I need to use Adobe Encore (Cs6 with Premiere CS6) but asks me for a serial number.
I have all the licenses of Creative Cloud.
Can you help?

Some general information for a Cloud subscription
Cloud programs do not use serial numbers... you log in to your paid Cloud account to download & install & activate... you MAY need to log out of the Cloud and restart your computer and log back in to the Cloud for things to work

Why is the free trial asking me for a serial number?
I have tried installing Photoshop CC and the Creative Suite for the free trial and it keeps asking me for a serial number. Do I receive one through email? How do I get the free trial?

So I sign of for creative cloud,
wow, this was a huge deal to get photoshop to install properly.
now it asks me for a serial number (never successfully started). I've never been sent a serial number. Most of the links in this post are dead, there is no help or support that I can tell for any adobe product and I have to travel across town to another computer to use photoshop which I am paying for.
"Learn More" goes really extensively into redemption codes, which I never received (was I supposed to, who the heck knows?)
1. Was I supposed to receive a serial number or redemption code?
2. Where was it supposed to come to?
3. Is there a place to get real help?
The forums are full of dead links, dead references and pissed off people as far as I can tell. All of whom have a different problem than me (sudden deactivation, not the program never worked). The program and the cc app don't provide any step by steps as to what are the normal steps to get things to work. I see people in this thread still begging for help a year later.
Since Monday morning, trying to install photoshop in my new office has cost me about 6 hours, it seems to be a paid program with absolutely no help or support.
How much more time do I waste trying to use this product? Is this what happens when a company buys all their competitors?Branching this to a separate discussion.
Idontextistyt were you previously able to utilize your Creative Cloud Membership or have you always been prompted to enter a serial number? Also which operating system are you using? Finally are you on a managed network? -
Please help me fix this problem it's driving me crazy. I have tried installing and reinstalling photoshop EXTENDED several time and each time i lunch it ask me for the serial number in which i entered it once entered nothing happens

My Adobe XI trial expired I paid for a month to month subscription on MArch 13, 2015 but I could not activate it. The prompt is asking me for a serial number (which I wouldnt have since I downloaded the trial from the website. How do I activate it with my Adobe ID? "activate with Adobe ID" is not an option on my screen. It only asks me for the serial number.

The CC does not needs any serial number, it is based on Adobe ID.

This problem has been getting at me for a while, I purchased Aperture 3 off the app store about a year ago without trouble, it was fine even when I had lion but after a few mserials deter that it stopped working and asked me for a serial number. It is also gone from my purchase history. I am not going mad and have forgotten hat I bought it in a box because I have written a review on the AppStore which you can only do if you have bought It there.
If you bought this in the App Store and now the App Store is not showing it in your purchased history and you are using the same Apple Id to log in you have a big problem.
I would contact the App Store right away and try to get this straightened out. There is no way to correct this as you do not have a serial number to enter and no way of getting one.
The only other possibility would be if you somehow have two copies of Aperture on your machine, did you ever load the trial version? You could search your HD to see if you have two copies of the application and if you do try running each to see what happens.
But even if this turns out to be the case it wouldn't explain the App Store not having it in your history ad that still is a major problem.

I have just checked your account and found that you indeed have bought a Creative Cloud for Teams subscription but you have assigned the single seat to another user hence you ( If you are using your own Adobe ID ) are getting the trial error message.
Two options : Either reassign the seat to your self or add an additional seat and invite your self in the same Team.

I purchased LR just over a year ago, has been working fine until I tried to open the app this evening and it's now asking me for my serial number. There is also no past records of product purchase in my CC account. Has anyone had this problem before and how can I fix it as I am now back on a 30 day trial.
Have you subscribed to the creative cloud photography package?
If you have, does Lightroom show as being available to install from the CC application manager?
Did you update your Lightroom just before this problem started?

Anebz I would recommend fixing the connection error preventing the applications from contacting our activation server. I have the Photoshop Photography Program and now every time I try open Photoshop CC it asks me for a Serial Number. It keeps saying my trial period has ended. How can I get this working since Adobe doesn't issue Serial Numbers for CC.
