  • XSLT Mapping :-- End to End Scenario

Can any one provide XSLT Mapping End to End scenario with screen shots?

    HI
    XSLT Mapping
XSLT stands for EXtensible Stylesheet Language Transformations. It is an XML based language for transforming XML documents into any other formats suitable for browser to display, on the basis of set of well-defined rules.
Using XSLT mapping in a ccBPM scenario
File to Multiple IDocs (XSLT Mapping)
Steps required for developing XSLT Mapping
u2022 Create a source data type and a target data type
u2022 Create Message types for the source and target data types.
u2022 Create Message Interfaces includes Inbound Message interface and Outbound Message interface.
u2022 XSLT Mapping does not require creation of Message mapping, so donu2019t create any Message mapping.
u2022 Create an .XSL file which converts source data type into target data type.
u2022 Zip that .xsl file and import it into Integration Repository under Imported Archives.
u2022 In Interface Mapping choose mapping program as XSL and specify this zip program. (Through search help you will get XSL Mapping programs that you imported under Imported Archives, select your corresponding XSL Program)
u2022 Test this mapping program by navigating to Test tab.
By having look at above steps you can easily find out that this mapping is no where different from other mapping programs, here the challenging lies in creating an XSLT file. If you spend couple of minutes in studying XPATH tutorial you would be in ideal position to create an XSL Transformation (.xsl extension).
If you still find difficulties in generating XSL Transformation, then you can make use of a tool u201CAltova MapForceu201D which will create XSL file for you.
Steps for creating XSL file using this tool:
    1. Open the Alto MapForce, import the source .xml and .xsd file in it
    2. Similarly import the target .xml and .xsd in MapForce.
    3. These two data files should match with source and target data types in Integration Repository.
    4. Complete the graphical mapping using extensive list of XSLT functions available there.
    5. Save the mapping file.
    6. Click the XSLT tab. You will have the entire xslt logic there.
    7. Copy that content and save it as .xsl file.
    8. Zip above .xsl file and import the same into IR under Imported Archives.

  • End to end scenario using Webservic and SAP XI

    Hi Experts,
I have read many blogs regarding Integrating XI using WebService, SOAP, HTTP  for many scenarios but I am still confused and no blogs were clearly saying about the end to end scenario what happens where and how?
My question is could any one please please please explain me why we are using Webservice if you explain me with an CREDIT CHECK scenario using XI and Webservice that would be very fare.
    Thanks in advance,

  • End - to - End scenario of IDoC

    Hi,
I am going to make a end - to - end scenario of IDoC.
    for Purchase Orders(ORDERS).
    ECC(RD1) - XI(XD1) - DB.
what are the initial set up required on Sender System ( MY CASE - ECC)
    and on Receiver System( XI).
Like I know this , we need to create following things :-
    ON ECC SIDE :-
    1. RFC Destination to XI(SM59)
    2. PORT FOR ABOVE RFC DESTINATION(WE21)
    3. LOGICAL SYSTEM(BD54).
NQuestion 1: what all logical systems required on ECC Side.
I mean do i have to maintain logical system for Both sender(RD1) and Receiver(XD1) ?
    4. PARTNER PROFILE(WE20).
Question 2: If both logical system is maintained,
then in Partner Profile , where will i add IDOCS - Outbound in SENDER LOGICAL SYSTEM(RD1) or ON RECEIVER LOGICAL SYSTEM(XD1).
    ON XI SIDE :-
    1. RFC Destination to XI(SM59)
    2. PORT FOR ABOVE RFC DESTINATION(IDX1)
    3. META DATA IMPORT (IDX5).
Question 3: IS there any logical system required on XI Side also?
is there any thing else left. please specify?

  • GUID FormatExceptionError in End to End Scenario at runtime, but no error in Message Mapping test

    Hi Friends
My scenario is Idoc to RFC and , my mapping is working fine and executing successfully in the message map tab but , it is failing in the End to End case at runtime with GUIDFormatException error, can anyone please help on this , I have searched the forum and no proper or concrete answers are available , creating a separate or new channel is not an option.

    Hi,
Check in which step you are receiving this error
    1st check in SXMB_MONI/trace
2nd If the above is successful then check in rwb/comm channel monitoring/receiver rfc channel.

