Encore CS4 has been locked at splash screen "Initializing Transcoding".

I guessed that the optical drive is playing a trick.
Because I removed the drive on Device Manager, and Encore is working again.
What is needed to make the drive work with Encore?
The drive is "atapi ihos104" made in China.
And operating system is Windows7 Ultimate.
In addition,
Optical drive "GGW-H20N" which was made in Korea is working with Encore on another Windows7 machine.

Finally I cleared the problem!
At first, I removed " Intel Matrix Storage Manager", and optical drives seemed to working with Encore once.
But as soon as I did so, I have found out a document about exactly this case luckily.

So I installed newest ROXIO driver according to the instruction.
And now, all drives (serial ATA) are working well on any machine of mine with Encore.
Even "Intel Matrix Storage Manager"works, too.

Please define "locked". Do you mean you don't know the passcode for the lock screen? Or do you mean that it is carrier locked and will not accept the SIM you're trying to use?

If you previous synced to the computer then you may be able to recovery use of the iPod without erasing the iPod by following the instructions here:
Disabled Recovery-must use syncing computer.
Otherwise y have to erase the iPod

this morning i tried to install de new versions of the apps (instagram, facebook messenger...) and my iphone and ipod sent me the message on the screen: "You cannot login because your account has been locked", i tried to reset my password twice and still don't working.

Were you able to reset your password ? If you were then have you tried logging out of your account on your phone by tapping on your id in Settings > iTunes & App Store and then logged back in so as to 'refresh' the account on it ?
If that hasn't fixed it then you might need to contact iTunes Support : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page

If you're unable to do the Restore, go into Recovery Mode per the instructions here.

We have the following problem. When we want to confirm in SRM PO's which are booked on an Asset the following error occurs:
System status INCM is active (Confirmation 187950)
Transaction CO Through-postings from FI has been locked (Item 1)
We don't have the error when confirming a Purchase order created on a Cost Center or WBS Element and it only occurs in our productive system. We have checked the following
CO through posting open and/or locked and they are ok (Confirmation on Cost Center and WBS Element works so it should be)
The master data of the PO. Can't see anything there
Master data of the Assets
Autoriation of users who are logged in and the RFC users
We cannot seem to find the problem maybe some of you have encountered this ?

Stolen Mac has been locked via Find my Mac, anyway to get IP address of where it was connected so i can trace that way

So my Macbook Air was stolen last year (May 2012), recieved an email this morning from Apple saying it had been "Locked".... Besides the locked indication i want to be able to find out where it is... Surely Apple will keep a log of the IP address that it was connected to when the "Lock" signal was sent...

You cannot return to previous state. The update re-locked the iPhone
to the original carrier. You must contact the original carrier to see if
they offer unlocking and if you qualify.
What does it say when you look at Settings=>General=>Carrier?
Be advised that if your iPhone had previously been hacked/modified/
jailbroken to work with other than original carrier, it may be impossible
for the original carrier to unlock it properly.
