Employee download in CRM5.0 miss personal number

Hi,
  We recently upgraded CRM 4.0 to 5.0.  We redownloaded all the employee records through the ALE process after following the upgrade instructions.  The BPs successfully came over to CRM but missing the personal number in identification tab of BP under employee role.  All the already existing employees after the redownload, get the personal number as 0.  Prior to redownload it was fine.
Any help?

    Here's how to do it.
    1. App Store, iTunes Store should have the same AppleID on Computer and iPhones. (Free to share apps, music and books... )
    2. Person A uses the same purchasing account for everything (ie. email, contacts and ...).
    3. Person B have the same purchase account see no. 1 (for App Store and iTunes Store) but create a second AppleID for iCal, e-mail, contacts  and etc.

  • Employee Download - HR* prefix in Number range

    Our requirment when we download employee from ECC the prefix of Number range should be HR* we defined same number range with prefix HR----- and mark as Ext. but while download it takes only sales prospect number range.
    What extra setting requir for getting HR* prefix number range.

    From config side the numberrange and groupings are assigned and while download the std external grouping also assigned but how it takes prefix HR*
    because from ECC it is carring only numerical numbers which is assigned to employee but while downloading it should take prefix HR* and rest would be employee number which is coming from ECC.we have defined the HR0000001 to HR9999999 as external but through idoc carring eg. 10036 so in CRM it should be as HR0010036. For getting this what extra config i have to do.or it requir some abap devlopment.

    How can I get the personal number field of the Identification Tab in the BP role BU0003 Employee (Transaction BP). Is there a table or a FM to get it from the BP Guid or the BP id?

    Hello,
    If you need a relationship between the Pers ID number from entering the BP number, you can try using table HRP1001.
    In this table enter the BP in the field SOBID, and you'll get the Pers ID in the field OBJID.
    It also helps if you place field SCLAS with value "BP".

  • Employee personal number

    Personal Number for employees
    Dear All
    Our clients would like to keep the employees old personal number along with the new personal number in SAP.  For eg:  Old number is 005 and new number should be 90005, where 90 has to be prefixed.  This requirement is very urgent and I don’t have a clue on this.  Does this has something to do with referrence personal number.
    Please give me an idea to solve this problem

    As per my understanding, it has nothing to do with Reference personnel number.Because one number is the old number which your client simply wants for the sake of reference.Whereas as per definition :
    Reference Personnel Number
    Employees with more than one work contract are assigned separate personnel numbers for each contract.
    I am not too sure, but 0185 could be checked for retaining old numbers.
    However as you want to give specific number to employees, you need to make it external number range.
    Still I am sure, others might have a bring another good solution to it...

    These are all the search profiles i can see under that table:"ERC_CDCY" "ERC_REQ" "EXT_POST" "INT_CAND" and INT_POER.

    I have one Customer. I am fetching Address Number(ADRNR) of this customer number from table KNA1.
    I want to find the Personal number linked to this Address number and Customer.
    Is there is any table or FM from where i will get the Personal number of the Customer using Customer number and Address number?

    Dear experts,
    In Asset master-Time dependent tab we have option to put the personal number.
    Kindly tell me where we have to configure this personal number in the system and we are not using the HR module in present implementation (this will get any table problem in for the creation personal number in asset master)

    Even if you are not using the HR module, you can still create Employee Master in the HR module and specify the Personnel No in the Asset master...
    You might need to do some basic settings in HR to create Emp master....

    personnel number and person ID number are two different Terms.
    Personnel number is PERNR
    When a new employee is hired, the system automatically creates the external person ID and stores it in the Person ID infotype (0709).
    This is used majorly in the case of Concurrent employment

    Note string passed as parameter in iview is case sensitive.

    In the "Org Assignmnet" info type of employee record there is an option to maintain Supervisor ID. You can check this option.

    Dear All,
    I would like to make the personal number field unchangeable by users.
    I have maintained the parameter ID at SU3, than at CAC2 I have made the field
    CATSFIELDS-PERNR displayed. With this I am able to load the data there automatically.
    The problem is that the field is still changeable therefore all employees can record times
    to each others employee number. So the aim is to allow record working times to their own
    personal number.
    Any Ideas?

    Hi Peter ,
    You can make the  CATSFIELDS-PERNR as display only .
    In Include LCATSF20 , click on Enhance icon , then goto EDIT -> Enhancement Operations -> Show Implicit Enhancements options . You can find the Yellow line at the end of the Include (Before the ENDFORM) . You can create Enhancement Implementation here with below code in place :
    Loop at screen .
    if screen-name = 'CATSFIELDS-PERNR' .
    screen-output = ON .
    Modify screen .
    endif .
    endloop .
    You can also try using SHD0 (creating Transaction variant) .

    1) Execute transaction PA40
    2) In the personnel number field give the employee number
    3) Then enter the date from when the employee would be active in the date field.
    4) Then perform the Rehire action.
    5) Update the infotypes which appears one by one.