  • TMG2010 - Front-End (DMZ) / Back-End (Internal) - Reverse Publishing. Exchange 2010

    Hey Guys,
I need some help conceptually understanding how TMG2010 is used in a front-end back end scenario. For Example:
    1) The client would have TMG2010 in the DMZ
    2) The client would have TMG2010 in the Internal Network.
    3) The client would have multiple Network Cards (2-Leg's) on each of the TMG boxes
My question is definitely design related so my apologies if its a little confusing. Would the correct way of setting up TMG securely be the way i have described? If so how would you set the Auth type? Do you know of any design documents that cover my scenario?
What i am really confused about is the Authentication Type for each of the TMG servers (Front-End, Back-End) and if those servers would both be joined to the domain or not.
    Thanks,
    Robert
    Robert

    Hi Robert,
Various way to do it however below are one method of Doing it.
    Internal TMG
Internal TMG can be joined to Domain
    Two LEG TMG
Once NIC connected to Internal network Switch
Other NIC Connected to DMZ Switch ( Which Routes Traffic to External TMG internal Interface )
    External
    Workgroup
One NIC connecting to internet Router
Other NIC connecting to DMZ switch
Network relationship can be NAT between TMG, You can use the Internal TMG as Proxy / Web Publishing / Server Publishing etc. Use the External TMG as plain firewall and to NAT Internet Inbound Request to back end Firewall External Interface IP address. Malware
/ NIS can be enabled as per your requirement on any one of the TMG.
    Additional to It
You can Configure one More LEG a third Interface on Both TMG
Configure External DMZ on the Third Interface on External TMG. External DMZ will be only Internet Facing
Configure Internal DMZ on the Third Interface of Internal TMG. You can Use it as Inside DMZ.
    Hope this helps
Thanks for the response. But what about the Authentication? How would that be setup? I am still unclear on that part of it. For Example:
In my lab i have the following:
    1) Single Armed TMG server
    2) Auth set to NTLM/Integrated on both TMG and Exchange (OWA). Other Auth settings for other exchange services
    3) Single Listener, SSO Across AD Sites
    4) TMG is only providing Reverse Publishing, no other network security services.
If I added another TMG server as a front end how would i configure the Authentication for the above scenario?
    Thanks,
    Robert

  • Receive acknowledgement in file-to-idoc scenario

    Hello!
I'm using guide "How to handle acknowledgement for IDOC", and for the first time I want to see an acknowledgement status in sxmb_moni.
    I have passed all steps:
In CRM I have logical system P1DFILE, this is the system that sends an idoc to CRM.
Also, I have logical system C2DCLNT100 - this is CRM system.
First, I go to BD64, create new model view XI_CRM. Then, add message type:
    Sender system - C2DCLNT100
    Receiver system - P1DFILE
    Message type - ALEAUD.
Then I create RFC destination P1D_001 to my PI server.
    Then I create port SAPP1D using WE21
Then I go to WE20, choose my Logical System - P1DFILE. I already have the inbound message types (CRMXIF_PARTNER_SAVE and CRMXIF_PARTNER_SAVE_M). I add new outbound message - ALEAUD with receiver port SAPP1D.
Then I go to RBDSTATE, create variant SAP_AUDIT_SEND and enter:
    Confirmation to system: P1DFILE
    Message type: CRMXIF_PARTNER_SAVE and CRMXIF_PARTNER_SAVE_M
Then, in SM36 I shedule SAP_AUDIT_SEND as a hourly job (does this mean, that I will receive confirmations only every hour?)
So, what should I do to see ack in sxmb_moni?

    Dear All,
For file to idoc scenario is there any possibility to get line items details or xml details i.e the segments and its related field details using reference id, transaction id or interface name or message id in SAP PI 7.0. I know we need to click each and every message in sxi_monitor and look for details.
For SAP(R3 System) I can create a report and set the job for specific time period so automatically it throws the details(like reference no, document date, invoice no from) in ftp path as .csv file. The same ftp path is maintained in program.
I wanted to check FTP--->PI postings and I have set the job at r3 system it is working fine and Im monitoring it too.
Now the end to end scenario is FTP--->PI--->ECC(R3 system). Please help. Many Thanks.

    Hi All,
I have the File-> IDOC Scenario. Once the IDOC is successfully sent to R/3, PI  should send a acknowlement file back to the sender system.
Could someone suggest how to design this scenario?
Should I use IDOC Acknowledgement. As it is a existing scenario, I dont want much change in r/3 side.

  • SOAP to File scenario

    Hi experts,
I have the following scenario and I don't know if the File Adapter allows me to do.
    - We have a system that execute Webservices.
    - On the other hand, we have a file system that manages a files to consult.
We need to call the Webservice, and the response of this, has to be the data that contain the file.
I know that the File Adapter in mode Receiver is for writing files. How can I make it for reading?
¿Any ideas for implement the scenario? ¿BPM? ¿File Adapter in mode Sender with file name variable?...
    Thanks,
    Jose.

Your description does not make up a complete end to end scenario.
However, it look like this is a part of complete scenario:
You will need a sender system that send request message.
You will need a BPM to receive above message.
BPM will call webserive to get the response.
Out of the BPM: BPM will forward the response to integration engine
Integration engine will execute another mapping program: it will have UDF to open your file and read the file.
Comparing the result with your response from webservice.
If your file is located in the system other than application server, you will code your UDF like ftp client.
Check Java API for that type of use.
Based on the comparation, you can do whatever you want, or forward message to another system...
    Regards !
    Liang
