensions or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox (Tools) > Add-ons > Appearance/Themes).
*Don't make any changes on the Safe mode start window.

Hi,
Kindly create a new layer, via the Layers panel:
Then, right click on the navigation bar, and choose Move to Layer > Layer 2
Ensure that Layer 2 is on top of the other layers.

In QT, if you open the Inspector, what is the format? Post a screen shot of the info.
Did you try one of the Video Share presets?
If you've got high quality material to work with, uploading to YT or another video service should produce good results. They will re-encode whatever you give them. So as s long as you give them a sufficiently high quality file to start – and assuming it's h.264 – you should be good.

I need to downsize phots to publish on a website but they are too big . In help it says when I select a photo it gives me the option to downsize. It does NOT. ?

This is the iPhoto for iOS forum. Are you asking about iPhoto on your Mac?
In iPhoto on your Mac select Export and you will have the option to select a size for your photo.
In iPhoto for iOS this capability is not there. I use PhotoForege2 on my iPad to resize my photos to meet the requirements you describe.

I had a similar problem in that my wife's iphone 5 could not send pics with imessage. Had to set the settings to default to SMS or whatever. After laboring many hours on the web I coincidentally was on the phone with the internet people to question my internet speed. They changed the router channel, which is something that I am capable of doing myself. After that, the pics go over imessage. My own Iphone didn't have the problem. We are both latest IOS 7.0.6.

ITunes doesn't give me the option to 'manually manage music and videos'?? Just videos.

We are trying to sync my iPhone manually. This is normally straightforward but iTunes on my girlfriends computer won't give us the option of ticking a 'manually manage music and videos' option. Only videos? What are we doing wrong?

It sounds to me like you are going to the correct place to try and enable manually manage music and videos, but the checkbox only says you can manually manage videos. According to the following article, that sounds like what you would see if you two have iTunes Match enabled.

If you right click on your clip, does it offer to Optimize Video? If so, after you optimize you can change the speed.

The candy crunch icon disappeared off my phone the other day. I try to redownload it through the App Store, but it doesn't give me the option. Will only let me open it and I can resume play. What's going on? All other apps still there.

The candy crunch icon has disappeared from my phone. I went to the App Store and pull it back up and it doesn't give me the option to install it, just open. When I do, it takes to my game where I left off. So my game is still there, but I can't install it on my phone.

It sounds like the application you are looking for is indeed still on your iPhone. You can confirm this by searching in the Spotlight Search for this application. It may have accidentally been moved to a folder, or an additional Home screen:

Where is the phone number on the iPod?
If you have an iPhone with iOS and use the same ID for Messages and FaceTime as on the iPod the iPhone's phone number will be listed for Messages and FaceTime on the iPod.
If you changed phone numbers on the iPhone, sign out of Messages and FaceTime and then sing back in. Then do the same a little while later on the iPod.

Some websites will not ask to remember my passwords and there is no sites in the exceptions tab in the security option. How can i get firefox to remember these sites or give me the option?

I closed the address, search and other bars, ..all I have showing up top is the tabs bar, and right clicking anywhere up top does not give me the option of reopening these other bars. Help!

If you press Ctrl+n to open a new window, does it have all the menus and toolbars?
If you restart Firefox, does the display return to normal?
If those don't work, you could try Firefox's Safe Mode. This will let you temporarily disable add-ons to work around any problem there.
You might want to back up Firefox before using Safe Mode. For help with that, see [https://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Backing+up+your+information Backing up your information].
Next, try starting Firefox in Firefox
[http://support.mozilla.com/kb/Safe+Mode Safe Mode]. Be careful not to "reset" anything permanently if you didn't back up.

IMovie doesn't give me the option to trim my videos?!

I just got a macbook air, and i transferred clips from the Photo Booth into iMovie, and it won't let me trim any clip. I know how to iMovie works, i have worked with it before, but on my new laptop and on this new iMovie it just won't give me the option. When i go to the menu bar in iMovie and go to the tab "modify", the following options are light gray and unclickable: "trim to selection", "split clips", "join clips" and "detach audio". Even when i select the clip and right click it there is not option of trimming it, and under the adjustments bar the square angle button (3rd one from left) and the camcorder looking button (4th one from left) aren't clickable.

Are your clips in a Project?
They cannot be trimmed while the are in Events.

Uploading ipod videos to my website for others to download

I have a company, and I want to place interviews with celebrity on my website. I am able to post high and low res movies, but I want to post the ipod video. I have them in a m4 format, and the link is set up similar to the way that the other videos work. I am wondering how do i do this that people can drag the file off of my website and into there itunes? do I need the file to be different? how can I deliver a third way of video?

I'm afraid I can't help you with that. My knowledge of building webpages is about zero.
Maybe someone else in this forum knows.

Won't even give me the option to compress a video

right now I'm working on trying to compress a series of videos to size that can be put on Youtube. the videos right now are all less than 30 seconds, but since i have iMovie HD and Final Cut Express HD, almost all of the videos are almost 1 GB each. Its extremely important that i get these compressed, yet when i go to export, everything is highlighted as an option under it except for compression. I'm assuming this is my fault, yet i have no idea how to fix it... help?

How can I download a video from icloud, when it only gives me the option 'watch' ? (The video has not been downloaded before)

I started downloading an episode from itunes. before it was fully downladed, I accidentally stopped the download. The video does not exist in my videos, but icloud seems to think so. Icloud therefore does not give me te option of downloading the episode anymore, only the option of watching, which then takes me to 'vidoes' where the video does not exist.

First follow the instructions on this page. If there's a Firefox extension you can't get rid of, see below.
Back up all data before proceeding.
