Hi ,
I am working on the employee download.
Have done all the stettings as per the note 550055 and ran the RHALEINI in R/3.
In CRM the IDOC are shoowing the status 64 ' IDoc ready to be transferred to application'.
What could be the problem in posting the doc.
Pls advise.

Error: Product key has been revoked...after installing on my new MAC (employee download)

I am having issues installing Premier Pro CS6 for Mac. I purchased this via the employee program with a link to download. When I insert the product code after running the install program, it says that the product key it has been revoked and to contact Adobe. I have used it in the past so I don’t know why it says that after I have already paid for it. I bought a new MAC so that’s why I want to install it on this computer. Thanks. Employee download from HR

Hi all,
As per the OSS note 312090 employee can be downloaded from HR by setting filters.
How will I filter only sales rep from the entire list of employees as the employee master data will contain both sales rep as well as internal employees like IT admin people, factory people who develop goods etxc.
Any idea. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

It's called 'something' path: might be evaluation path. It identifies the links between multiple objects.
Suppose you start from an organizational unit, then the path could be O-S-P, meaning that you take all positions linked to the organizational unit and all persons linked to the positions.
--> this allows you to hierarchically select objects in HR.
But I don't know whether it's possible to identifiy differences in persons: should ask an HR guy..
The idea about creating a fron is really easy: this allows you to write your own code to identify the persons you want...

Employee Download - HR* prefix in Number range

Our requirment when we download employee from ECC the prefix of Number range should be HR* we defined same number range with prefix HR----- and mark as Ext. but while download it takes only sales prospect number range.
What extra setting requir for getting HR* prefix number range.

From config side the numberrange and groupings are assigned and while download the std external grouping also assigned but how it takes prefix HR*
because from ECC it is carring only numerical numbers which is assigned to employee but while downloading it should take prefix HR* and rest would be employee number which is coming from ECC.we have defined the HR0000001 to HR9999999 as external but through idoc carring eg. 10036 so in CRM it should be as HR0010036. For getting this what extra config i have to do.or it requir some abap devlopment.

Can an employee download the free Adobe Reader onto a company PC without causing a license issue?

Yes, the employee can download the free Adobe Reader onto a company computer without a license issue.
BUT, the company computer would have to be configured such that this activity was permitted. Not all company computers are configured this way. The typical user profile is more restrictive than the user profile we have for the OS and applcations installs on our personal computers.
Adobe provides a download of the installer on the Adobe.com site. Lotsa people use it to get Adobe Reader; so, no problem if all the employees at your place do it (IF the user profile on the computer permits it).

SALES EMPLOYEE DOWNLOAD PROBLEM

I am downloading only Employees from ECC 5.0 to CRM 5.0.
Employees are not created in CRM. but
In CRM Bdocs shows status 53.
when I run report HRALXSYNC in CRM, if I do F4 for Central Person I can see all employees.
But they are not created with Role employee, pls suggest if I am missing any thing
In ECC, I used Infotype: 0000,0001,0002,0006, 0009, 0105, 1001
Model View distribution is OK.
In CRM system table T77SO looks like:
HRALX -- HRAC -
X
HRALX -- OBPON --- ON
HRALX -- OBWIG --- X
HRALX -- ONUMB --- 2

Hi Nitin,
When u downloaded the employees from ECC to CRM using report RHALEINI in ECC, choose object type 'P' Person and object id as the employee no. in the report.
When this HR master will get replicated to CRM, check in PP01 transaction.
For that employee or central person, infotype RELATIONSHIP will get maintained. If u view it, u will get the business partner number as well.

Limited XP account able to Run the Firefox install?!? WTF!!! Just had an employee download Firefox and select Run and it installed. How is this possible on limited account?!?

Why was my employee able to download and select Run and install Firefox with a Limited Xp Account?!?

This is not Firefox problem. It is problem of your OS, in your case Windows XP.

Employee download not possible

ALL settings done as per note: 550055 and related notes.
Org, Position, Job data is transferred but not employee data..
No error in Bdoc....status green but no records in BUT000.

Thanks for the reply...but problem still persists.
Initially we configured as per note: 312090 but missed out maintaining number ranges externally and done the download.
O,S,C objects have come and not P.
Later we included one more filter mentioned in note: 550055 along with maintaining table T77S0...and again repeated the process...but this time the O, S,C entries got doubled but with no P.
Further, we maintained Number Ranges as External in CRM in sync with number ranges from R/3 and repeated download for P....no luck.
Actually the IDOCS are having status 53(green) but no records found in BUT00.
I need to get the employee data into CRM...

Employee download in CRM5.0 miss personal number

Hi,
We recently upgraded CRM 4.0 to 5.0. We redownloaded all the employee records through the ALE process after following the upgrade instructions. The BPs successfully came over to CRM but missing the personal number in identification tab of BP under employee role. All the already existing employees after the redownload, get the personal number as 0. Prior to redownload it was fine.
Any help?

Multiple BPs for an employee in CRM

Hi,
We have ECC-HR (6.0) integaration with CRM (6.0)for employee data . We have triggered initial download and all the Organizational units, positions and employees downloaded and relationships created without any issues. Now a days we are getting some issues like some times the CP-BP relationship isgetting deleted and when we try to download the employee once again into CRM through PFAL(update mode) transaction in ECC, a new BP is getting created that is linked to the CP in CRM. By this we are missing all the previous transactions made by this employee in CRM (as earlier the employee was linked to other BP and now that is no more valid).
Please let me know how can we overcome this situation? What are the cases where CP-BP relationships will be deleted in CRM?
Any help will be highly appreciated.

