Enabling PeopleSoft Adapter via sacmd getting error

This is really a BIG issue for us right now, and I already have an open case for it, just wondering if anyone has ever gotten this error using sacmd to enable a PeopleSoft Adapter:           
TES SA Command Console (Version 6.1.0.267).
SACmd>agent -C MODIFY -n HRDEV-PSUNX -e Y
TES_003008:The specified port [null:null] is already in use. Completed at 09/01/2013 11:46 PM
I get this errors as well even then I run the command outside of Tidal directly in the Unix prompt.
The disable seem to work well enough.  I use the persist parm.

Cisco has fixed this issue on hotfix 353 and we confirmed that it works now.  Apparently the port already in use was something they were making a hard error when it was an acceptable condition.

  • Trying to add Canon MP500 printer via Bonjour; get Error -9672

    I have my Airport Express hooked up to my Canon MP500 printer. My computer recognizes the Airport Express. I go to Print & Fax in System Preferences and try and add the printer via Bonjour - it stalls and then displays Error -9672. I have had this printer hooked up successfully before. Any suggestions?   • Getting %Error in authentication when using enable password via ACS 5.5

    Hey, I've been on a LAN that's been using ACS 4.1 and its been working fine.  Ive recently installed ACS 5.5 on a VM and Im attempting to get it to work.  I've changed the Tacacs IP to the new server and the secret key on this particular switch and Ive configured it in the Network devices in ACS.  When I log into the switch via SSH, it lets me authenticate to my username/password BUT when I go to enable it asks for a password.  I enter the password I configured in ACS and I get %Error in authentication.   I've also tried the local enable, same thing.  What else is weird is that if I enter no password, it prompts me to change my password but if I try that I get the same error (%Error in authentication).  The ACS log just simply says entered wrong password, even though I checked it multiple times and even tried a new account.  I'm no master at AAA but from what I can tell it should work.  Attaching my configuration....
    Any ideas would be great

    Can you share "show run | in aaa" from the switch?
    You should have the below listed commands on the switch:
    aaa authentication login default group CLI local
    aaa authorization exec default group CLI local
    On the ACS you should push priv-lvl=15

  • 64bit vpn client issue /error :reason -442:failed to enable virtual adapter.

    Hi All of you ,
    I m using vpn client for windows64bit  -  file name - vpnclient-winx64-msi-5.0.07.0290-k9.exe and installing it on windows 2003 server .
    But while connecting via vpn client to f/w , Virtual Adapter is taking the ip address but not connecting .getting error message on screen -
    reason -442:failed to enable virtual adapter.
    Is it possible some configuration or image issue from ASA as its first time we are trying to use 64bit OS , vpn client for 32bit OS working fine .

    Hi Kamlesh,
    Have you tried the following:
    Deactivate the cockpit in your Business One database - Disable My Cockpit and also disable cockpit in General Settings
    Run EventSender Setup (in first step try to avoid using localhost or IP addresses)
    In third step press Test Connection, in fourth step make sure that your database is checked, press also Receiver but ton and then Test Connecion.
    Finish EventSender setup.
    Click on SLD in the B1i Framwork and ensure connection to the Company databsae (B1DI and JDBC) is successful.
    Go back to B1i Framework UI, click Scenarios in upper menu, then select Control in left menu and (re)activate Xcelsius scenario.
    Restart EventSender service, Integration Service and Proxy services via Servies (Computer Management)
    Now you can enable cockpit in your Business One database - enable cockpit in General Settings and then enable My Cockpit.
    After installation of B1ic, the company is not listed in the SLD
    Delete all entries of table SLSP and SLSPP in SBOCOMMON. Restart integration service. In SAP Business refresh the company list.
    These solutions are documented in the attached Note 1619422.

    The server principal "XXXX." is not able to access the database "ABC" +under the current security context.

    And ABC is an auditing database?
    Unless your DBA is evil and really don't want you to enable CDC, I think you should talk with and fix the bad trigger. You can refer him to this article for a proper solution:

    Syncing shouldn't trouch you photos unless you have photos in a Photo Library album.  These would be photos that were synced to your phone from your computer.  If you do have any, you'll need to use an app like PhotoSync to transfer them to your computer prior to syncing.
    If you prefer to backup your camera roll photos prior to syncing, open iTunes and go to Preferences>Devices and check "Prevent...from syncing automatically".  Then connect your phone to your computer and import them as explained here: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4083.
    Then, to minimize data loss, follow the steps in this user tip: https://discussions.apple.com/docs/DOC-3141.  To follow the steps, first open iTunes and go to View>Show Sidebar.  Also, Transfer Purchases is now located in File>Devices.

    The Actual query to perform is below.
    SELECT name,number from emp  WHERE CASE WHEN :1='T' AND term_date IS Not NULL THEN 1 WHEN :1='A' AND term_date IS NULL THEN 1 WHEN :1='ALL' THEN 1 ELSE  1 END = 1;
    I have tried in DB adapter like below as a parameter for :1 as #vInputParam
    SELECT name,number from emp  WHERE CASE WHEN #vInputParam='T' AND term_date IS Not NULL THEN 1 WHEN #vInputParam='A' AND term_date IS NULL THEN 1 WHEN #vInputParam='ALL' THEN 1 ELSE  1 END = 1;
    Getting Error code :17003 .java.sql.SQLException: Invalid column index error.
    Please suggest me on using ':' bind character in DB adapter Select Query SOA11g.
    Can someone help me on this please?

    Hi,
    Could you please make sure your binding style(Oracle Positional,Oracle named..etc) of the Seeded VO and Custom Vo are same.
    This is the option you will get when you are extending your vo. So make sure that both are same.

    According to my network provider (Amaysim/Optus) Tethering is enabled, so why do I get this error message "to enable personal hotspot on this account, contact OPTUS"
    Amysim/Optus support can not help.
    I can not check or change any network settings (no APN settings)
    I have synced phone using latest itunes (10.5.3).
    Phone software is up to date (5.0.1).
    Network settings have been reset.
    SIM card has been taken out and put back in.
    Phone has been switched off/on again.
    Another sim card from virgin works ok (hotspot option is visible and can be turned on/off as required)
    The Amaysim/Optus SIM card can be put into another phone (android) and tethering/hotspot works fine.
    Can anyone provide solution to this nightmare?

    I am having the same issue although i have an iphone 5. I have contacted Live connected numerous times an tried everything imaginable to solve the issue. Is it possibly a handset issue? I cant recieve any help from optus as im with live connected, they cant help me and apple keep telling me to contact your carrier ( live connected). Seems to make me want to switch providers pretty shortly..
    please let me know if you can solve your issue and maybe it can help me too..
