Encender y apagar labview

Buenos días!!
Estoy comenzando a utilizar el programa de labview en la escuela (soy estudiante de mecatronica) y quería pedir su ayuda ya que no puedo encontrar solución a un problema que nos dejó el profesor...
Se trata de crear un programa en labview donde a 30° se encienda una lampara, a los 40° se apague la lampara encendida y se encienda una nueva... además de que a 25° se encienda una lampara pero que solo duré 10 segundos encendida...
si me pueden ayudar gracias!! y si no... pues también gracias!! jajaja

no se si entendí bien tu pregunta para hacer eso quizás te sirva utilizar los comparadores. Yo he hecho un VI que se ajusta lo que creo que pides. Te paso una captura. Si te gusta y te ayuda en tu pregunta por favor votame con un Kudo te lo agradecería mucho.
PD: SI quieres incluso te paso el codigo pero si lo haces tu aprenderás más.
PD: Dentro de case en FALSE pongo a 0 las lamparas.

Para comunicarte con el puerto serial en LabVIEW se utiliza VISA, que de hecho tiene funciones ya diseñadas para comunicación con el puerto serial, te anexo ligas a un documento que explica como utilizar dichas funciones y a un ejemplo que puedes utilizar como guía.

Estructura event

Buenas tardes, tengo un problema con la sstructuta Event, tengo Una estrucura de casos, ejemplo, así: inicio, medir, abrir, cerrar. En el caso medir tengo una estructura event en el cual debo encender y apagar unos LEDs Por acción de un botón.
El problema es que a causa del event no se me ejecuta el caso de abrir.
Como puedo hacer para cerrar el event y que me.pasenal caso abrir.

Hola buenos dias,
Tengo un problema al intentar montar un generador de senales en Labview. Quisiera poner un interruptor para encender y apagar el generador.
Incluyo el codigo que estoy empleando.

Como comenta pierreV , lo mejor para trabajar con generacion de señales es empezar por ejemplos y en tenrer claros conceptos como:

Mi Lenovo S660 enciende y apaga la pantalla SOLA..!

Tengo un Lenovo s660 el cual hace 1 semana actualicé su sistema operativo de Jelly Bean 4.2.2 s026 a KITKAT 4.4.2 s058 y luego el sistema me lo actualizó de manera automática vía OTA a la versión KITKAT 4.4.2 s062, todo estaba perfecto, PERO luego empece a notar que la pantalla se encendía por 3 segundos y apagaba SOLA... esto lo hace cada 20 minutos
Pensé que eran cosas de GOOGLE y la opción que se llama UBICAME el cual está disponible en KITKAT 4.4.2, pero un día vi que aparte de encender y apagar SOLA tambien me lo reinicio 2 VECES… Enseguida desactive esa opción UBICAME en CONFIGURACIONES.. Pero el celular sigue con su maña... Encendiendo y apagando la pantalla cada 20 minutos…( SIN TOCARLA ) A alguien le a pasado…?
Me han dicho que es un BUG de la versión s062 y que cuando salga una nueva actualización vía OTA se arreglara el detallito pero ni idea… Que será…?

Si tienes opción de regresar a una versión anterior, es lo que te recomiendo ya que esto puede influir en el consumo de batería.

Se ha quedado colgado actualizando

Buenos días, estaba actualizando el movil cuando un apagon de luz ha interrumpido la actualización justo cuando estaba la pantalla del movil gris, con la manzana y apunto de ponerse a iniciar la barra de actualizado, es un problemon que tengo el boton de encender y apagar el movil roto, y no puedo apagarlo, ahora esta encendido todo el tiempo con la pantalla asi como se ha quedado, cuando lo enchufo al ordenador no lo detecta, uuufffff, que puedo hacer?

Probablemente porque el sistema no sea original, ni tampoco el equipo. Intenta conectarlo a tu computadora y ver qué te resulta, si iTunes no lo reconoce es probable que lo que tengas no sea un iphone

Hola Franklin si lo que quieres es cuando aprietes el Boton solo lo lea LabVIEW una vez y no se queda apretado puedes jugar con las Mechanical Action, Aquí básicamente puedes cambiar el momento en que ocurre el cambio, y existe la opción de Latch, con esta cuando la lea LabVIEW va a regresar a su estado normal.