Hi,
the issue of deleted CP-BP relationship may be related to a low level of support packages of component SAP_ABA. You may keep your system up to date by istalling available support packages or check related notes of note 934372 and apply available correction instructions.
If new BPs already have been created you have to remove the CP-BP relationship from table HRP1001 using report RHRHDL00 by specifying the id of the CP and the relationship A/B207 (not sure if A or B).
After this you have to find the BP which has been created originally (searching by name) and use a report to restore the link from theCP to the this BP - the report has to be created from a note linked to note 934372 (short text mentioning ...help reports). The new BP created on error can then be deleted .

Is there info on the web site about it other than

That is quite impossible to give you an aswer. We have to few information. For example, when did you get the error message? Is there an associate error number with this message? Try to explain what you did.

SAPExtractor Issue

I am having issues doing my extraction from SAP into the SQL Database. The client requirement for fields are: pernr, Name, Cost Center #, Org unit # and name, and Position. In the Table Details Portion of the Configure SAPExtractor, I selected the following tables:
PA0000 = ActivePerson
HRP1000 = OrgUnitIds
PA0001 = EmpOrgAssgn
PA0002 = EmpPersonalData
HRP1000 = Position
HRP1000 = OrgUnit Data
CSKS = CostCenter
When I Start the extraction, this is the error that I get: Processing Function Active Employee Downloading Tables Active Person
No Tables were downloaded for Active Employee . Function is flagged as critical.Terminating Extraction.
In the log file I am getting:
9/15/2010 4:36 PM: ERROR: SAPeProcessor.RfcReadTable : [SAPConnector.Open]: An attempt was made to load a program with an incorrect format. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x8007000B)
9/15/2010 4:36 PM: ERROR: SAPExtractorProcessor.processFunctionSchema : Source {System.Data}: Message {'table' argument cannot be null.
Parameter name: table}
Any help would be appreciated. All of the Transport and Add-ons have been installed.

Re-installing on a different computer

HI
Our one x-employee downloaded InDesing from the Adobe site onto our Laptop. I know want to uninstall it from the laptop and re-install it onto my desktop computer. She used her personal email when downloaded the Software. Now how do I go about removing it from her name and installing it under my Adobe ID and re-installing the software on the other computer.

To whom is the software registered?
You're probably going to have to call customer service to straighten this out, and you may need the cooperation of the ex-employee.

SOS! Agh, yet again!

Bought Toshiba L55 Laptop Aug.6,2014(had a bad feeling about it that day!) Anyway, after emailing a division of Microsoft about all the issues I have had with this brand, yet again, its back!
1)Found log filed first week showing Tos. employee, while on the job, played enourmous amounts of games, not to test either in folders in obscure areas of System32 quite by accident.
2)First week, after this, found what were logs by "said employee", downloading and installing every Internet Security program on the market to date!
3)Second week, found what I affectionately call " space litter " computer test logs, that employee did not have courtesy to remove.
4)Second week, got curious about what one of my favorite software programs had today. The msinfo.ex program is a "desktop view" if you will, of the registry, so you do not have to mess with?? Regedit.exe. Oh my goodness, invalids everywhere. Toshiba
employee put their own UEFI on top of the Windows UEFI, INCOMPATIBLE? Yepper!
4)Week 3, found logs everywhere stating Tos. employee did not know if my edition, was a) Windows Xp, Windows 7, 7 64, Vista or 8.0 or 8.1. Hello? What did I pay for again?(Windows 8.1).
5)Found logs that stated Tos. employee did not know what kind of harddrive he or she (he) was mounting. Emp. had to connect remotely to find out, then proceeded to change volume serial numbers of all partitions. Incompatible because the Microsoft Serial
numbers did not go away. Return? I will get to that....if not today, another day.
6)Weeks 4 to present day...started getting locked out of primary NTFS HDD partition. Because I had no clue by second and third time, Toshiba had me already send for HDD repair...
7)Last week started having same issues had b4 repair. Did searches and thanks to some "wise sages" at Microsoft, found out about Bitlocker, TPM, DPAPI, Cipher and Fvevol. Do any of these work? Heck no because....you guessed it!
Incompatible again! or, fool at Tos. took them off!
Latest? Found log that machine auto-generated key for said Tos. employee so I have the great fortune not to be able to!
Not only this, but at UEFI F11 when it asks for key, of course I don't have it! No wonder! Cannot generate new one when already assigned!
Even if I could? Animated supervisor keybox only 8 digits long! F8 key? Fool took it off and I was in process of putting it back last night and all was fine at bedtime!
This morning? Ha! Goes to f8 screen, then again to f11, will not go to rcovery or repair, so instead I get this huge black screen that says "fvevol.sys missing or some driver device, error 0xc000000f, contact your system admin." No
duh!! The privacy expert at Microsoft said I should sue them, would, can't afford. There is no command prompt and no, I did not do anything! Urgh! I get "Boot Edit Screen at C:\Windows\System32\winload.efi......[/no execute optin
/no vga................]
So before I exhaust myself with the " Return story", does anyone know how to help? I do not have OS disks because Tos. to cheap to include and you ought to have seen the registry b4 this happened...(sheww, help?)

You need to Restore Default Startup Type for BitLocker Drive Encryption Filter Driver but problem is you are unable to boot.
Can you
refresh or reset your OS?
If the above fails then unfortunately you need the installation or recovery media to fix this.
As your laptop is under the warranty so I shall suggest you to contact Toshiba support for help and assistance.
