Hello,
Infotype 0027 is the standard solution for multiple reporting / multi tasking in SAP.
but also check which org unit he will be primarily assigned.

% distribution of all the employees in a particular org unit

Hello To all,
I am working in Objective Setting and Assessments, I am having a one reporting requirment where I need to show % distribution of all the employees in a particular org unit. I kept 0ORGUNIT in row and Keyfigure 1ROWCOUNT in column,
I have created a formula for % distribution of all the employees -> %GT " No. fo Records"
I am bit confused that weather i should take %GT or %CT, %RT
Wt is difference between that formulas.

Hi Shalini,
%CT gives the share of the result, for example in a Regios if you have 10 employees then for each row it gives the employee share for that Region.
%GT gives the share of the result from the Grand Total, for example if you have 10 regions then it caluculates each row it gives the employee share from all the Regions Grand Total.
%RT gives the share from the Report Result for each employee.
In your case you need to use the %GT, then for each region result area it gives % of distribution of all the employees.

Currently I am working on matrix reporting structure. My requirement is to identify the dotted line reporting as well as direct reporting between org units to org units and where the relationships are storing and which tables.

    organization UNIT and its lower level org units.IS tehr any FM to find the same.
   i.e if we input org unit then it should return all the employees belonging to this org unit + its lower level
    org unit(B002 relation ship)

This is wht i understood in org management...
evaluation path is the relation between two entities,
entities may be
job(C)
position(S)
Employee(P)
Org Unit(O)
O - O is line mangaer,
S - O belongs to,
P - S is owner of.
i think if u observe O - O is line manger.. means in with same position
S - O means that position belongs to the Org Unit
P - S means the employee has that Position.
All these type of relations will me maintained in the Infotype 1001 with the raltionships.
All object types will be maintained in the Infotype 1000.

Employee resposnsibles Org unit Determination (Employee is assigned to Org Unit)

Hi ,
We want to determine Org unit based on employee responsible but not on basis of USER.
Employee responsible will be assigned to a particular position in Organization .
We want to determine Organization unit where Employee is assigned .
When in transaction Partner Function employee responsible is selected then Organization unit to which employee is assigned should get determined.
When employee resposnsible is changed Org unit (Service ) should change .
Please suggest solution.

first u need to do the filter settings in object BUPA_MAIN to stop the employee replication to R3.
When u create the no. ranges in r3 u can remove the filter so that the process will continue.

Is it possible to get a report showing Org Units and Number of Positions.

Dear SAP Gurus,
I am looking for a report about org units and no.of positions held by this org unit.
eg :

The numbers in the brackets are all no. of positions under that org unit.

Hello Experts,
Is there any standard report to see the list of employees belonging to a particular sub org unit under a particular personnel sub area?
For eg: There is a company X, and it has got 3 plants in blore, mumbai and chennai.
Blore , chennai amd mumbai represent the personnel sub area for the company X.
to see the list of employees working under operational sub org unit , under the org unit of company X in blore, is there any standard report in SAP??

BP - Employee relationships to an org unit and changes

Dear Colleagues of CRM,
The scenario pertains to an employee and its relationship to an org unit to which it is assigned. Once an employee is assigned to an org unit, a relationship too gets created with the Employee as BP. This relationship has the contact info that was available in the BP master data at that point of time.
Later on, if the employee is transferred and hence assigned to another org unit, the assignment in the org unit is changed to the new org unit. On the new org unit assignment, a new relationship gets created with the BP. However, the earlier relationship doesn't get deleted when the earlier assignment to the org unit was deleted. If I attempt to delete the relationship in the BP, it doesn't allow and prompts to u201Cu2026.Change through the HR mastersu201D. The HR master though has nothing of the contact details vis-à-vis this relationship.
The existence of this initial relationship is causing error in all my dependent programs / activities which pick up the contact details of this employee and hence trigger emails etc.
Request solution as to how do I remove this u2018oldu2019 and irrelevant relationship from the BP. It may be noted that the subsequent changes of assignment u2013 deletions in particular u2013 are deleting the relationship too but the initial one exists all throughout.
Seek your kind advise to resolve the matter .

How to view employees of "only a specific employee-group" from an org unit

Dear All,
I am working with authorization for MSS , now there is following requirement ,
There are 2 cheif positions in one orgunit , say as cheif-1 and cheif-2 , cheif-1 can view all employees exist in his organization unit ,including cheif-2 . But cheif-2 can see all those employees who belong to employee group non-management and reports to cheif -2 only.
We have tried to restrict the chief 2 to view employee group of non-mgmt in object p_orgin but still he is able to view all employees of org unit in mss. Kindly let us know it is possible to strict chief-2 to view non-mgmt employees .. & how ?

i used the structural authorization everything was working fine but cheif1 can view all his employees as well as cheif 2 ' employees but he can not view chief2 . any suggestion please let me know .

SAP Easy Acces->Human Resources->Organizational management->Info system->Organization Unit->Organization Structure
Here you have the SAP query, execute the one that ftis in your requirement.
Also check the same in the Position node. Explore the 'report Structure' node as well.

Org Mgmt Report with Org Unit, Position, Person and Chef Position

Does anyone know a good report that shows an org structure with Org Unit, positions, person, and also highlights the chef positions?
I would like to link this to our portal, so would prefer a report to transaction PPOME.

Hi,
You can generate the required report from reporting tool HIS. select the org structure for which you want the report to be generated.
In the graphical view select the org unit and in the reporting window select organizational plan and select staff assignment as task function.

Seperating SoD results reports by org unit

Hi GRC gurus,
I was looking into CC 5.2 to find a way to seperate the access to SoD reports based on the org unit being analyzed.
This is a topic in itself, but my question is whether there is a way to control access to the output of the results based on org unit.
I found a VRAT object (from memory it was the Business Unit object ...0006) with this description and documentation, but it is not used anywhere in the coding...........
Is this different in 5.3? Or have I missed something?
Our other option is to put another layer of security ontop of the output, either by sending the results or downloading them to other storage media for access.

I have a very common requirement in SAP HCM ABAP development.
For an Org Unit, how do we get all Reporting Org units(Also employees reporting to the sub org unit) & Employees ?
I have tried using RH_STRUC_GET_MULTIPLE_ROOTS and RHPH_STRUCTURE_READ, but the evaluation path is insufficient to get all objects under it. I tried with both O-S-P and O-O-S-P evaluation paths and as per some constraints, I can’t create a customized evaluation path for a reason.
I am using PNPCE database for user selection screen and user would be advising the Org unit. I even referred the standard transaction ‘S_AHR_61016495’ which is using PCH logical database.
I would really appreciate if anyone could provide a solution for this. (Rewards guranteed )

Meanwhile I had done a workaround with PCH and RH_STRUC_GET and it served the purpose of getting all the Org units, it’s reporting sub-org-units, positions and persons (The deepest structure from the root org unit advised on selection screen).
The solution I used is, I captured the org-units advised on selection screen by user using PCH logical database and then by looping on sub-org units reporting to the main org-unit I populated related positions and persons holding them and assigned it to the PNPCE logical database.
