Enabling and disabling input filed based on the Dropdown values selection

HI,
I have a requirement with Adobe Interactive forms being called from HCM Forms & Processes. We have a drop-down list and a inputbox.
based on the values selected from the drop-downlist, the input box should be visible and hidden.
If the input value is visible, I got to send some part of the value selected from the drop down to the input field.
i tried to write the following script in the click event of dropdown but the input field is not appearing with any value selection.
if data.Layout.CH1.CHContent.ISR_DDL_1stSelected.rawValue = "00000000" then
data.Layout.CH1.CHContent.ISR_NEW_COST.presence = 'Visible' else

Yes, The Split functionality is working. I have added the code in 'Change' event and for selecting the value from the Drop down, am writing the code in the 'exit'.
In addition to this, I am populating the values to the drop down from the Generic service. The problem is, while running the Process from Portal and check and send button, the fields fetched from the generic service & the dropdown values are getting refreshed. i hope, this is because of the java script.
pls. suggest me if this can be handled .

I have two drop downs. Both are coming from look up fields from two lists. i want to set a default value(first list item) for the first drop down list box and then apply cascading based on the default value for the next drop down list box. Enabling and disabling the button in the multi record block

i am using
Forms [32 Bit] Version 6.0.8.24.1 (Production)
Oracle Database 10g Release 10.2.0.1.0 - Production
i have a multi record block each block contains a button(button is to approve the record in terms of changing the status)
i have the items like date,remarks and button
the button should be enabled if the remarks is not null otherwise it should be disabled.
for this in pre-record trigger i have written
if :record is null then
   set_item_property('button',enabled,property_false);
else
      set_item_property('button',enabled,property_false);
end if;what problem is enable and disable is impacting on all the buttons in the block. in other words if first record's remarks is null then all the records button is disabled. if first record's remarks column is not null then all the records of the button column is enabled.
i have to make enable and disable the button for the corresponding record.that means if first record's remarks column is not null then only first records button should be enabled others should be disabled.

You need to set the No. of items displayed to 1 as Ammad had said, additionally you can set the X and Y Position (Just Y will do and having fixed X) of the button depending upon the current record.
can u explain this part alone bit more (setting the position of x and y)You need to calculate the variable Y_POS depending upon the current position of the cursor that is the current record.
You can find the current record Y_POS using combination of

Selection screen, dynamic enable and disable of blocks

Hi,
i have several parameters in different blocks.i want to enable one block and disable other blocks depending on the radio button selection. could some one help me on this.
for eg.
radiobutton1. under this text entries for date, time etc.
radiobutton 2. under this text entries for location from, location 2,phone etc.
so, if i select radio button 1 all the remaining text entries under other radio buttons should be disabled. how to do this.

I am not sure what you meant by disabling all the selection screen fields. Are you saying ALL the selection screen fields or all fields that don't belong to the selected radio-button.
Anyway, here is a sample code how you manipulate the selection screen. The key options to use are 'modif id', 'at selection-screen output' and 'loop at screen'.

If you want to hide all the, I mean all except the radio-buttons, then simply loop at screen and modify every entry except the radio-button entries to screen-active 0. Something like this.

How to display data in tableview based on a dropdown filter selection

Hi All,
I have implemented a flow logic based BSP page to display the SFLIGHTS table when I open this page it displays all records in the table SFLIGHTS. I would like the set a drop down box filter on CARRID and CONNIND. Only once the user selects the CARRID and CONNID and presses on display buttont the data for that selection in the drop down box should be displayed.
Can you kindly share the code how I can put 2 drop down boxes and make the data retrieval on the page occur based on the dropdown box selection. The layout page is as below. Appreciate if you could kindly share the code to implement this.

What i have written is that only.. ok fine i will tell you in detail ok...
first what you do is if ur wrking with MVC concept in *do request * add the code for the dropdown as
select single connid from sflights into wa_sflights.
this code will give you the coniid in the dropdown ok
if you not wrking with MVC ,if its just a Flow with page login then write the same code in Oninitialization
now if you select the connid from the dropdown and you want to display the details of the that connid in the tableview .. rite?
then in do handle event write the code when i have written before if itsnot MVC add in oninputProcessing

First create a attribute with the name readonly of type wdy_boolean and bind it read_only property of input field of which is you want to enable or disable.
Next go to Init method.
Set the readonly value as 'X'.

Enable and Disable the file paths

Hai i have two file paths one logical file path and other is physical file path.
I took two radio buttons.
How can i enable and disable the file paths by using these radio buttons.
When i select the 1st radio button then 1st file path is in enable and second file path in disable mode similarly for the second radio button also.

Adobe Flash Player 11.8.800.42 is the most recent version from Adobe. It is a pre-release version. I am using it without any noticeable problems.
The current stable version is Download 11.7.700.169.

Make sure your headphones are plugged ALL the way in, meaning the white part of the headphones is flush with the Nano and you cannot see any silver from the plug still showing.

I am unsure of what CAN device you are using, as well as what type of programming language you would like to develop in. With that being said I will assume one of our PCI CAN cards and that you will be using LabVIEW to program. Please take a look at the NI-CAN manual for help on programming your CAN card, specifically with reference to chapter 7.
