Is there a way to get **End of Report** message after all the rows are exported in a discoverer report??

Hi,
Well, it is possible but only if you are using a 3rd party scheduler to export the Discoverer report. The command file you schedule can then just append the **End of Report** onto the export file.

Need to place a variable value at the end of report heading in BI 7

We have to place a variable value at the end of the report heading and the value should get refreshed whenever we change the variable by using "Change Variable Value". I have created a macro and the value will get triggered unless and until we click on any where on a sheet. But, we want to automate this one by using a macro.

No need to use Macro. You can use text variable.
Goto the Query Description and click on the Text variable icon.
Create a text variable of processing type as REPLACEMENT PATH and replace it with the characteristic for which you have a ready for input variable that will be eneter by the user.
This will populate the text variable with the value entered by teh user.
Use this text variabkle along with the Query Description. So your description will look something like REPORT_TITLE&TXT_VAR&

In PLD End of Report in All pages

Hi Experts,
I need to display in printout End of Report in all pages.
Eg: My output print in 5 pages means i want to display my end of report in all 5 pages.

But 5th page repetive area end i need that information. But it will come bottom of page

Invoice print extra page w/o any data in repetitive area or end of report

I did not use Page Footer and reduced those "hidden fielded" height to 26 with checkmark for Adjust Area Height, but the invoice will print extra page with blank repetitive area and page footer, Report Header and Repetitive Header showed.
How to remove the extra page?
I have another one that do not print the extra page but each page has same Invoice Total, Frt, Tax with Remittance Address that should only show in the last page. I know this is because I put Invoice Total in Page Footer. When I remove Page Footer to End of Report area then I got extra page with no data in repetitive area or end of report.

i think problem be create in Repetetive Area.
Do this in your PLD,
->> Open your PLD and save as a duplicate PLD (Just testing PLD).
->> Right Click in PLD and Choose the Display Hidden Fields in PLD.
->> Reduce the Height of all fields in Repetetive Area, Page Header and End of Reports.
for example,
->> Select all fields including Hidden fields in Repetetive Area & Repetetive Area Footer and
Reduce the Height in General tab on Properties Widnow.
put the Height -> 15 and Font Size -> 10
->> Reduce the Repetetive Area Height and put the Tick mark in Area Height Adjustment in Format Tab.
Try to remove all fieds(including Hidden fields) in Page Footer and Reduce the Height.
ex. Page Footer Height -> 0

Hi I have a formula field (F087/F050) in the report Repetitive Area0 and I want to total the results of these line by line amounts in the 'End of Report'
Please can someone explain how to compose the field I need in the End of Report

You can add field Details(Item Details),Enter Special Instructions in it,It can accomodate 64,000 char.
or
You can add field Type using form settings,Select Text,Enter text(special instructions).
or
If u want special instructions for purchase order as whole,enter it in closing remarks.
Customize it in PLD to display it in print.

LMS 4.2.5 - UserTracking Connected End Host Report not useable

Hi all,
trying to understand the different available UserTracking-Reports (Active End Host Report, Dormant End Host, Connected End Host) provided by UserTracking Summary Portlet I struggled with understanding the Connected End Host Report.
In Docs an End Host in status connected is: End hosts that are connected to the network but do not have its MAC address entry in the connected switch CAM table.
Executing this Connected End Hosts Report I'm not able to understand the output:
    User Name MAC Address Host Name IP Address Subnet Status Switch Port VLAN Last Seen
1.             Connected      Fa0/2 AK-ETH23 14 Dec 2014, 05:17:44
2.             Connected      Fa0/13 VLAN0178 14 Dec 2014, 05:17:44
3.             Connected      Gi0/15 inactive400 14 Dec 2014, 05:17:44

With this output nobody is able to correlate anything; simply a port and a vlan is seen, but no endhost-information/switch or switchport information!
As this can be seen on different LMS installations, it seems to be a general issue.
Anybody out the having further information?

