ENABLE_RAT message instead of Enable 3G iphone 5

Hi all,
I have for a week my new iphone 5.
The first 3 days worked perfectrly.
One morning i tried to activate the cellular data (working perfect before) and instead of ENABLE 3G there was the ENABLE_RAT.
Version ios 6.1.4
iphone 5.
I have tried restoring the iphone and setting it up as new. I have also internet over wifi. My carrier settings are checked and the cellular data worked for about 3 days.
I am just completely dissapointed I don't know what else to do.
Do you think is a hardware problem?

It's possible that if they serviced your phone before, they replaced the entire unit making you ineligible for the battery replacement. Have you had your iPhone replaced thought Applecare recently?

However when i send a message on my Mac to my friend who is using an iphone, default sending is via imessage. How can i choose to send a text message instead of imessage? WHy? because sometimes my friend is not online. So i need to send a text message that my messages are received real time.

Text Message Forwarding not appearing on iPhone 5

I'm trying to set up Text Message Forwarding between my iPhone 5 8.1.2 and iMac 10.9.5. For some reason it is not showing up in my Settings > Messages options on my iPhone.
I am signed in with my Apple ID on both devices. I can receive iMessages on my iMac but cannot receive SMS messages. In the Settings > Messages > Send & Receive options, I have both my phone number and email checked. I have searched high and low for answers but have not been able to find a solution.
Anyone have any ideas?

I have an A1332: iPhone 4 (GSM model).
1st problem: I moved from german to sweden recently, and now whenever I get messages from my german friends and a notification comes at the top of the screen, i click on it and it goes to a new message instead of opening the conversation.
2nd problem: I also have to save my friends' numbers twice under mobil and iphone once with 0 and once with +49 because otherwise it just shows their number instead of the name i have saved in my phone

In order for a message to be sent as an iMessage, both parties have an active data connection. If one or both of you doesn't, then the message will be sent as a regular SMS (assuming you have it set that way). Only iMessages will give you the "Delivered" update. SMS do not.

Why no signal when 3G enabled on iPhone 3GS

For the longest time I was always getting NO SIGNAL when I enabled 3G on my iphone 3GS. If I disabled 3G, then I got a great signal.
Just in case some one else is baffled by this problem, this is what consistently fixed the problem for me. BTW, I am using Airvoice wireless (an AT&T MVNO).
I called this 3G test mode #, and it fixed my problem.
1. Disable 3G in /Settings/General/Cellular
2. Wait for carrier signal w/o 3G
3. Dail 3001#12345# , this returns an error message
4. Enable 3G in /Settings/General/Cellular
5. Wait for carrier signal w/ 3G
Once this is done, I can power on and off at will and consistently get 3G service. I only have to repeat these steps if I restored phone to defaults. I have a few 3GS phones, and I only had this problem on some of them.

I get an error message when I sync my iPhone 5 with iTunes on my Windows 7 Samsung laptop. I recently backed up all of my data using Samsung Recovery Solution 5 to an external hard drive so that I could restore my laptop. I put all of my data back on the restored laptop and reinstalled iTunes. After the error message that says that certain items could not be found and the "sync" is finished I go back to my music in iTunes and there are exclamation marks next to many songs. I follow some instructions regarding the Edit - Preferences - Advanced settings and the exclamation marks go away until I try to sync my phone again. Then I get the same error message and the exclamation marks return. I have uninstalled and reinstalled iTunes and the same thing happens again. I am about to schedule an appointment with the Genius Bar but would like to avoid that if possible. Thank you in advance for any help.
