Encode to iPhone via ffmpeg?

Ok, I run a beta site that tries to encode video for streaming to mobile phones.. http://mvstreaming.com is my blog, but I'm trying to find a solution to stream to the iPhone or at least buffer a bit of the video for playback so it can at least stream a bit, I know most of this is done via streaming servers but the iPhone doesn't deal with rtsp which causes alot of headaches for trying to stream any sort of decent video.
Anyhow I'm wondering if anyone has found a decent encoding setting using ffmpeg to encode for video to fake stream to the iPhone.

Not sure if it will send it to the iPhone automatically.
You will have to know what kind of WiFi security is being used & what the password is to properly give the iPhone the information it needs.

First I sent them from iPhoto with highest resolution, then I transferred them to my desktop in highest resolution and added them to an email, opened the email and saved to my Camera roll. My husband has the same phone, we purchased them at the same time. I sent him the same photos in the same email that I downloaded them from and on his phone they show up with the normal higher resolution. Is it possible that there is something wrong with my iPhone or is there a setting that can be changed? I'm still learning to use it. All my other photos are of normal resolution. Does this make any sense to anyone?

Upload multiple files to iphone via wifi - completely freeze

Hi,
I upload files to iphone via wifi and air sharing app a lot. Just connect with finder and drag&drop files one at a time and everything is fine, but when you select more files and try to copy them to iphone together Leopard completely freeze. Totally. You cannot force quit finder, cannot run activity monitor, cannot kill finder in terminal or even restart the computer. Just shut down with holding the power button...
What's wrong? :/

when i had around 50 reports to move from local to server , best idea is to a ) place all your reports in C:\..\My Documents\PC_NW\..domain1..\..username..\AppInfo\..appsetname..\..application..\eExcel\Reports (local folder )
b) open BPC excel -> etools-> Save Dynamic templates -> reports
c) Select Local folder select all the files you want to copy ,and right click copy
d) Select Company folder paste files

Sending jpg to iPhone via mms not working

I'm trying to send a jpg from my email to an iPhone via mms, i'm using the correct format [email protected] but the iPhone gets an error that reads:
The part image/jpg: name=name.jpg; x-unit-mode=0644; x-mac-hide-extension=yes was removed form the message as not supported.
Any ideas?

I dont buy that answer, i can send pics to my friend that has a normal flip phone that way. I also send .3gp movie files to my iphone 3G as a work around of not being able to attach/select video file to send via mms. You can however, forward a video clip that was sent to you. Are youy sure its not a formating of the jpg files or something, im fairly certain i have sent my own phone pics from my e-mail.

I am trying to upgrade my iPhone via my macbook but the following message keeps coming up and the download does not work

Please advise how I can transfer these files, I am not sure what files are in question.
I've only had the MacBook a couple of days, I am PC savvy but this is all new to me so please keep it as simple as possible. I am a brit based in Bahrain.

okay I've done everything regarding the transfer process (via file>transfer purchases) and syncing, so everything on my iPhone device seems to have been transferred to my iMac... however, I still get that message ("There are purchased items on the iPhone..."), trying to upgrade the iOS Have tried several times the same process of hitting transfer purchases via file, but nothing seems to make that message go away! Would have been nice to know which files I actually do need to transfer, which I don't get any info on of course...

If you really want help, stop messing with the fonts and post so that others can read and offer suggestions.
Or better yet... try a search, I'm certain you'll find a solution to whatever issue you're experiencing.
I have found that many times it is the things that make you most angry that push you to action. This was the case here. Thank you for causing me to get so angry that I found the answer myself.

I'm unable to sync my iphone via itunes

i dropped my iphone on its back... the phone is still working - when i call it, it rings,,, however, the screen is blank and black... i tried to restart it using the home buttom and top button... still didn't turn on.
i'm trying to sync my iphone via itunes on my windows pc - however, because i have a passcode lock on my phone, itunes sends an error message saying that it cannot sync my phone until i unlock my iphone by entering in the passcode.
i tried to do it, even with a blank screen, but it didn't work.

I've been having this problem too, but here's the catch: originally it was only with my dad, and only sometimes. Now it's dad and husband, every time! Pix go through, via imessage, to everyone else, and they go through to dad/husband if I "send as text" after it fails.
And the other annoying thing- the blue bar will run all the way, and it will say "delivered". So I close out of imessage. When I reopen it again, the "delivered" has changed to "not delivered" with the red exclamation point. I just googled "imessage not sending photos" and founds TONS of people with the same problem, but no solutions. (I have rebooted phone, reset network settings, with no luck. Syncing m4b files to iPad / iPhone via iTunes

Wondering if anyone else ran into a problem syncing m4b files to their iPod/iPhone via iTunes. I was able to import these into iTunes with no issues, but when I try to transfer them to my iPod or iPhone, they do not show up in the list. Anyone knows why? I thought, m4b is Apple format. I was able to convert the files to mp3 and get them over that way, but that's a pain in the neck.

That particular Kbase article is the inverse of the question....
It describes device to computer transfers but says nothing about transferring from computer to device.
In fact, the implication from that article is that it CANNOT be done!

Aperture photos to iPhone via iTunes problem

I have just created an Aperture 3 library, and am trying to put some photos on my iPhone via iTunes.
In the Photos tab of iTunes, when I select Aperture the option to sync "selected albums" is greyed out...I can only select "all photos and albums".
With the iPhoto selected I can chose "selected albums".
Any ideas?

Found the answer..."Selected Albums" option is not available until Aperture has finished building previews for the entire library.