LMS 4.2.4 User Tracking End Host Report The system cannot find the path specified

Hello at all,
I have a problem when creating a scheduled User Tracking End Host Report.
I always get the message "The system cannot find the path specified" and the job fails.
An immediate report is successful.
I tried to change the "Report Publish Path" from "C:/Program Files (x86)/CSCOpx/" to "C:/PROGRA~2/CSCOpx/", but that did'nt worked.
Has anybody an idea?

Share the screenshot of the following directory :
NMSROOT\CSCOpx\campus\etc\cwsi
In case it is blank, try following :
1.Stop the services : net stop crmdmgtd
2.Take a copy of > C:/Progra~2/campus/etc/users and place it under C:/Progra~2/campus/etc/cwsi
3.Start the services : net start crmdmgtd

PLD How to move down zone "end of report" ?

Hello,
I have a problem when I print an invoice. It's printing an invoice in 2 pages, but I would like it in 1 page, on the print issue there is place but not on PLD. So I would like to resize and move the "end of report" and "repetitive area " in order to have my invoice in on page. I already try with frame but it stays it only shrink from the bottom.

Hi,
The "end of report" is not movable. You can only play with the height so that total heights of all area can be held within one page.

Wireless End Host Report LMS 3.2

We are having LMS 3.2 with Campus Manager 5.2 , I have added our WisM (Wireless Integrated ServiceModule) in the LMS and it shows that the device is reachable , we get inventory , run jobs etc . However when I try to get the End Host Report for this device it shows that no hosts found
I have configured SNMP v2 read only settings on the controller and the LMS
I wanted to know will we get End User Reports from the WiSM / Cisco 4402 controllers. Is there some more config etc need to be done

Layout Designer, section "End of Report"

Hi there,
I'm trying to display a summary at the bottom of my report with a border around it. The section I use for this is the "End of Report" section so the summary only will be shown at the last report page. In the section properties I told to draw a border around the section and marked the "align to bottom" checkbox. By now the summary is located at the bottom but the surrounding starts much to high. The top of the surrounding starts where the previous section stops. Can somebody tell me how to solve this problem?

Hi Arjan
Try to adjust the end of report section so that your summary just fits into it. Then leave the height adjustment checkbox unmarked.
Alternatively you can use the field properties of your summary field(s) to draw the border.

CM End Hosts Report Does not Retain Edited User Data

I have manually edited end host records to add user names and notes in the end host report. Those entries seem to be overwritten whenever the records are rediscovered. Is there a setting which allows the manually entered and saved data to be retained? I am running CM 5.2.2 in LMS 3.2.

IN the layout section Click on Add view--> Advanced--> No Results --> Enter the friendly message you would like to see. This will help achieve your results

Inventory Month End Value Report

Hi all,
I've been informed that I can confirm the value of my ERP inventory month end value report by the following formula:
last month end value + current month delivery value – current month MO (Move Order) = Current Month End Value
but the oputput of this formula does not reconcile with the report generated from ERP .. I think this happend because the ERP uses the average costing method .. but again why for only this month the numbers are not the same?!

Options:
1. Check with MC.1 (for plant perspective) or MC.9 (for mtl perspective), by specifying the period in the Period to Analyze
2. Check with MB5B, by specifying the month start & end dates in the Selection date field.
3. Check with MB51 report by specifying the posting date.

Print at Bottom of Page option causing extra page at end of report

I'm using the option 'Print at Bottom of Page" in Section Expert for some invoices I'm creating. For some reason it's causing me to have an extra page at the end of the report. If I unselect this option, the extra page goes away. I need to be able to have this group footer print at the bottom at the page but not have the extra at the end of the report. This is the first time I've used this option so maybe I've missed something. All other sections after the group footer I want printed are suppressed. Any ideas?

I guess I didn't have the report footer suppress, I just had it minimized in size. I suppressed it and it seems to be fine.
