Encore CS4 is crashing at the same spot every single time

Question

I recored my screen so you can see exactly what is happening.

It crashes when I'm previewing it, after I click a button that takes it to the next menu.
I'm running Windows 7 32-bit with 3 GBs RAM, 288 GB of free space, and an Intel Core 2 Duo T6500 @ 2.1 GHz.
I've never had any problems with any other Adobe CS4 product.
What do you suggest I do?

I am not sure that I got a good count on your total number of Menus, as there was the scroll in the AV, but it looks like you are well below the max limit of 99. Is that correct?
As your Project is all Menus, or appears to be, problem areas like gaps in the Timelines, Audio being slightly longer than Video, etc., can probably be ruled out.
Not sure if you are doing 4:3, or 16:9, but you don't have any Menus with more than 32 Buttons (4:3), or 16 (16:9), do you? Looks like most have about 4 Buttons.
Here are a couple of general questions, in hopes to throw some of the "usual suspects" out early on:
1.) do you have adequate HDD space?
2.) are your HDD's formatted NTSF (you are on a PC, right?)
3.) do you have any screensavers, hibernation or other power-savers ON?
4.) do you have active AV scanning ON?
5.) do you have Windows Indexing ON?
Just in case some program, or Process might be kicking in (would expect the crash point to vary, but who knows?), maybe look over this ARTICLE. Though written with NLE editing in mind, authoring can be pretty intensive too.
This ARTICLE will give you tips on finding clues as to what is happening in your program and on your computer, when the crashes occur.
That's about all that I can think of at this time, but will add anything that comes to mind.

PS - looks like a neat Project. Hope we can get this puppy Transcoded and Burned, especially as you say that it is for a class - and it's mid-May!