Buen dia: Quiero encender 4 leds programando LabView 6.1 y lenviando los datos a representar por la DAQ PCI-6023E. De tal manera que yo en un control de el numero 5 y este sea prepresentado fisicamente en binario en los leds (0101).

I created a RFC having a query which is taking a long time to execute. So i want to close RFC connection with portals which is via java connector(JCO) before that query and open the connction again after that query.
I guess i will need to understand your requirement a little more in detail, as i understand you have an RFC which has a query within to fetch some data and is taking a long time to do so. In the meantime you don't want to keep the connection open?
My question would be, Is the role of this RFC to only execute the query and fetch the data or does it do something else?
If it does other things and these are independent of the query execution, then you can span a parallel call within the RFC to execute the query and in the meantime the RFC does the other things (or vice versa) hence reducing the overall time taken.
If the sole purpose of this RFC is to execute the query, then you will not be able(i mean to say there is no simple and direct way of doing this) to close the connection after the Query is started and re-establish the connection after its execution, for a simple reason that - how will you know if the query has completed it's execution, so that you can establish the connection back.
Alternate solutions, make this a two way asynchronous call, 1) You invoke the RFC asynchronously and close the connection, the RFC in turn will execute the query and transfer the data to JCO via another RFC call.
If this needs to be a synchronous call, then you will need to optimize the query to its best.

LabView Exe Application file not launch Excel application for report generation

Dear All,
I created one LabVIEW application file for report generation (using Excel Template).
While I run the program in programming mode it works well and create the report file in the specified path.
After creation of the application file(exe), it gives the correct path of where the excel template is placed. The same path is given to New Report.vi, but it gives the error 'File Not Found'.
Tell me, is any other configuration required for generating Excel reports? (During exe application mode)

Hello,
Most likely you are encountering a problem of stripping and/or building paths. Probably the easiest thing to do is put a couple indicators on your front panel for the path or paths you care about, build your exe, and make sure you are really using the path you'd like. If you always put the report at some deterministic place relative to the exe (that is, even it the exe is moved, it will go with the exe and remain in the same relative path location, then you can use the Current VIs Path funtion found in the ... File I/O -> File Constants palette as a start path (where you will want to strip at least the exe name off of course).
I think this will bring some clarity to the issue!

Error involving Report Generation Toolkit and Labview Run Time Engine

Developed an application using LabVIEW 6.1 and LabVIEW Report Generation Toolkit for Microsoft Office 1.0.1. From there, tried to build a shared application for use with the LabVIEW Run Time Engine. The Run Time version functions properly until "New Report.vi" is called and then an error is generated, code 7, calling out "Open VI Reference in New Report.vi" could not be found. When building the application, I did include the "NI Reports Support" in the advanced installer options. The machine used for original development and application build is running Windows XP Pro and Office XP. Any suggestions??

I am having the exact same problem but with LV 6.1 and M/S WORD 2000. It appears that the "New Report.vi" is trying to open "C:\APP.DIR\Word_Open.vi" and "C:\APP.Dir\Word_Open_Document.vi" by reference. The "OFFICE 2000.TXT" says that "_exclsub.llb and _wordsub.llb must be added as support files when building an application or a dynamic link library with the application builder." I added them as Support Files and I copied them to the "C:\TESTER\" where the TESTER.EXE is and I still get ERROR 7 in "NEW REPORT.VI" at VI OPEN REFERENCE.
Do I need to make a "C:\TESTER\DATA\" sub-dir and put the support files there?
I am building on MY COMPUTER on F: Drive on a network and transporting files to the real Tester.
I displayed my App.Property of APP.DI
R at start up and it is C:\TESTER\ ! How would my application know that "Word_Open.vi" and "Word_Open_Document.vi" are actually inside the _wordsub.llb?
Any ideas ?
